In this work, g‐C3N4, CuO and g‐C3N4/CuO?X (where × can be 3, 6, or 9) were synthesized through hydrothermal and calcination methods and used to fabricate photoelectrochemical (PEC) aptasensor for detection of bisphenol A (BPA). CuO nanoparticles covered with g‐C3N4 were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The aptasensor based on g‐C3N4/CuO‐6 possessed high PEC activity due to its good conductivity and low electron recombination rate. PEC experiments demonstrate that the aptasensor based on g‐C3N4/CuO‐6 exhibits a broad linear range towards BPA from 0.02–10 ng L?1 and 50–1200 ng L?1 and reveals superior stability, selectivity and repeatability. Thus, g‐C3N4/CuO‐6 composite is a promising material for the determination of BPA in PEC field and has commercially viable.  相似文献

The adsorptive and electrochemical behavior of amlodipine besylate on a glassy carbon electrode were explored in Britton-Robinson buffer solution by using cyclic and square-wave voltammetry. Cyclic voltammetric studies indicated the oxidation of amlodipine besylate at the electrode surface through a single two-electron irreversible step and fundamentally controlled by adsorption. The solution conditions and instrumental parameters were optimized for the determination of the authentic drug by adsorptive square-wave stripping voltammetry. Amlodipine besylate gave a sensitive adsorptive oxidation peak at 0.510 V (versus Ag/AgCl). The oxidation peak was used to determine amlodipine besylate in range 4.0×10−8 to 2.0×10−6 with a detection limit of 1.4×10−8 M. The procedure was successfully applied for the assay of amlodipine besylate in tablets (Norvasc)®. The percentage recoveries were in agreement with those obtained by the reference method. Applicability to assay the drug in urine and serum samples was illustrated. The mean percentage recoveries were 96.31±1.18 and 96.98±1.17, respectively. The proposd method used for monotoring clinically relevant concntrations of drug in human urine and serum.  相似文献

In this paper the procedure for the preparation of inclusion complexes of amlodipine besylate with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and 2-hydrohypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HPβ-CD) and their structural characterization was described. Molecular inclusion complexes of amlodipine besylate are prepared by the coprecipitation method and characterised by the application of spectroscopic methods FTIR, 1H-NMR and XRD. The photosensitivity of amlodipine besylate in the inclusion complexes was also determined with respect to uncomplexed agent. DSC curves indicate the loss of the clear peak due to melting of amlodipine besylate at about 200°C, while on XR diffractograms certain reflections are lost belonging to amlodipine besylate in complexes. This indicates its inclusion in the vacancies of the host. The inclusion of amlodipine besylate with cyclodextrins increases the stability, i.e. decreases the photosensitivity of amlodipine besylate.   相似文献

Graphene nanosheets modified glassy carbon electrode (GNs/GCE) was fabricated as voltammetric sensor for rutin with good sensitivity, selectivity and reproducibility. The sensor exhibits an adsorption‐controlled, reversible two‐proton and two electron transfer reaction for the oxidation of rutin with a peak‐to‐peak separation (ΔEp) of 26 mV as revealed by cyclic voltammetry. Moreover, the redox peak current increased about 14 times than that on bare glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The linear response of the sensor is from 1×10?7 to 1×10?5 M with a detection limit of 2.1 × 10?8 M (S/N = 3). The method was successfully applied to determine rutin in tablets with satisfied recovery.  相似文献

In the present study, an in‐syringe ultrasound‐assisted emulsification‐microextraction using a low‐density organic solvent was developed for simultaneous extraction and pre‐concentration of amlodipine besylate and nifedipine from plasma samples. The extracts were analyzed by high‐performance liquid chromatography with UV detection. Central composite design combined with desirability function was applied to find out the optimal experimental conditions providing the highest global extraction efficiency. The optimal conditions identified were volume of the extracting solvent 45 μL, ionic strength 18.95% w/v, sonication time 2.58 min, and centrifugation time 3 min. Under the optimal conditions, the proposed method was evaluated, and applied to the analysis of amlodipine besylate and nifedipine in plasma samples. The validation results of the method indicated a wide linear range (2–1200 ng/mL) with a good linearity (r2 >0.9991) and low detection limits (0.17 ng/mL for amlodipine besylate and 0.15 ng/mL for nifedipine) with RSD less than 5.2% for both components, both in intra‐ and inter‐day precision studies. The applicability of the proposed in‐syringe ultrasound‐assisted emulsification‐microextraction coupled to high‐performance liquid chromatography with UV detection method was demonstrated by analyzing the drugs in spiked plasma samples.  相似文献

Inspired by natural photosynthesis, biocatalytic photoelectrochemical (PEC) platforms are gaining prominence for the conversion of solar energy into useful chemicals by combining redox biocatalysis and photoelectrocatalysis. Herein, we report a dual biocatalytic PEC platform consisting of a molybdenum (Mo)‐doped BiVO4 (Mo:BiVO4) photoanode and an inverse opal ITO (IO‐ITO) cathode that gives rise to the coupling of peroxygenase and ene‐reductase‐mediated catalysis, respectively. In the PEC cell, the photoexcited electrons generated from the Mo:BiVO4 are transferred to the IO‐ITO and regenerate reduced flavin mononucleotides to drive ene‐reductase‐catalyzed trans‐hydrogenation of ketoisophrone to (R)‐levodione. Meanwhile, the photoactivated Mo:BiVO4 evolves H2O2 in situ via a two‐electron water‐oxidation process with the aid of an applied bias, which simultaneously supplies peroxygenases to drive selective hydroxylation of ethylbenzene into enantiopure (R)‐1‐phenyl‐1‐hydroxyethane. Thus, the deliberate integration of PEC systems with redox biocatalytic reactions can simultaneously produce valuable chemicals on both electrodes using solar‐powered electrons and water.  相似文献

A facile strategy to construct an amperometric biosensor was described for the determination of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). This biosensor relied on an electrospinning gold nanoparticle-chitosan-poly(vinyl alcohol) composite nanofibers modified ITO electrode, followed by immobilization of hemoglobin (Hb) on the surface. The introduction of nanofibers and gold nanoparticles in the modification of electrode surface not only enhanced the surface area of the modified electrode for enzyme immobilization but also facilitated the electron transfer rate. Under optimum conditions, the sensor was characterized in terms of its morphology by scanning electron microscopy and its electroactivity by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. Scanning electron microscopy revealed that the obtained nanofibers were uniform. The chronoamperometric behavior of the modified electrode indicated that the immobilized Hb retained electrochemical activity inside the electrospinning fibrous membranes. The electrode responded linearly to H2O2 in a wider concentration range of 5.6 × 10?7 M to 5.2 × 10?2 M with a low detection limit (S/N = 3) of 1.98 × 10?7 M and a short response time of ~4 s, suggesting a much better performance than that of other sensors. Moreover, the biosensor achieved bulk production and exhibited superior properties for the sensitive determination of H2O2, studied namely, long-term stability, good reproducibility, and high selectivity.  相似文献

The electrodeposition method was firstly applied to obtain uniform cube-shaped copper nanoparticles on conductive glass (ITO), and then a layer of tiny nickel nanoparticles. A bimetallic composite electrode (Cu−Ni/ITO), characterized by TEM, XPS and XRD, was prepared to construct the non-enzyme electrochemical glucose sensor with high catalytic activity. The catalytic performance of Cu−Ni/ITO had been greatly improved, probably due to the synergistic bimetallic catalysis effect. The electrode had a satisfactory linear response in the range of 2.5×10−7 M to 2.6×10−3 M, with detection limit as low as 67 nM. Besides, Cu−Ni/ITO had good anti-interference ability and reproducibility, indicating the promising application for glucose detection in practical samples.  相似文献

Mononuclear Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), Mg(II), Sr(II), Ba(II), Ca(II), Pt(IV), Au(III), and Pd(II) complexes of the drug amlodipine besylate (HL) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopic technique (IR, UV–Vis, solid reflectance, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, and 1H-NMR) and magnetic measurements. The elemental analyses of the complexes are confirmed by the stoichiometry of the types [M(HL)(X)2(H2O)]·nH2O [M = Mn(II), Co(II), Zn(II), Ni(II), Mg(II), Sr(II), Ba(II), and Ca(II); X = Cl? or NO3 ?], [Cd(HL)(H2O)]Cl2, [Pd(HL)2]Cl2, [Pt(L)2]Cl2, and [Au(L)2]Cl, respectively. Infrared data revealed that the amlodipine besylate drug ligand chelated as monobasic tridentate through NH2, oxygen (ether), and OH of besylate groups in Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), Mg(II), Sr(II), Ba(II), Ca(II), and Au(III) complexes, but in Pt(IV) and Pd(II) complexes, the amlodipine besylate coordinates via NH2 and OH (besylate) groups. An octahedral geometry is proposed for all complexes except for the Cd(II), Pt(IV), and Pd(II) complexes. The amlodipine besylate free ligand and the transition and non-transition complexes showed antibacterial activity towards some Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and the fungi (Aspergillus flavus and Candida albicans).  相似文献

A simple, rapid, accurate, precise and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of amlodipine besylate (ADB) in bulk sample and in dosage forms is described. The method is based on oxidation of the drug by potassium permanganate in acidic medium and determine the unreacted oxidant by measuring the decrease in absorbance for five different dyes; methylene blue (MB), acid blue 74 (AB), acid red 73 (AR), amaranth dye (AM) and acid orange 7 (AO) at a suitable λmax 663, 609, 511, 520, and 484 nm, respectively. Regression analysis of Beer's law plots showed good correlation in the concentration ranges 1.0–24, 0.9–22, 1.2–26, 0.9–12.8 and 1.0–14 μg ml?1, respectively. The apparent molar absorptivity, Sandell sensitivity, detection and quantitation limits were calculated. For more accurate results, Ringbom optimum concentration ranges were 1.2–22.4, 1.1–20, 1.4–24.5, 1.0–12.3 and 1.3–13.2 μg ml?1, respectively. Statistical treatment of the results reflects that the proposed procedures are precise, accurate and easily applicable for the determination of amlodipine besylate in pure form and in pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

Here, we reported on a one‐step fabrication of magnetite Fe3O4 nanoparticles/indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode based on the direct growing of Fe3O4 nanoparticles on the ITO surface by using a solvothermal process. The modified electrode was used as electrochemical methotrexate (MTX) biosensor with high sensitivity based on cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry techniques. The results demonstrated a linear relationship between the MTX concentration and its oxidation current peak over a wide range from 10?5 to 10?14 mole/L with a limit of detection of 0.4×10?15 M based on the square wave voltammetry (SWV) technique. In addition, Fe3O4/ITO electrode showed a good capability for measuring very low concentrations of MTX drug dissolved in human serum solution. Also, Fe3O4/ITO electrode was used for detecting MTX in blood serum samples collected from patients after their treatment with MTX. The prepared electrode showed the higher sensitivity that higher than the Viva‐E instrument, which opens the door for developing a cheap, simple and higher sensitive MTX sensor.  相似文献

The antihypertensive drug amlodipine has been characterized voltammetrically in a carbon paste electrode by means of anodic stripping voltammetry. An adsorptive stripping method in a carbon paste electrode for trace determination of amlodipine has been described. Cyclic voltammetric studies indicated the oxidation of amlodipine besylate at the electrode surface through a single two-electron irreversible step fundamentally controlled by adsorption. A study of the variation in the peak current with solution variables such as pH, ionic strength, concentration of amlodipine, possible interference, and instrumental variables, such as preconcentration time and accumulation potential, has resulted in the optimization of the oxidation signal for analytical purposes. By anodic adsorptive anodic stripping voltammetry, the calibration plot was linear in the range 9.9 × 10?9 ? 1.4 × 10?7 M with a detection limit of 2 × 10?10 M in a carbon paste electrode at pH 11.0. The procedure was successfully applied to the assay of amlodipine besylate in some commercial products in the market (Amlopres®, Amlodipine, and Norvasc®). The percentage recoveries were in agreement with those obtained by the reference method.  相似文献

A visible‐light driven photoelectrochemical (PEC) sensor based on aptamer immobilized TiO2‐Fe2O3 nanotubes was proposed for the first time and highly sensitive and selective bisphenol A determination was realized. Taking advantage of the alloy oxide nanotube structure, high surface area, good biocompatibility, superior photoelectrocatalytic performance, a limit of detection toward BPA as low as 1.8×10?11 M with linearity in the range from 1.8×10?11 to 3.2×10?9 M could be achieved. Specificity was greatly exhibited for this aptasensor under 100‐fold excess concentration of estriol, resorcinol, nonylphenol, 2,4‐D, acetamiprid, chlorpyrifos and omethoate. Simultaneously, satisfactory results were obtained in real water sample investigation from industrial plastics and drinking water. A novel visible‐light driven PEC method for highly sensitive and selective detection of BPA was thus established.  相似文献

An effective electrochemiluminescence (ECL) sensor based on Nafion/poly(sodium 4-styrene sulfonate) (PSS) composite film-modified ITO electrode was developed. The Nafion/PSS/Ru composite film was characterized by atomic force microscopy, UV-vis absorbance spectroscopy and electrochemical experiments. The Nafion/PSS composite film could effectively immobilize tris(2,2′-bipyridyl)ruthenium(II) (Ru(bpy)32+) via ion-exchange and electrostatic interaction. The ECL behavior of Ru(bpy)32+ immobilized in Nafion/PSS composite film was investigated using tripropylamine (TPA) as an analyte. The detection limit (S/N = 3) for TPA at the Nafion/PSS/Ru composite-modified electrode was estimated to be 3.0 nM, which is 3 orders of magnitude lower than that obtained at the Nafion/Ru modified electrode. The Nafion/PSS/Ru composite film-modified indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode also exhibited good ECL stability. In addition, this kind of immobilization approach was simple, effective, and timesaving.  相似文献

Plasmid pTZ18R and calf thymus DNA in aerated neutral aqueous solution were irradiated by continuous 254 nm light. The quantum yields are φssb= 4.0 × 10-5 and φdsb= 1.4 × 10-6 for single- and double-strand break formation, respectively, φbr= 2.3 × 10-5 for base release, φdn= 2.1 × 10-3 for destruction of nucleotides, and φicl×φlds× 1 × 10-6 for interstrand cross-links and locally denatured sites, respectively. The presence of Tris-HCI/ ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (10:1, pH 7.5) buffer strongly reduces φssb, The corresponding φ values, obtained on employing pulsed 193 nm laser irradiation, are much larger than those using λirr, = 254 nm. This is ascribed to a contribution of chemical reactions induced by photoionization, which is absent for 254 nm irradiation. The quantum yields of inactivation of plasmid DNA (λirr= 254 nm) were measured by transformation of the Escherichia coli strains AB1157 (wild type), φina(1157) = 1.6 × 10-4, AB1886 (uvr-), φina(1886) = 4.2 × 10-4, AB2463 (rec-), φina(2463) = 4.1 × 10-4 and AB2480 (uvr- rec-), φina(2480) = 3.1 × 10-3. The quantum yields of inactivation of plasmid DNA are compared with those of the four E. coli strains (denoted as chromosomal DNA inactivation) obtained from the literature. The results for E. coli strain AB2480 show that the chromosomal DNA and the plasmid DNA are both inactivated by a single pyrimidine photodimer per genome. With the E. coli strain AB2463 inactivation of plasmid and chromosomal DNA is the same for the same total damage per genome and is ~ 10 times smaller than for AB2480. This is explained by photodimer repair in chromosomal and plasmid DNA and by the absence of dsb repair in both cases. In the repair wild-type strain AB1157, inactivation of the plasmid DNA is roughly 100 times higher than that of the chromosomal DNA. We postulate that a portion of this difference is due to repair of dsb by the recA system in chromosomal DNA and that such repair does not take place in the plasmid DNA. The biological results from 254 nm irradiation are compared with those from 193 nm laser irradiation.  相似文献

A platinum (Pt) film coated n-silicon (Pt/n-n+-Si) was modified with nickel(II)-potassium hexacyanoferrate (NiHCF)-graphene sheets (GS) hybrid and used as a photo-electrochemical (PEC) sensor for non-enzyme hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) detection. A NiHCF film was deposited on the surface of GS/Pt/n-n+-Si electrode by chemical method. The structure and composition of the NiHCF film was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). PEC behavior of the NiHCF-GS/Pt/n-n+-Si electrode was investigated using cyclic voltammetry (CV) under illumination. The modified electrode has been used as PEC sensor for H2O2 detection with a linear range of 2.0 × 10?6–2.9 × 10?3 M and a detection limit of 1.0 × 10?6 M at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3 in a two-electrode cell with a Pt plate as counter electrode. The characteristics of GS layer have been discussed in both the improvement of sensibility and selectivity.  相似文献

A poly(2‐aminophenylbenzimidazole)/gold nanoparticles (P2AB/AuNPs) coated disposable pencil graphite electrode (PGE) was fabricated as an enzyme‐free sensor for the H2O2 determination. P2AB/AuNPs and P2AB were successfully synthesized electrochemically on PGE in acetonitrile for the first time. The coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction spectroscopy, Energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, Surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy, and UV‐Vis spectroscopy. AuNPs interacted with P2AB as carrier enhances the electrocatalytic activity towards reduction of H2O2. The analytical performance was evaluated in a 100 mM phosphate buffer solution at pH 6.5 by amperometry. The steady state current vs. H2O2 concentration is linear in the range of 0.06 to 100 mM (R2=0.992) with a limit of detection 3.67×10?5 M at ?0.8 V vs. SCE and no interference is caused by ascorbic acid, dopamine, uric acid, and glucose. The examination for the sensitive determination of H2O2 was conducted in commercially available hair oxidant solution. The results demonstrate that P2AB/AuNPs/PGE has potential applications as a sensing material for quantitative determination of H2O2.  相似文献

TiO2 film was synthesized by means of the chemical bath deposition (CBD) method from TiCl4 as a precursor and surfactant cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as a linking and assembling agent of the titanium hydroxide network on a graphite substrate. Ag and Cu were loaded on the TiO2 film by means of electrodeposition at various applied currents. Photoelectrochemical testing on the composite of Ag-TiO2/G and Cu-TiO2/G was used to define the composite for Escherichia coli-contaminated water disinfection. Disinfection efficiency and the rate of disinfection of E. coli-contaminated water with Ag-TiO2/G as a catalyst was higher than that observed for Cu-TiO2/G in all disinfection methods including photocatalysis (PC), electrocatalysis (EC), and photoelectrocatalysis (PEC). The highest rate constant was achieved by the PEC method using Ag-TiO2/G, k was 6.49 × 10−2 CFU mL−1 min−1. Effective disinfection times of 24 h (EDT24) and 48 h (EDT48) were achieved in all methods except the EC method using Cu-TiO2/G.  相似文献

Glucose oxidase(GOD) was encapsulated in the Graphene/Nafion film modified glassy carbon electrode(GCE) and used as an ECL sensor for glucose. The GOD retains its bioactivity after being immobilized into the composite film. The sensor gives a linear response for glucose in the range of 2.0×10?6–1.0×10?4 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.0×10?6 mol/L. The sensor showed good stability, the RSD for continuous scanning for 5.0×10?5 mol/L glucose was 4.21 % (n=5). After being stored in 0.05 mol/L pH 7.4 PBS in 4 °C for two weeks, the modified electrode maintains 80 % of its initial activity. The glucose sensor provides new opportunity for clinical diagnosis applications.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of atorvastatin and amlodipine at a glassy carbon electrode has been studied using different voltammetric techniques. First derivative of the ratio voltammetric methods for determination of amlodipine and atorvastatin in tablets in the presence of the other compound has been described. This technique depends on the measuring of first derivative of the ratio voltammograms of each concentration as a function of the increased concentrations. DP and SW voltammetric methods depend on first derivative of the ratio‐voltammetry by measurements of the selected potentials for amlodipine and atorvastatin. The linear response was within the range of 4×10?6–1×10?4 M for amlodipine and 2×10?6–1×10?4 M for atorvastatin. The proposed methods have been extensively validated.  相似文献
