移动IPv6允许移动节点在移动过程中保持与通信节点的正常通信,而无须改变其固有地址.但是,移动节点在切换过程中的时延不能够满足对服务质量要求比较高的应用程序,如VoIP等.如何提高移动节点的切换效率成为移动IPv6应用的关键.文中介绍了IPv6有状态和无状态地址自动配置机制、移动IPv6的切换过程,分析了移动IPv6切换的时延问题.提出了混合有状态和无状态地址自动配置机制的快速切换,并详细说明了其原理.混合机制相比移动IPv6中单独使用无状态地址自动配置机制能够明显降低地址重建的时延,提高移动IPv6的切换性能.  相似文献

为实现无线传感器网络(WSN)与IPv6互联网的全IP通信,提出一种全IP WSN地址配置方案。将WSN分为多个簇,设计分布式IPv6地址配置方案,簇首节点采用有状态地址分配方式并引入接入节点动态树获取IPv6地址,簇成员节点通过无状态地址分配方式从一跳范围内的簇首节点处获取IPv6地址,且仅在本簇范围内进行重复地址检测。仿真结果表明,与6LoWPAN WSN分层地址配置方案相比,该方案的地址配置代价及延迟更小。  相似文献

提出一种6LoWPAN无线传感器网络IPv6地址自动配置方案。将节点申请地址控制信息的传输范围控制在一跳范围内,无需记录地址分配状态与进行地址重复检测,以降低地址配置功耗,缩短地址配置时间。基于IPv6地址结构,给出节点失效时的地址回收算法。该方案从地址配置代价及地址配置延迟时间等方面与MANETConf方案、Strong DAD方案及LISAA方案的性能参数进行比较分析,结果验证了该方案的可行性和高效性。  相似文献

Due to long latency and considerable packet loss, stateful and stateless address configuration standards cannot efficiently work in vehicular networks, so this paper proposes an IPv6 address configuration scheme for vehicular networks based on location information. This scheme combines a stateless address configuration mechanism with a stateful one. In the stateless algorithm, duplicate address detection is performed within a road domain instead of a network. A random ID is introduced to reduce the address conflict rate, so the address configuration cost and delay are reduced. In the stateful algorithm, a vehicle acquires a unique address from a neighbor vehicle without recording the address allocation states, so the address configuration task is distributed around all vehicles and the distributed address configuration is achieved. This paper evaluates the performance of this scheme, and the data results show that this scheme reduces the addressing costs and delays.  相似文献

在IPv4/IPv6过渡进程中,针对一些尚未升级到IPv6的IPv4网络仍需要与IPv6互联网互联互通的问题,提出了一种无状态的双向通信机制,完善了目前IPv4/IPv6翻译的整体框架。首先,针对IPv4服务器被IPv6用户访问的场景和IPv4网络访问IPv6资源的场景分别提出了相应的通信流程,结合已有的无状态通信机制,形成统一的IPv4/IPv6无状态通信框架。其次,对IPv6到IPv4的单向映射函数的需求进行了分析,提出了三个定量评价标准,并用实际数据对各种哈希函数进行了分析和比较。实验表明,FarmHash哈希算法的处理时间短、冲突频率低、反向查询复杂度低,适合用于IPv4网络与IPv6互联网相互通信的两类场景,从而验证了该机制的可行性;与现有的有状态通信机制相比,该机制具有很好的可扩展性和可溯源性,能够支持双向发起的通信,因此可以有效促进IPv4到IPv6的过渡。  相似文献

Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) is used to automatically configure clients with IP address and other network configuration parameters. Due to absence of any in-built authentication, the protocol is vulnerable to a class of Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks, popularly known as DHCP starvation attacks. However, known DHCP starvation attacks are either ineffective in wireless networks or not stealthy in some of the network topologies. In this paper, we first propose a stealth DHCP starvation attack which is effective in both wired and wireless networks and can not be detected by known detection mechanisms. We test the effectiveness of proposed attack in both IPv4 and IPv6 networks and show that it can successfully prevent other clients from obtaining IP address, thereby, causing DoS scenario. In order to detect the proposed attack, we also propose a Machine Learning (ML) based anomaly detection framework. In particular, we use some popular one-class classifiers for the detection purpose. We capture IPv4 and IPv6 traffic from a real network with thousands of devices and evaluate the detection capability of different machine learning algorithms. Our experiments show that the machine learning algorithms can detect the attack with high accuracy in both IPv4 and IPv6 networks.  相似文献

The TCP/IP suite has various protocols that must be carefully configured so that networked devices operate efficiently. Setting values by hand is time-consuming and error-prone; moreover, several trends are adding to the need for automated parameter configuration and administration. The Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, accepted as a proposed standard by the Internet Engineering Task Force, offers a way to automatically configure network devices that use TCP/IP. These devices use DHCP to locate and contact servers, which return the appropriate configuration information as data. The DHCP servers act as agents for network administrators and automate the process of network address allocation and parameter configuration. Addresses can be assigned and individual addresses can be reassigned to new DHCP clients without explicit intervention by a network administrator. The IETF's Dynamic Host Configuration (DHC) working group is now at work adding new features to DHCP. The author describes the group's work on DHCP in detail, outlines the management of a DHCP service, and discusses new DHCP features, including the version being developed for IPv6  相似文献

The use of ad hoc networking technologies is emerging as a viable and cost-effective solution to extend the range of traditional wireless local area networks (WLANs). In these networks, mobile client traffic reaches the access points through multi-hop wireless paths that are established by using an ad hoc routing protocol. However, several technical challenges have to be faced in order to construct such an extended WLAN. For instance, traditional autoconfiguration protocols commonly used in infrastructure-based WLANs, such as DHCP or Zeroconf, are not directly applicable in multi-hop wireless networks. To address this problem, in this paper we propose extensions to DHCP to enable the dynamic allocation of globally routable IPv4 addresses to mobile stations in hybrid ad hoc networks, which transparently integrate conventional wired technologies with wireless ad hoc networking technologies. Some of the attractive features of our solution are its ability to cope with node mobility, the introduction of negligible protocol overheads, and the use of legacy DHCP servers. We have implemented a prototype of our scheme, and tested its functionalities considering various topology layouts, network loads and mobility conditions. The experimental results show that our solution ensures short address configuration delays and low protocol overheads.  相似文献
