企业信息系统的发展及趋势浅谈

企业信息化过程与信息系统与技术的发展密切相关。企业为了制定适合自己的信息化战略，需要准确把握未来信息系统与技术发展的趋势。从企业信息化的发展入手，从网络技术、数据／信息处理技术、软件技术、硬件技术四个方面阐述信息系统与技术的发展与趋势。     

企业管理的业务流程重组

随着计算机技术、网络信息化的发展与成熟，企业正在向信息化管理转变。企业在引进、实施管理信息化的过程中，面临了管理模式差异的挑战。本文通过实例来说明企业在构建管理信息化平台的同时，会出现管理模式及业务流程的差异，可通过业务流程重组技术来协调这些差异，井提出了该差异解决的方案。     

从一把手角度看企业信息化

这几年,中国大型企业,特别是中央企业,对信息化的理解,开始从建设、应用、集成,一步步深化到战略上,开始从企业战略,而不是信息化应用角度理解信息化。面向未来,信息化要引领两化融合,引领企业战略变革,中央企业应率先全面提高信息化水平。在企业现代化取向上,千万不可后退。     

中小企业ERP系统的选型与实施

应用表明，ERP系统是提高企业经营管理效率和水平的有效手段，目前许多大型企业已经走到了前列。根据国家“以信息化带动工业化”的产业发展战略，在数量上占绝大多数的中小企业应获得更多的关注，中小企业信息化与大型企业相比有着显著的不同特点。在这里，笔者仅从ERP项目的角度，阐述中小企业如何顺利进行ERP系统的选型和实施。

企业计算机应用技术和信息化建设

在信息时代,计算机应用技术一直影响着人们的生活和工作,也对企业的生产管理产生着巨大的影响。如果企业能够有效地将计算机应用技术引入其中,可以在一定程度上促进企业的发展。例如,如果企业能够将计算机技术应用于生产、经营、管理等各个方面,可以使企业数据的获取信息、数据采集信息和数据分析信息更加丰富,有利于相关领导决策,从而提高企业的竞争力。从某种意义上讲,企业的发展与企业的信息化密切相关,企业的信息化与计算机应用技术有着密不可分的关系。由此可见,计算机技术对企业信息化的影响是不可估量的。相关数据调查显示,计算机应用技术对企业信息化的影响正大于负。由此可见,计算机应用技术对企业发展的重要性日益凸显,企业必须在计算机的指导下实现信息化。     

企业信息化技术研究

从企业信息化技术路径着手，详细讨论了企业经营管理信息化技术中的ERP，CRM，SCM，PDM和生产过程管理信息化技术中的智能集成传感器、现场智能测控装置、开放控制系统、先进控制技术以及故障诊断技术等对企业信息化的作用和影响，详细分析了连接经营管理信息系统和过程管理信息系统的MES、工厂软件、OPC服务器、实时数据库和数据仓库在企业信息化中的地位和作用。     

计算机应用技术在企业信息化中的运用

近年来,信息化已成为企业发展的必然趋势,在信息技术的应用下,企业在生产效率、经营管理效果上都得到了较大的提高,同时也有效促进了企业的持续发展。随着计算机应用技术的不断发展,加快了各企业的信息化建设步伐。为此,笔者从相关定义入手,研究计算机技术的应用价值,分析计算机技术在企业中的应用与促进企业信息化发展的措施。以银行为例分析企业信息化技术的实际应用,意在为企业计算机技术的应用提供参考,促进企业的信息化发展。     

The advanced information technology innovation roadmap

The AIT (Advanced Information Technology for the European Manufacturing Industry) initiative is focusing on IT innovations and their integration in the users enterprise. This is achieved through the deployment of the AIT Innovation Cycle starting with the AIT strategic planning (development of a common master plan) and finishing with the business integration of complete IT innovative solutions. The IT integration includes two major action streams supported by various R&D projects belonging to the ESPRIT and Brite Euram research programmes, which are: The technological integration which is achieved in strong cooperation with IT vendors through the development of integration platforms based on emerging standards such as STEP, CORBA, JAVA, etc. In this integration context, the CIMOSA framework has been used to build the AIT IT Reference Model (ITRM). The IT innovations integration into the users' enterprise which consider the usage of all the CIMOSA views (function view, information view, organisation view, resources view including Human, Financial and IT resources) as well as their aggregation in order to support the development of generic networked enterprise (re)engineering methodologies, processes and associated IT supporting tools. This paper is focusing on the second integration stream by describing the progress achieved to date in the AIT-IMPLANT project. The aim of this ESPRIT project is to develop a generic enterprise change management methodology and associated IT tools to support the integration of IT Innovations into the networked manufacturing enterprises.     

企业私有云计算基础架构研究与设计

随着信息化在企业中的深入运用,传统IT架构慢慢显现出弊端：基础资源利用率偏低、管理上太分散;面对管理或业务出现变化时,旧的业务系统难以快速响应.怎样实现业务同IT建设的协同,怎样对IT系统现有数据进行利用,这些都成为当下企业立刻要解决的.“云计算”作为眼下信息领域炙手可热的技术,一方面它能对现有IT资源进行很好地整合,另一方面面对业务变化时它能实现IT建设的迅速响应,因此它的研发为解决企业的上述难题提供了希望.     

基于战略对应的IT项目组合选择模型

把信息技术项目当作组合来管理可以通过平衡风险和收益来促进企业目标和IT应用的结合,但由于决策信息的不确定性和IT项目目标与企业战略的难以对应,企业面临IT项目组合选择的挑战。构建基于战略对应的IT项目组合选择模型,其中模糊集和模糊层次分析法用来刻画不确定信息和评估IT项目风险、成本及收益,关键成功因素法用来提高IT项目与企业战略的对应,并建立模糊0－1整数规划。利用定性可能性理论把模糊组合选择模型转化为一般可求解的整数规划形式,最后用一个案例说明模型的用法。     

Effectively utilizing project,product and process knowledge

Improving project management, product development and engineering processes is for many companies crucial to survive in a fast changing environment. However, these activities are rarely integrated well due to the diversity of stakeholders with individual knowledge about projects, products and processes. This case study shows how Alcatel-Lucent over time achieved effective interaction of engineering processes, tools and people on the basis of a knowledge-centric product life-cycle management (PLM). Starting from identifying project, product and process knowledge, we show how they can be effectively integrated for best possible usage across the enterprise. The case study provides insight into how to best embark on PLM and how to effectively integrate product development with supportive tools. It describes how the concepts can be transferred to software engineering teams and IT departments in other companies. Concrete results from several product lines, such as efficiency improvement and better global development underline the business value.     

Enterprise architecture,IT effectiveness and the mediating role of IT alignment in US hospitals

Despite the possible benefits of implementing healthcare information technologies, successful implementation of effective healthcare information technology is constrained by cultural and regulatory concerns and technical obstacles encountered when establishing or upgrading an organisation's enterprise infrastructure. In this paper, we advance Ross' four‐stage model of enterprise architecture maturity as a valuable IT resource for helping healthcare organisations sustain a competitive advantage. We use partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modelling to analyse survey data from 164 US hospitals at different stages of EA maturity. Our results provide evidence that enterprise architecture maturity directly influences the effectiveness of hospitals' IT resources for achieving strategic goals. Further, enterprise architecture maturity indirectly influences the effectiveness of IT resources when IT alignment is incorporated as a mediating variable. We discuss the implications of our findings for research and practice and suggest opportunities for future research.

In this case study, an apparel manufacturer used an enterprise modeling framework (EMF) developed by Georgia Tech (USA) to implement multiple IT solutions. It was then able to rapidly shift production resources between two separate product lines

Frameworks for Enterprise Architecture

Enterprise architecture addresses the double challenge of increasing IT efficiency while continuing business innovation. Organizations can use enterprise architecture frameworks to manage system complexity and align business and IT resources. An enterprise architecture approach can help align business and IT resources and conform them to fundamental principles and common methodologies governing the entire information systems development process. In that sense, architectural frameworks are a convenient way to support such methodologies and separate roles that facilitate and implement these methodologies as needed. Still, many organizational and technical enterprise architecture challenges remain.
