China’s electricity consumption growth will slow in 2012, as the world’s second-largest economy is expected to decelerate this year amid uncertainty in Europe and other developed economies, according to a report by the China Electricity Council (CEC). The CEC pre-dicated that the total electricity consumption in China is expected to top 5 140 TWh this year, with the growth rate slowing from 11.7 percent in 2011 to between 8.5 and 10.5 percent.  相似文献

China is aiming to raise output of clean energy, such as biomass, wind and solar. The national total consumption of fossil fuels declined slightly in 2011, but the country still faces great challenges in optimizing its energy structure. According to a report by China Daily, non-fossil fuels accounted for 9.4 percent of China’s overall primary energy consumption in 2011, compared with 8.7 percent in 2010. The figure means the country needs to increase the proportion of non-fossil fuels in the mix by 0.5 percent annually in the coming four years to realize a government target of 11.4 percent by 2015. On December 21, 2010, the China Electricity Council released the "Study report on 12th Five-Year Plan for power industry" to the media.The report forecasts that the total electricity consumption in China in the 12th Five-Year Plan period will grow by 7.5%-9.5% annually, averaging out at about 8.5%. It will reach 6 270 TWh with the maximum load to be 994-1 090 GW by 2015 and by 2020, and reach 7 850-8 560 TWh with the average annual growth of about 4.6%-6.4% in the 13th Five-Year Plan period. The elastic coefficient of electricity in the 12th Five-Year Plan period and the 13th Five-Year Plan period will be around 0.99 and 0.8, respectively. Surface solar radiation research is important for understanding future climate change and the application of largescale photovoltaic systems. We used the coupled model intercomparison project phase 5(CMIP5) under the RCP8.5 scenario to project potential changes in surface solar radiation, surface temperatures, and cloud fractions between 2006 and 2049 in China, as well as how these changes may affect photovoltaic power generation. The results show that the following.(1) For surface temperatures, the median trends of all considered models show warming in China of 0.05 K/year. The maximum positive trends for all-sky radiation appear in the southeast of China, reaching 0.4 W/m2/year. Cloud cover exhibits a mainly decreasing trend in the overall region of China.(2) The all-sky radiation of most selected regions shows a decreasing trend. The maximum negative value(-0.08 W/m2/year) appears in Qinghai.(3) Compared with the average photovoltaic power output from 2006 to 2015, the photovoltaic power output in western China will decrease by-0.04 %/year, while photovoltaic power output in southeastern China will increase by 0.06–0.1%/year.  相似文献

Based on the research of wind power development policies, this paper put forward the reform directions to improve the disadvantages of the policies. The wind power’s grid integration status quo is introduced, and the bottle neck of grid integration is analyzed. By the study on the economic benefits of wind power integration in China’s present stage, the results indicate that the wind power industry is in good condition of profits and the profits are higher with the increase of the wind resources in the areas. Through expanding the difference of the power purchase prices in different resource areas, it is beneficial for the nationwide harmonious development of wind power. At last, the present and future benefits of the energy conservation and emission reduction from wind power integration are estimated, which shows that the environmental benefits of "wind-thermal exchange" will be more and more outstanding along with the expansion of the scale of wind power.  相似文献
