对于产品结构复杂的传统离散型、制造类企业,由于受企业管理现状、信息化应用基础工作等方面因素的制约,其信息化工作的关键和难点是如何找到一个合适的突破口.我厂在实施PDM/CAPP系统的时候,没有停留在单个系统的叠加和集成,而是面向整个企业的信息集成需求,坚持以业务流程为主线,打破部门之间的界限,对于原有的业务流程进行重组,实现了物料信息在设计、工艺、生产和财务等的闭环集成管理和应用,取得了非常好的效果.

ERP系统(企业资源计划)作为20世纪90年代兴起的为企业提供决策支持服务的应用软件,随着企业迅速发展的需要,逐渐被商业企业接受和使用,并且现已发展成为现代企业管理理论之一。由于我国引进ERP的时间较晚,再加上企业对于ERP知识与理论的使用还不太完善,很多制造型企业不敢或者不愿意花较大的成本去使用ERP相关的软件产品。不去尝试使用ERP的后果是同行都已经在使用了,但自己还处于原地的状态,最后会被淘汰。笔者通过分析和理解中国制造型企业与ERP系统之间的关系,希望找到一条适合ERP系统与中国制造型企业共同完成业务流程重组、集成化管理模式与现代管理方法的渠道,最终实现制造型企业的转型升级。

特种含能材料制造MES系统的设计

提出了特种含能材料制造工业ERP／MES／PCS三层体系结构MES系统的任务，构造了MES系统的8个可动态重组功能模块和一系列的业务流程，各功能模块与企业管理、先进过程控制体系协同运作，实现了特种含能材料产品的多品种小批量的敏捷制造.此设计总体考虑企业管理和控制，完整地实现了企业管控一体化的信息化建设，具有一定的推广应用价值。     

招标业务流程重组及其信息化实施策略

运用业务流程重组的理论,以某集团企业为实例,论述了BPR在大型企业招标信息化建设中的重要作用,并从体制、制度、流程的重构几个层面,指导招标信息化建设。同时,也通过对招标信息化与业务流程重组实施相结合进行探讨,以期实现招标管理水平的有效提升。     

A methodology and tool environment for process analysis and reengineering

Most private and public organizations have recently turned their attention to the process by which they operate, to improve service and product quality and customer satisfaction. To support business process reengineering, methods and tools for process modeling and analysis are required. The paper presents the ARTEMIS methodology and associated tool environment for business process analysis for reengineering. In the ARTEMIS methodological framework, business processes are modeled as workflows and are analyzed according to an organizational structure perspective and an operational structure perspective. With these two perspectives, the analyst can plan reengineering interventions based on the degree of autonomy/dependency of organization units in terms of coupling, and the inter-process semantic correspondences, in terms of data and operation similarity, respectively. The ARTEMIS methodology and associated tool environment have been conceived and applied in the framework of the PROGRESS research project. In the paper, we report on a reengineering case study of this project involving the Italian Ministry of Justice.     

REINVENTING THROUGH REENGINEERING

Reinventing through, reengineering targets traditional business practices to renew leadership and optimize an enterprise's competitive position and shareholder value. This article dispels the myths that have led to unsuccessful reengineering efforts, discusses the elevated role of information technology in the reengineering process, and presents a comprehensive reengineering work plan for achieving a true enterprisewide transformation.     

A systematic approach to business process reengineering

In this study, a business process is defined as a set of various tasks which are closely inter-related and is assumed to have its own objectives to achieve. A set of processes constitute a business system. Many business process reengineering plans turned out to be unsuccessful because they are based on the existing process which assumed tasks along the process independent or based on the assumption that a process is independent of other processes. This approach generated redundant tasks or led to conflict between business processes. Under this approach, it very difficult to predict the result of the plan due to localized analysis of the process. To avoid aforementioned problems, a systematic, analytic and iterative approach to build up a master plan for business process reengineering is proposed.     

基于UML的销售流程优化及仿真

以订单销售流程为例,借鉴面向对象的分析方法,采用流程重组的思路,用UML对销售订单过程静态和动态结合的建模。通过用例图描述系统的功能需求和参与者,给出系统的总体框架,用活动图分析了订单销售业务过程中对象之间的关系,并结合流程优化的原则进行优化,得到有效的系统重组方案。最后通过SIMPROCESS仿真工具仿真订单销售流程,通过对仿真结果分析,证明该流程优化的效果。     

OO MODELING OF BUSINESS PROCESSES Object-Oriented Systems Analysis

Business reengineering requires new systems analysis tools for process modeling. An object-oriented (OO) approach may be better than the traditional data flow diagram method in modeling business processes. This article explains the development of an OO tool that may potentially benefit IS in reengineering business processes.     

Web-based business process reengineering

Software reengineering is not a widely accepted practice, but its methods and tools are critical to the success of business process reengineering (BPR). Reengineering software starts with an understanding of the existing system and an identification of those components that support the new business processes “as-is” and those that may have to be changed. Software reengineering would become widely used if the technology was more automated, more accessible and less complicated. Transformational reengineering encompasses available techniques for reverse engineering, reengineering and reuse, as well as the new medium of the World Wide Web (WWW). Using the WWW, the “as-is” and “to-be” designs can be made available for viewing and distribution. The author provides insight into the future of BPR and software reengineering using the WWW

IT-induced business process reengineering (BPR) offers promise of dramatic performance improvements in productivity and quality and can form a vital component of an ongoing total quality management (TQM) program. IS managers can take the lead in informing the reengineering process of technology's possibilities and facilitating process innovation through technology application.

分析了学报现有稿件的业务流程后,进行了稿件业务流程的网络化再造工作。从横向的稿件管理需求和纵向的稿件处理流程两方面设计了网络化的学报管理系统,使学报的工作能够网络化、自动化。     

使用ARIS进行动态业务流程建模

为了能够在当今高度竞争的商业环境中生存和发展,企业需要不断改进自身的业务流程。显然,对业务流程进行动态建模可以大大提高项目重新设计的成功可能。本文对利用ARIS进行业务流程进行动态建模做了可行性研究;同时,文章还对业务流程模型的仿真进行了讨论。最后本文给出了一个关于ARIS动态建模应用在保险公司的实例。
