We have observed single vortices in a NbTiN thin film by using magneto-optical (MO) imaging method, in which the light reflected from the surface of the sample produces MO contrasts. The gap between the sample and the indicator film is estimated by the Newton ring and curve fitting to the flux density profile of single vortices.  相似文献

We have studied the effect of pressure on the electronic structure of bcc and bct iron within the local spin density approximation (LSDA) for the electronic exchange and correlation. We report calculations of the magneto-optical properties of ferromagnetic iron in the bcc and bct phases using the full potential linearized augmented plane wave (FPLAPW) method as implemented in the WIEN2K code. In both phases, we find two prominent minima in Kerr rotation. In bcc phase, both the calculated Kerr minima shift towards higher energies with increase in pressure while in bct phase, the low energy minimum in Kerr rotation spectra 2 eV becomes less pronounced and the minimum at 7 eV moves towards higher energies on increasing pressure.  相似文献

We propose and numerically investigate a kind of high-efficiency T-shaped optical circulator in a two-dimensional square-lattice photonic crystal. In the T-shaped structure, the single-direction light transmission for 90° light-bending is achieved by coupling two magneto-optical rods. And aided with a side-coupled cavity, two paths of single-direction 90° light-bending are effectively combined, which realizes the nonreciprocal light transmission for two waveguides arranged and linked along a straight line. The optical properties of the system are investigated by finite element method. The circulator considered here can be used for isolating light reflections and improving system stabilization in designing photonic crystal integrated circuits.  相似文献

The transition phase of GaAs from the zincblende (ZB) structure to the rocksalt (RS) structure is investigated by ab initio plane-wave pseudopotential density functional theory method, and the thermodynamic properties of the ZB and RS structures are obtained through the quasi-harmonic Debye model. It is found that the transition from the ZB structure to the RS structure occurs at the pressure of about 16.3\,GPa, this fact is well consistent with the experimental data and other theoretical results. The dependences of the relative volume V/V0 on the pressure P, the Debye temperature \Th and specific heat CV on the pressure P, as well as the specific heat CV on the temperature T are also obtained successfully.  相似文献

CdS/Si heterojunctions have been prepared through growing CdS nanocrystallites (nc-CdS) on the silicon nanoporous pillar array (Si-NPA) by the chemical bath deposition method. Cadmium nanocrystallites (nc-Cd) have been observed and ascribed to the reducibility of Si-NPA. The reason for the appearance of CdO is indistinct and the related work will be done in the future. The blue, green and red emissions are ascribed to the silicon oxide layer, band gap of nc-CdS and the sulphur vacancies, respectively. Redshift and blueshift with the annealing temperature about green emissions are contributed to quantum size effect and the structure transition from nc-Cd to CdO. It is beneficial for investigating the structures and defects to the application of CdS/Si in the optoelectronic field.  相似文献

The anomalous piezoelectric effect in GaAs nanowires was detected (the piezoelectric strain coefficient up to d33 ≈ 26 pC/N) that is 12 times larger than the theoretically estimated value. This result is explained by the dominant content of the phase with the wurtzite‐type crystal structure in GaAs nanowires and an increased pressing force by the contact layer on the nanowire. In this paper, we have numerically analyzed the ultrafast change of local fields on the surfaces of a large-aperture photoconducting (LA-PC) antenna with GaAs and GaAs: As+ substrates. We find that the ultrafast screening of photogenerated carriers to the externally applied electric field has different effects on the saturation of THz radiation as the function of the laser fluence in the near and far field, respectively. Both screening effect of photocarriers and radiation effect are important in forming the saturation phenomena in the case of near field. But in far field, only the radiation effect is important.  相似文献

Photoluminescence of CdS nanoparticles embedded in a starch matrix   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
CdS nanoparticles were synthesized by precipitation in aqueous solution using starch as the capping molecule, and the effect of the pH of the solution on the optical absorption, photoluminescence, and size of the nanoparticles was studied. Absorption spectra, obtained by photoacoustic spectroscopy, indicated that the band gap energy of the crystalline nanoparticles decreased from 2.68 eV down to 2.48 eV by increasing the pH of the solution from 9 up to 14. The X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that the CdS nanoparticles were of zinc blende structure, and that the particle size increased from 1.35 nm up to 2.45 nm with increasing pH. In addition, temperature-dependent photoluminescence (PL) measurements of the capped material showed a blue-shift of the emission peak for temperatures higher than 150 K, indicating the influence of starch on the formation of defect levels on the surface of the CdS nanoparticles.  相似文献

Both experimental and computer-simulated magneto-optical (MO) and optical spectroscopies of Co/Pt multilayered films (MLF) with a nearly constant Pt sublayer thickness and variable Co sublayer thickness, as well as pure Co and Pt, and Co0.51Pt0.49 alloy films, have been performed in the energy range 1.1–4.7 eV. The simulations were achieved by solving the multireflection task for various models of the MLF. The comparison between experimental and computer-simulated optical properties of the Co/Pt MLF allowed us to evaluate the thickness of the interfacial regions with the alloyed components. The diagonal and off-diagonal components of the optical conductivity tensor were calculated not only for the pure Co and Co0.51Pt0.49 alloy films, and the whole Co/Pt MLF, but also for the spin-polarized Pt layers in the Co/Pt MLF.  相似文献

用选择激发光荧光研究了分子束外延生长的GaAsSb/GaAs单量子阱的光学性质,第一次同时观察到空间直接(Ⅰ类)和间接(Ⅱ类)跃迁.它们表现出不同的特性:Ⅰ类跃迁具有局域化特性,其发光能量不随激发光能量而变;Ⅱ类发光的能量位置随激发功率的增大而蓝移,也随激发光能量的增加而蓝移,复合发光发生在位于异质结GaAs一侧的电子和GaAsSb中的空穴之间,实验结果可以很好地用电荷分离造成的能带弯曲模型来解释,这也是空间间接跃迁的典型特性.还用光荧光的激发强度关系和时间分辨光谱进一步论证了GaAsSb/GaAs能带排列的Ⅱ类特性,并通过简单计算得到了应变和非应变状态下GaAsSb/GaAs异质结的带阶系数.  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to summarize the application rule of half-wave signal magneto-optical modulation in azimuth measurement, and obtain the limit on modulation signal when establishing the azimuth measurement model. After analysis on the azimuth measurement system principle, the model of modulated signal are present according to Malous law, the application feasibility of the four half-wave signal magneto-optical modulation in azimuth measurement are discussed respectively, the azimuth measurement models based on mixed signal are present, and the reason why the AC signal cannot be used to establish the azimuth measurement model is analyzed.  相似文献

Recently, spinel-type binary metal oxides have attracted enormous interest in energy storage devices. In supercapacitors improving energy density is still challenging task and the composite nanostructures are found to address this issue in some extent. Herein, a composite nanostructure based on ZnCo2O4/CdS was synthesized on nickel foam using hydrothermal and successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) methods. A hydrothermally synthesized ZnCo2O4 nanoflowers were coated by CdS nanoparticles by varying SILAR cycles and studied its electrochemical performance. The ZnCo2O4/CdS nanostructured electrode with optimized four SILAR cycles of CdS coating exhibited a high areal capacity, energy density and power density of 2658 mCcm−2, 517 μWhcm−2 and 17.5 mWcm−2 at 25 mA, which is higher than pristine ZnCo2O4. This work show ZnCo2O4/CdS nanostructure is a favorable electrode for supercapacitors.  相似文献

The phase transitions of GaAs, GaP and Ge under pressure have been investigated by x-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS). At the onset of the transition the Debye-Waller factor increases and the x-ray absorption near edge structure (XANES) is progressively modified. In magneto-optical Kerr measurements of the Barkhausen noise, a magnetization jump ΔM due to a domain reversal produces a variation ΔI of the intensity of a laser beam reflected by the sample, which is the physical quantity actually measured. Due to the non-uniform beam intensity profile, the magnitude of ΔI depends both on ΔM and on its position on the laser spot. This could distort the statistical distribution pI) of the measured ΔI with respect to the true distribution pM) of the magnetization jumps ΔM. In this work the exact relationship between the two distributions is derived in a general form, which will be applied to some possible beam profiles. It will be shown that in most cases the usual Gaussian beam produces a negligible statistical distortion. Moreover, for small ΔI the noise of the experimental setup can also distort the statistical distribution pI), by erroneously rejecting small ΔI as noise. This effect has been calculated for white noise, and it will be shown that it is relatively small but not totally negligible as the measured ΔI approaches the detection limit.  相似文献

The purpose of the study is to summarize the application rule of sine wave and other simple symmetrical wave signal magneto-optical modulation in azimuth measurement, and acquire the limit on modulation signal when establishing azimuth measurement model. Firstly, we analyze the principle of traditional azimuth measurement system based on sine wave signal magneto-optical modulation, and establish the error free measurement model based on trigonometric function, after that we present the measurement models based on mixed signal with tangent, cosine and sine function, respectively. Secondly, we discuss the application feasibility of rectangle wave, triangle wave and sawtooth wave signal magneto-optical modulation in azimuth measurement respectively, and establish the azimuth measurement models based on rectangle wave and triangle wave signal modulation respectively, and analyze the reason why the sawtooth wave signal modulation cannot be applied in the azimuth measurement. Finally, we summarize the four simple signal magneto-optical modulation and acquire the requirements on modulation signal when establishing the azimuth measurement model based on simple wave single magneto-optical modulation. The study has an important guiding significance on the application of simple symmetrical wave magneto-optical modulation in azimuth measurement.  相似文献

研究了在层间作用和电场作用下球状纳米系统的电子能量和波函数.以CdS/HgS/CdS球状纳米系统为例,讨论了层间作用、电场和样品线度对高能级斯塔克效应以及谱线频率和强度的影响.结果表明:CdS/HgS/CdS球状纳米系统在外电场作用下发生斯塔克效应的能级分裂规律与氢原子类似,但能级位移量不同.谱线频移与电场强度的平方成正比,多数谱线的频移随线度增大而减小,少数谱线的频移则相反;而层间作用引起谱线的频移随线度增大而减小.除少数谱线外,多数谱线的相对强度随线度增大而减小,层间作用不会改变相对强度随线度的变化趋 关键词: CdS/HgS/CdS球状纳米系统 斯塔克效应 谱线频率 谱线强度  相似文献

用水热合成方法制备了PVP表面修饰CdS纳米棒,用XRD,TEM,TG-DTA,IR,UV-Vis,PL等光谱技术进行了表征。与未修饰的CdS纳米棒相比,PVP修饰后的CdS纳米棒具有更均匀的尺寸分布,吸收光谱具有结构峰特征,其荧光发射谱增强。  相似文献
