新型三合一低温抛光剂的技术研究

随着铝行业的迅猛发展,传统的三合一处理剂的处理效果满足不了市场的要求,而由本公司自主研发的新型三合一低温抛光剂SBA-612采用了特殊表面活性剂、复合有机酸、缓蚀剂、络合剂、光亮剂和酸雾抑制剂,提高除油效果,增强了铝表面的亮度,减少了铝材的腐蚀和药品成本,并能适应不同合金成份的铝材,具有很好的市场前景和使用价值,可用于氧化及喷涂前处理.     

轧制测试技术实验教学模式改革

轧制测试技术是材料成型及控制工程专业的一门专业方向限选课程,教学内容包括理论教学和实验教学两个部分。培养高素质应用型技术人才办学理念和课程内容及性质决定了轧制测试技术课程的实验教学尤为重要。鉴于目前实验场地及仪器有限、实验教学学时数少且学生人数较多的现状,将实验教学的分散专题实验模式改为综合实验专周模式。从教学运行效果来看,改革行之有效。

Contributions of cross-cultural research to educational practice.

Three phases in the relationship of cross-cultural psychology to education are described: the application of US and western European approaches to Third World countries, the search for culturally specific modes of learning and reasoning, and current testing of cross-cultural research and curriculum innovation in addressing such concerns as the education of ethnic minority and language minority children. Topics considered include psychometric testing, educational failure among Third World and US minority children, developmental theories, multidisciplinary methodologies, the context-specificity of the cognitive effects of schooling, and the knowledge-acquisition repertoires enabled by education. Research considered includes studies of Koranic schooling in Morocco, interventions with Native Hawaiian and American Indian children, and reading instruction of Hispanic children in the US. From research to practice: one organisational model for promoting research based practice

This paper describes a framework used by the National Institute for Nursing in Oxford to integrate research, development and practice. With the increasing attention given to the topic of how research findings are implemented into clinical practice, it was felt important to share the challenges that have arisen in attempting to combine traditional research activities with more practice based development work. The emerging conceptual framework, structures and functions are described highlighting the variety of partnerships to be established in order to achieve the goal of integrating research into practice. While the underpinning principles of the framework--generating knowledge, implementing research into practice and evaluating the effectiveness of programmes--are not new, it is the way they have been combined within an organisational structure that could be helpful to others considering such a strategy. Both the strengths and weaknesses of the model are discussed, a number of conclusions drawn as to its robustness and consideration given to its replication.

A multicultural assessment supervision model to guide research and practice.

Multicultural assessment supervision is supervision of an assessment process in which the person assessed and the assessor are from different cultural backgrounds, the supervisor and the trainee are from different cultural backgrounds, or an instrument used in the assessment was developed with a cultural group different from that of the person assessed. A multicultural assessment competency model is presented to guide research and practice in multicultural assessment supervision. The model describes multicultural assessment competence areas, supervisor characteristics, supervision process variables, and supervision task areas important in the development of cultural competence in assessment practice. 根据相似原理，采用水模试验，研究了某钢厂六流连铸机中间包的钢水流动特性，提出了中间包内型结构的优化方案。通过对比，解释了原中间包内型结构不合理的原因，说明了优化后的中间包对钢水质量及生产组织的改善效果。     

井田进路全面采矿法试验研究与工程实践

以紫木凼金矿为工程背景，介绍了井田进路全面采矿法试验过程，试验取得了矿块生产能力79t／d、采矿损失率7．8％、矿石贫化率11．7％较好的技术经济指标，不仅达到了设计指标，还为工业生产推广应用打下了基础。     

Criteria of learning in educational research.

Both the tests used in schools and the criteria customarily employed in educational research are all too often measures of speed and accuracy in a specific function recently taught. Since teaching presumably aims at improvement of process-level, at retention of functions, and at establishing principles which are transferable to new procedures, it is important that these objectives should help determine the criteria of learning which are to be selected for studies dealing with basic educational research. The process of empowerment: A model for use in research and practice.

In this article, we propose a model of the process of empowerment. The notion of empowerment is compelling and much employed across many subfields inside and outside of psychology, but the lack of consistency in the ways prior literature has defined it is an obstacle to meaningful synthesis of findings and consistent application in practice. Our empowerment process model builds on prior work in taking the following steps: articulating empowerment as an iterative process, identifying core elements of that process, and defining the process in a way that is practically useful to both researchers and practitioners with terms that are easily communicated and applied. The components of the model are personally meaningful and power-oriented goals, self-efficacy, knowledge, competence, action, and impact. Individuals move through the process with respect to particular goals, doubling back repeatedly as experience promotes reflection.
