全球经济一体化还是区域经济一体化 ———经济全球化的发展趋势分析

世界经济已经进入即时强关联阶段,经济全球化问题引起世界各国的高度重视,分 析经济全球化的发展趋势也成为学者研究的热点问题. 目前,这方面的研究大都基于外贸和外 资依存度指标,文章认为上述两个指标并没有体现经济全球化的本质,进而提出测度经济全球 化程度的国民经济互动指标,并且据此对经济全球化程度进行实证分析. 实证结论表明:1) 区 域经济一体化是当前经济全球化的主导趋势;2) 全球各经济区域之间关联程度变弱.     

非不可协调关系——经济全球化与区域经济一体化

经济全球化与区域经济一体化是当前世界经济发展的两大趋势,两者之间的关系也是众学者一直争议的话题。笔者将从两个基本概念入手,并提出以各国国家利益为先这一根本出发点,阐述经济区域化和经济全球化趋势产生的一个最根本原因,以及经济区域化是怎样对整个世界经济格局产生影响的,即区域经济一体化与经济全球化之间的关系。     

探析云南省与周边国家的区域经济一体化进程

20世纪50年代以来,全球大多数国家都不可避免的参与区域经济一体化的进程。区域经济一体化是指以对内加强经济合作,增强经济实力,对外提高竞争力为目的,由地域向邻近的一些国家或者地区签订文件或者条约,在不同程度上将所有缔约国(地区)经济结合在一起,将范围内的经济行为纳入同一经济框架之下进而建立地区性经济组织的现象。本文通过对云南省的区域经济一体化研究,窥探中国沿边地区的区域经济合作与发展。

我国已加入WTO,对于在激烈的国际竞争市场里处于弱势的我国绝大多数企业,研究经济全球化问题是十分迫切和必要的,本文综合了18世纪以来各主要流派的经济全球化理论,并简要评价,提出自身观点,以便为政府宏观引导企业微观决策以及理论研究提供参考。     

加快我国参与全球区域经济一体化的思考——基于政府采购的视角

"发展需要合作"已成为所有国家的共识,我国也正在积极的融入到全球区域经济一体化的进程中。2007年底启动的加入《政府采购协议》(GPA)谈判,标志着我国在区域经济一体化的道路上又迈出了一大步。然而,国内保护主义的阻碍以及自身缺陷不容忽视。本文以加入GAP为切入点,在分析国内问题的基础上,借鉴欧盟的经验,呼吁政府采购改革并提出了相关的建议,以促进我国更加深入的融入到全球区域经济一体化中。     

没有全国一体化 怎么面对经济全球化

Economic globalization affecting economic development of East Asian countries

 Economic globalization is the inevitable result of the economic developing process, which has experienced three developmental phases: commercial capitalism, vertical rank division of labor of industrial capitalism, and global rank division of labor. This paper holds that evolution of economic production activity brought about by the third science and technology revolution provides a strong material and technological basis for economic globalization. The development of productivity brought forth by the new technological revolution exacerbates the supply–demand contradiction in capitalism and becomes the important propelling factor that promotes monopolistic capital to push outward to the rest of the world. The multinational corporations that master high technology and huge capital become the main powers that propel global production rank division of labor. Because of the aspiration for industrialization and modernization, East Asian countries have become the propelling power for economic globalization.     

Global myopia: globalization theory in International Business

This paper critically evaluates some shortcomings in the handling of the globalization concept in International Business (IB). In particular, the paper identifies disciplinary isolation (and its consequences) and lack of a general, theoretically satisfying, definition for the concept as key culprits driving the often myopic views of globalization in IB. Some remedies are proposed, and a general definition of globalization is offered in the hope of stimulating a wider discussion.     

劳动力地区间转移的经济发展趋势分析

伴随着每年大规模的农村劳动力跨地区转移,沿海地区和内陆地区的差距不但没有缩小,反而有继续扩大的趋势.针对此现象,在探讨产业集聚机理的基础上,应用一般均衡模型来分析劳动力跨地区转移所带来的效应.模型的仿真结果表明,若考虑劳动力跨地区转移的摩擦时,则随着劳动力跨地区转移率的提高,产业集聚效应和地区差距均可能会出现增大的趋势.     

Global software development: an exploratory study of challenges of globalization,HRM practices and process improvement

The globalization of software development industry continues to experience a significant growth. The increased trend of globalization brings new challenges, increases the scope of the core functions of human resource management and impacts the dynamics of process improvement. The aim of this study is to explore the challenges of globalization and indicators of process improvement in distributed teams’ environment. This study also explores the impact of HRM practices on challenges of global software development, and, the impact of HRM practices and challenges of global software development on process improvement. The exploratory mixed method design is adapted as research methodology for this study. In this multi-method approach, study is completed in two phases. In first phase, qualitative data is collected, and analyzed to explore the study variables and their relationships in global software development environment. In second phase, quantitative data is collected, and analyzed to validate the findings of first phase. The findings of this study suggest that the challenges of global software development negatively impact the process improvement; but, effective HRM practices help to minimize the negative impact of challenges and positively impacts the process improvement in global software development environment.     

基于全球经济一体化的当前通货紧缩研究

自从 1 997年下半年以来 ,我国物价指数增幅连续二十多个月为负数 .这一建国后罕见的物价低迷现象引出了一场关于通货紧缩的热烈讨论 .在这些讨论中 ,认为我国正处于通货紧缩的论点占绝对主导地位 .本文认为 ,由于全球经济的一体化浪潮 ,国家与国家之间经济边界的淡化以及经济系统边界的扩大 ,经济系统中突现出许多本质不同的性质和特征 ,这些变化不仅导致各国经济变化存在很大相关性 ,甚至连政策变化也存在一定相关性 ,因此基于孤立的一个国家视角的通货紧缩理论具有很大的局限性 .本文立足于全球经济一体化的观点和“一篮子货币”思想 ,通过选择不同的参照系 ,考虑人民币 /美元汇率 ,以及考虑其它重要经济因素——日元 /美元汇率 ,世界原油价格 ,有色金属价格以及东南亚金融危机的影响 ,定量地考察了我国近年物价变化的实质原因 ,从而阐明了我国近两年的物价下跌基本上是正常的物价回落 ,同时也证明了近两年国家刺激经济增长的财政政策和货币政策已经发挥了巨大的作用 .最后 ,本文从几个重要经济指标的走势变化指出了全球经济形势的新变化 ,运用世界经济和我国经济滞后影响原理 ,提出了目前应该进入仔细观察和深入定量分析国际和国内经济形,谨慎出台刺激物价上涨政策的阶段,以便寻求一系列更适合和安全的政策．     

The coming globalization of health care

In Phase One of the global economy, international marketing of goods was paramount. In Phase Two, the marketing of services is becoming an increasingly important force. And one of the industries best positioned to profit from the globalization of services is U.S. health care. For years, a small number of providers with international reputations has catered to foreign patients. But the competition for this potentially lucrative market is on the verge of exploding. It's been estimated that the number of foreign patients visiting the U.S. for health care will quadruple in the next few years. How is this new global phenomenon unfolding, who are the potential players in the market, and what obstacles and opportunities exist? Is it so preposterous to imagine Egyptians undergoing heart bypasses in Boston? The fact is, it's already starting to happen.
