从知识流动方向的视角,将开放度分为内向型开放度和外向型开放度。基于长三角地区制造业企业232份调查问卷所获得的数据,用结构方程模型实证研究了开放度、关系网络及知识共享对企业创新绩效的影响。研究结果表明:1开放度对关系网络和知识共享都有直接的正向影响,且关系网络在开放度对知识共享的影响中发挥了重要的中介作用。2开放度和知识共享对创新绩效具有直接的正向影响。3关系网络对创新绩效没有显著的直接正向影响,但可以通过知识共享间接影响创新绩效。  相似文献

实现军民融合企业创新发展是推进军民融合发展战略的关键一环,对于维护国家安全和保证其市场竞争地位均具有重要意义。聚焦军民融合企业研发团队,从社会网络的角度探讨了创新绩效的激发机制。研究表明:第一,师徒制对军民融合企业研发团队创新绩效具有显著的正向影响;第二,知识整合在师徒制与创新绩效关系中起到中介作用;第三,信息深度加工调节知识整合与创新绩效间关系,信息深度加工水平越高,知识整合对创新绩效的影响越强;第四,军品/民品差异调节知识整合与创新绩效之间的关系,民品生产线下,知识整合对研发团队创新绩效的影响更强。  相似文献

通过实证调查,对512名知识员工组织支持感影响工作绩效的直接效应和间接效应进行了对比模型检验.研究结果表明,本研究的双维组织支持感问卷及其他相关问卷均具有较好的信效度;虽然工作满意度和情感承诺在组织支持感与工作绩效的关系中存在中介作用,但是,组织支持感影响工作绩效的直接效应大于间接效应.  相似文献

如何实现供应链合作网络中企业间协同创新绩效的持续与稳定提升,是实践界与理论界普遍关注的问题。基于对47个供应链合作网络中232家企业的调研分析,得出如下结论:整合型领导力正向影响着供应链合作网络中企业间协同创新绩效;知识整合与网络关系嵌入在整合型领导力与企业间协同创新绩效之间分别起到部分中介作用;知识整合与网络关系嵌入在两者之间起到连续中介的作用;知识整合与网络关系嵌入在两者之间的部分中介作用强度没有明显差异,但是要大于网络关系嵌入与知识整合的连续中介作用。进一步强调了供应链合作网络中核心企业领导力的关键作用以及讨论了其作用路径,这对完善领导力的理论体系以及指导供应链合作实践具有深远意义。  相似文献

基于资源观和能力观的相关理论,构建供应商社会资本、动态能力和创新绩效三者关系的概念模型。通过对211家企业的调查获取数据,运用多元回归分析检验了三者之间的关系。结果表明:动态能力在结构维度与创新财务绩效、结构维度与创新成长绩效、关系维度和创新财务绩效、认知维度和创新成长绩效之间起到完全中介作用,在关系维度和创新成长绩效、认知维度和创新财务绩效之间起到部分中介作用。因此,企业应该重视社会资本的积累,同时加强动态能力的提升,提高创新绩效。   相似文献

目的探讨情绪智力与心理授权对科研人员创新绩效的影响机制。方法采用情绪智力、心理授权以及科研人员创新问卷,在科研团队中收集了128个团队中的333对上下级配对调查问卷数据。结果多层线性分析的结果表明心理授权对情绪智力与科研人员创新之间的关系具有中介作用。结论情绪智力对心理授权没有显著地正向预测作用;情绪智力可通过心理授权影响科研人员的创新绩效。  相似文献

构建了供应链设计、供应链整合、信息共享及供应链绩效之间关系的理论模型,并以广东省珠三角地区162家制造企业为调查对象,对供应链设计、供应链整合、信息共享及供应链绩效之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明,供应链设计对供应链整合、供应链绩效均有显著的正向影响;供应链设计对信息共享的直接影响并不显著,却会以供应链整合为中介对信息共享产生间接影响;供应链整合对信息共享、供应链绩效有显著的正向影响;而低层次的信息共享对供应链绩效并无显著影响。根据上述实证研究结果,本研究结合中国情境给出了相关管理启示。  相似文献

在技术创新过程中,企业与外部建立合作网络的重要性不断受到管理实践者和研究者的重视.以开放性创新和社会网络理论为基础,研究了技术导向对创新绩效的影响作用,并分析了合作网络对二者关系的调节作用.本研究以107家高新技术企业为研究样本,构建回归模型对假设进行验证.结果显示:技术导向对创新绩效没有产生直接显著的积极作用;合作网络规模正向调节技术导向的两个衡量指标,也就是技术能力和研发强度,对创新绩效的作用;合作深度正向调节技术能力对创新绩效的作用.  相似文献

通过对组织公平感影响员工绩效的机制的理论和实证研究,得出了以下结论:(1) 组织公平感的三个构面对员工的任务绩效和关系绩效的直接影响不显著,主要是通过组织承诺和LMX间接作用于员工绩效.(2) 分配公平和程序公平通过情感承诺和LMX对人际促进和工作奉献影响产生影响.(3) 互动公平通过情感承诺、规范承诺和LMX对任务绩效、人际促进和工作奉献三种绩效均产生影响.(4) 在三类公平中,互动公平是员工绩效的最佳预测指标.(5) 在情感承诺、规范承诺和LMX三个中介变量中,规范承诺的产生的中介作用最大.  相似文献

This research investigates the impacts of proactiveness, openness to experience, and extraversion on innovative performance among engineers. The work also examines the mediating role of knowledge sharing. Using a person–situation interaction perspective, the study further explores the moderating role of perceived organizational support (POS) in personality–knowledge sharing relationships. Data collected from engineers (N = 183) across various public and private engineering firms in Pakistan reveal that knowledge sharing mediated the relationship of proactiveness and extraversion with innovative performance. In addition, highly proactive and extraverted engineers are more likely to share knowledge when the POS is high. Contrary to the expectations, engineers who highly exhibit openness to experience are less likely to share knowledge under high POS. These findings provide significant contributions to the theory and practice of engineering management by highlighting the essential link of personality traits with knowledge sharing and innovation among engineers.  相似文献

This research empirically investigates the relationship between organizational culture, knowledge sharing, organizational innovation, and competitive advantage. Data were collected from 294 industrial managers, and PLS-SEM was used to validate data and examine the hypothesized relationships. Results revealed that organizational culture, knowledge sharing, and organizational innovation positively affect competitive advantage. More specifically, organizational culture fosters knowledge-sharing and innovation activities among the workforce and links them with high-level business processes that could be conducive to acquiring advanced manufacturing capabilities. The present study highlighted that organizational culture is indispensable for business operational success, and knowledge-sharing and organizational innovation appear to be key drivers for gaining competitive advantage.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Building collaborative ties has become an increasingly important strategy for influencing firms’ ambidextrous innovation in transition economies, we examine the relationship between collaborative ties and ambidextrous innovation—with a focus on the mediating effect of knowledge acquisition using firm-level data in China. The empirical results reveal several important findings. First, collaborative ties among partners have a positive effect on firms’ ambidextrous innovation. Second, collaborative ties among partners are more beneficial to the firm’s external knowledge acquisition than internal knowledge acquisition. Lastly, the mediating effect of internal knowledge acquisition on the relationship between collaborative ties and ambidextrous innovation of firms is higher than that of external knowledge acquisition. These findings contribute to the literature on ambidexterity theory. Moreover, these findings also extend our understanding of the importance of the integration of internal and external knowledge acquisition in collaborative relationships, and enrich knowledge management literature within the collaborative ties framework.  相似文献

In makerspaces, the embeddedness in open communities helps makers to build relationship networks and gives them access to ample knowledge, which will be finally transformed into the source of innovation. Based on strong-weak ties theory and the knowledge-based view, this study divides the ties in the makers' relationship network into strong and weak ties according to the intensity and explores their effects on makers' knowledge acquisition and innovation performance, respectively. An empirical analysis of the data collected from 232 makers in China indicates that the makers' relationship network has an indirect positive effect on their innovation performance while knowledge acquisition plays a partial intermediary role between the makers’ relationship network and their innovation performance. The results can help makers focus more on building and maintaining a relationship network through open community embedding and give insights into how a makerspace helps makers build a relationship network to improve their knowledge integration and utilization efficiency.  相似文献

ContextIn this rapidly changing business environment, innovation is the key requirement to gain a sustained advantage over competitors. Innovation helps firms grow more quickly than others grow, survive in the harsh & highly competitive business environment, and eventually become a market leader.PurposeIndia is an emerging market, and many companies are entering here and making it highly competitive. The limited study is available to measure the effect of innovation in Indian Business. Thus, the study establishes a relationship between innovation and firm performance in the Indian setting.Design/methodology/approachThis is a perception-based study and used established subjective scales to measure innovation and firm performance. I validated the scale using the measurement model in AMOS. The survey used to collect around 250 cross-sectional data from middle & higher management executives of Indian firms. Structural equation modeling in AMOS was used to test the hypothesis.FindingsThe results showed that product and marketing innovation has a significant and positive impact on the dimensions of firm performance. In contrast, Process innovation showed an indirect effect mediated through marketing innovation. These outcomes will be beneficial for the industries for taking proactive measures.Originality/valueThe examination of mediation relationships between Marketing innovation and Product & Process innovation is limited. Novelty also lies in analyzing the impact of multiple innovation types on multiple dimensions of firm performance in Indian firms to verify dynamic capability and mediating effect of marketing innovation in Indian demography to validate the signaling theory perspective. Rigor in research methods like Scale and sampling method verification test, i.e., CMB. Heteroscedasticity and Endogeneity test for applicability of OLS and verifying exogenous variables.  相似文献

This paper is an attempt of using co-citation analysis to sort out and to analyze the development and evolution of a latest hot area, open innovation from the perspective of network embedding. A dataset of 1437 records published between 1990 and 2019 is collected from Web of Science database. The empirical results show the latest hot topics in the open innovation study focus on innovation performance and value creation. In addition, we make a new interpretation of open innovation from four aspects: innovation and entrepreneurship, resource acquisition, knowledge sharing and innovation performance, then combines the importance of network embedding to the innovation and development of enterprises, and proposes the future research direction of open innovation. Our research in this paper is helpful to systematically sort out the knowledge context of open innovation, which is of great significance to the construction and development of open innovation knowledge system. The conclusions and implications in this paper will be particularly illuminating for both academic research and enterprises’ practice application.
