攀西地区西番莲的栽培

西番莲果汁或浓缩汁是当今世界生产多种高级天然果汁饮料的及果冻、糕点、馅饼等食品、保健品的添加剂及重要原料。攀西地区西南部安宁河、雅砻江中下游和金沙江河谷南亚热带和中亚热带区域光热资源丰富,是种植西番莲的适宜区。本区自1960年引种试栽以来,逐年发展,特别是近年来随着国家西部开发战略的大力实施,农业产业结构调整和退耕还林工作的开展,栽培西番莲并进行综合开发利用,已经成为该区域一项新兴产业,发展前景十分美好。然而由于对西番莲的研究较少,生产中存在较多问题,如品种单一,产量低,品质差,抗病性差,影响了西番莲种植业和加工业的发展。作者根据西番莲的引种栽培研究,介绍西番莲的栽培特点。     

西番莲中微量元素的测定

采用火焰原子吸收法测定了西番莲植地土壤和西番莲花、茎、果实中10多种微量元素的含量，分析了西番莲对土壤微量元素的吸收富集能力.实验结果表明：西番莲花、茎、果实中含有丰富的微量元素，成熟西蕃莲果实中微量元素含量大部分高于葡萄、哈密瓜、无花果等6种干果.微量元素的含量有一定的差异，西蕃莲对微量元素有选择性地富集.     

喀斯特峰丛洼地西番莲生态效益研究

在喀斯特峰从洼地石漠化试验区种植西番莲,通过定位试验结合西番莲光合指标、土壤物理指标、气候指标测定方法,研究西番莲对土壤及小生境的影响。结果表明:不同覆盖度试验以中等覆盖度的西番莲叶片积累的干物质量最多,对光能的利用率最高;在石漠化区种植西番莲可以降低土壤容重,增加土壤总孔隙度、非毛管孔隙度、毛管孔隙度,改良土壤孔性特征,通气透水性能增强;还可以降低环境温度,增加环境湿度,在高温天气起到显著的降温增湿效应,具有良好的生态效益。     

西番莲在吉首地区的引种试种

从广东引进的紫果西番莲( Passiflora edulis Sims )和黄果西番莲( P. edulis f . f lavicarpa Degener)在湖南省吉首地区试种,对其植物学特征、物候期、人工授粉、产量、抗逆性及果实营养成分进行初步研究. 结果表明, 西番莲当年种植当年挂果,产量高, 适应性强,果实加工品质好, 但不能露地越冬.通过防寒措施,西番莲可在吉首乃至湖南省进行适当推广.     

西双版纳西番莲果实挥发性香气成分研究

采用水蒸气蒸馏法,对产自西双版纳黄果西番莲(Passiflora edulis var.flavicarpa)和紫果西番莲(Passiflora edulis)的果肉果皮中挥发性成分分别进行了分离提取,并用GC-MS分析了这些挥发性成分的组成.首次对西双版纳黄果西番莲果肉挥发性成分、黄果西番莲果皮挥发性成分、紫果西番莲果肉挥发性成分、紫果西番莲果皮挥发性成分进行了分析比较,分析结果表明用水蒸气蒸馏法所得的主要致香成分分别是:黄果果肉中含二氢-β-紫罗兰醇、α-紫罗兰醇、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯等;黄果果皮中含苯甲醇、苯乙醇、二氢-β-紫罗兰醇等;紫果果肉中含苯甲醇、苯甲醛、十六酸、松油醇等;紫果果皮中含苯甲醇、苯甲醛、十六酸、角鲨烯等.     

毛西番莲提取物对蘑菇酪氨酸酶的抑制作用

以毛西番莲的叶片为材料,经水提、过滤、旋转蒸发浓缩,得到毛西番莲酪氨酸酶抑制剂的提取物.研究该提取物对蘑菇酪氨酸酶的效应,结果表明,毛西番莲提取物对蘑菇酪氨酸酶有较强的抑制作用,其IC50值为0.47 mg/mL,抑制机理为可逆混合型,其对游离酶的抑制常数(KI)0.56 mg/mL和对酶-底物络合物的抑制常数(KIS)为1.10 mg/mL.

西番莲果皮发酵产沼气潜力的实验研究

以西番莲果皮为原料,在中温(30±1℃)条件下进行批量式沼气发酵实验,发酵时间为28d,结果表明,西番莲果皮产气潜力分别为867mL/g.TS和936mL/g.VS,是一种较好的沼气发酵原料。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
