介绍球铰缩径机的开发与设计,并为该机型配套设计了油路与电气控制系统。基于缩径模块的受力特点,应用有限元分析技术对模具及产品的应力集中进行了分析与计算。抗拉与抗扭试验结果显示,产品性能完全能达到工艺要求,验证了球铰缩径机型在橡胶球铰加工行业的可行性及可靠性。  相似文献

随着无线物联网技术的深入应用,工业产品的检测方式步入无线化、智能化时代。针对该背景,笔者主要提出一种基于无线物联网的卫生陶瓷产品表面缺陷检测技术。检测系统采用Cortex-A8作为核心芯片构建嵌入式主控平台,并搭载基于OV2710的CMOS检测相机以及MF210型3G模块,在客户端基于Qt开发适用于工控的UI界面,采集到实时陶瓷产品表面缺陷图像后,采取灰色模型算法完成缺陷识别。笔者设计的表面缺陷识别系统能够高效处理陶瓷产品图像,工程实现难度低,组网灵活,适应性强,工程应用意义突出。  相似文献

采用自主开发的强酸型阳离子树脂催化剂进行对市售生物法丁二酸双酯化反应技术进行研究.首先对生物法丁二酸预酯化反应后的产品进行分离,分离后产品采用自主研发的树脂催化剂进行双酯化反应,研究了双酯化反应过程中,醇酸比、空速、反应温度及压力等操作条件对丁二酸双酯化反应的影响.考察了自主开发的树脂催化剂稳定性及活性,研究发现自主开发的树脂催化剂具有良好的活性与稳定性,具有良好的工业应用前景.  相似文献

Sandwich packings, consisting of alternatingly stacked conventional structured packings with different geometric surface areas, are promising for increasing capacity and efficiency of separation columns. Film flow and froth flow evolve along a stack, which requires comprehensive fluid dynamic analysis. In particular, the froth height is an essential parameter to determine the spatial extent of the flow regimes. Ultrafast X‐ray tomography and a 3D‐printed pressure drop profile measurement module were applied to independently estimate this parameter. In this study, the influences of polypropylene (PP) additive (varying from 20% to 80% wt) and low dose X‐ray irradiation (changing from 25 to 100 Gy) on the mechanical and dielectric properties of low‐density polyethylene (LDPE) were investigated. LDPE/PP film blends were prepared by hot press technique. While the highest Young modulus and tensile strength were observed for the 20%LDPE/80%PP blend at 25 Gy X‐ray irradiation, the same blend had the highest energy at break and percentage strain at break values for 50 Gy X‐ray exposure. These results also indicated a chain scission in the material. The differential scanning calorimetry curves also indicated a chain scission and crosslinking effects in the blends due to X‐ray irradiation. Hence, the higher concentration of PP additive and exposure of low dose X‐ray resulted in a polymer composite with high mechanical performance. On the other hand, the dielectric investigations revealed that the 25 Gy X‐ray irradiated 20%LDPE/80%PP blend may also attract attention for capacitor applications due to its increased static dielectric constant and reduced dielectric loss. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A multiscale characterization approach is developed to resolve the structure of inclusions in polylactide (PLA) plasticized with acrylated poly(ethylene glycol) (acrylPEG) by reactive extrusion. Scanning transmission X‐ray microscopy (STXM) coupled with near‐edge X‐ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS) nanospectroscopy demonstrates that these inclusions have a core–shell morphology. This technique also proves that the inclusions consist of polymerized acrylPEG (poly(acrylPEG)), which is also confirmed by elastic modulus measurement using an atomic force microscope. The shell consists of poly(acrylPEG)‐rich domains, while the core is less rich in the polymerized plasticizer. Upon drawing, the density of the inclusion's core and shell markedly decreases as shown by microcomputed X‐ray tomography measurements, and no inclusion–matrix debonding is observed. At the same time, sub‐micrometer cracks are noted between inclusions by STXM/NEXAFS imaging, which may result from the presence of crosslinking points restricting the local chain mobility. Novel knowledge about the reactive extrusion‐induced PLA structure is released.  相似文献

Three different loading of 3‐aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APS) was used to modify the Na‐montmorillonite via cation exchange technique. The Na‐MMT and silane‐treated montmorillonite (STMMT) were melt‐compounded with polycarbonate (PC) by using Haake Minilab machine. The PC nanocomposite samples were prepared by using Haake Minijet injection molding technique. The intercalation and exfoliation of the PC/MMT nanocomposites were characterized by using X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The thermal properties of the PC nanocomposites were investigated by using dynamic mechanical analyzer and thermogravimetry analyzer. XRD and TEM results revealed partial intercalation and exfoliation of STMMT in PC matrix. Increase of APS concentration significantly enhanced the storage modulus (E′) and improved the thermal stability of PC nanocomposites. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2009  相似文献

As a substrate candidate for low‐cost III‐nitride thin film growth, 3C–SiC whiskers are employed and manipulated in this work. The alignment of the whiskers is achieved on a patterned 3M Vikuiti? Brightness Enhancement Film surface. The degree of whisker alignment using this approach is higher than the whiskers lined up by extrusion methods according to X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The aligned whiskers are transferred from the 3M film and embedded into an alumina matrix by tape casting. A self‐regulating sintering technique for SiC whiskers is used to protect the whiskers from being oxidized in air during sintering at 1600°C. The aligned whiskers are rigidly embedded in the alumina matrix as shown in scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectrometry energy mapping images. GaN thin films grown by a low‐cost sputtering process on Alumina/SiC as well as Si and SiC as reference materials are characterized by XRD and SEM.  相似文献

Gas flow characteristics in opaque fibre suspensions have been captured on film using a stop‐motion X‐ray imaging technique called flash X‐ray radiography (FXR). Gas flows in a bubble column filled with various cellulose fibre suspensions from 0% (an air–water system) to 5% by mass have been observed. The gas flow regime changes from vortical to churn‐turbulent as the fibre concentration increases for a fixed superficial gas velocity. Two new gas flow regimes, identified as surge churn‐turbulent and discrete channel flow, have also been recorded at high fibre concentrations.  相似文献
