A recently reported two current feedback operational amplifier (CFOA)-based oscillator is converted to a family of 16 current mode oscillators using CCII or ICCII or combination of both. A transformation method based on nodal admittance matrix (NAM) expansion is used to transform the floating capacitor CFOA-based oscillator circuit to a family of 16 grounded capacitor oscillators using CCII or ICCII or combination of both. Two of the new grounded capacitor oscillator circuits have a floating property. Simulation results are included.  相似文献

Based on the nodal admittance matrix (NAM) representation of the voltage mirror (VM)–norator pair and considering the case of an inverting second generation current conveyor (ICCII?), it is found that the second generation current conveyor (CCII?) is a special case from the generalised ICCII?. 提出了用信号流图法设计n阶基于OTA(跨导运算放大器)和CCII(第二代电流传输器)电流模式低通滤波器的方法。该滤波器由具有双输出端的平衡滤波器和第二代电流传输器及接地电容构成。与同类电路比较,设计更简便,结构更简单,无源元件全部接地,易于集成。  相似文献

本文采用MATLAB透行线性平滑滤波器设计.结果表明,线性低通平滑滤波器可以有效的消除嗓声,当所用的平滑模板的尺寸增大时,消除嗓声的效果增强,同时所得的图像变得模糊,细节的锐化提度逐步减弱.  相似文献

In this paper, we show how some basic building blocks for active-RC circuit design, such as amplifiers, impedance converters and simulated inductance circuits, may be synthesised in a systematic way by expansion of their port admittance matrices. The circuit topology emerges from the synthesis procedure, allowing all possible implementations to be identified and explored. Nullors representing ideal op-amps and transistors are represented within the nodal admittance matrix of a synthesised circuit by linked infinity parameters. In nodal admittance matrices describing ideal circuits synthesised, the replacement of linked infinity parameters by finite parameters provides a seamless transition to non-ideal analysis and practical circuit design.Now with the Singaporean Armed Services.David Haigh was born in Middlesex, England, in 1946. He obtained the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Bristol University in 1968 and in 1976 he received the Ph.D. degree from the University of London. From 1968 until 1972 he worked under Dr. Wolja Saraga first at the GEC Hirst Research Centre and then, from 1972, at Imperial College London where he worked on microelectronic high precision filters. In 1987 he joined the staff of the Electronic and Electrical Engineering Department of University College London, where he studied analogue integrated circuit design with particularly interest in high frequency circuits. In 2003 he re-joined the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London, where his interests broadened to include general approaches for analogue circuit synthesis. He is editor-in-chief (Europe) of the Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing Journal.Fang Qun Tan graduated with a B.Eng. degree from Imperial College London in 2002. He then studied for the M.Sc. in Analogue and Digital integrated Circuit Design at Imperial College and graduated with distinction in 2003. His M.Sc. project was on the subject of systematic synthesis methods for analogue circuits. At present Fang Qun is with the Singapore Armed Services.Christos Papavassiliou was born in Athens, Greece, in 1960. He received the B.Sc. degree in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Ph.D. degree in Applied Physics from Yale University. He has worked on monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) design and measurements at FORTH in Crete, Greece, and has been involved in several European and regional projects on GaAs MMIC technology. In 1996 he joined Imperial College London, where he is currently a Senior Lecturer. He currently works on SiGe technology development as well as instrumentation and substrate noise coupling in mixed mode integrated circuit design. He has 30 publications.  相似文献

This paper introduces a new generation method of the grounded capacitor Wien oscillator circuits using current conveyors (CCII) or inverting current conveyors (ICCII) or combination of both of them. The nodal admittance matrix (NAM) of the single Op Amp Wien oscillator is taken as the starting point in the new approach of systematic synthesis of equivalent oscillators. The synthesis procedure is based on the generalized systematic synthesis framework using NAM expansion. The resulting derived 32 oscillators include many novel oscillators, using current conveyors or inverting current conveyors or both. Comparison between the generated oscillators based on the effect of parasitic elements on the oscillator performance is discussed.  相似文献

针对测距测角相对导航中测量噪声不可精确获知往往导致相对定位精度下降的问题,本文研究了基于自适应扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)的相对导航算法。利用泰勒级数展开对测量矩阵进行线性化处理,并利用自适应时变噪声估计方法对测量噪声方差阵进行动态估计,状态噪声方差阵通过惯导特性的先验值获得。仿真结果表明,基于自适应EKF的相对导航算法可获得高精度且连续平滑的相对定位信息,尤其在测量噪声发生变化时更是表现出良好的导航参数估计性能。  相似文献

对截止波导的滤波特性以及截止波导与TM010模单间隙腔耦合进行了深入研究,在这基础上设计出一个相对带宽5.6%的圆柱重入式单间隙腔加载截止波导滤波器型的L波段宽带速调管输出回路,并总结了截止波导段的长度和金属销钉的位置对输出腔间隙阻抗的影响规律.  相似文献

为综合基于CCCCTA的接地回转器,根据CCCCTA的零-镜模型和接地回转器的节点导纳矩阵,利用节点导纳矩阵扩展法,我们实现了4个相互等效的接地回转器。导出的回转器具有两个特点,一个是通过调节CCCCTA的偏置电流,可以电控调节回转器的参数; 另一个特点是电路仅使用单个CCCCTA。作为一个例子,通过使用导出的回转器之一,我们实现了一个极点频率为1.274MHz、品质因素为4的带通滤波器。计算机仿真证明所导出的电路正确有效。  相似文献

基于EP2C35芯片设计了无线传感网络(WSN)数字基带成形滤波器,主要通过根升余弦成形滤波器的参数分析、抽头系数提取、系统结构设计与改进、系统功能与时序仿真和FPGA综合调试等过程实现。研究结果表明,该成形滤波器滚降系数为0.3时,通带内衰减小于0.5 d B,阻带衰减40 d B/Dec,时钟频率215 MHz,消耗288个逻辑单元,其资源消耗低,运算速度快,成本低廉,具有一定应用价值。  相似文献

In active filters, the performance of the active element plays an important role in the overall performance of the filter, besides the filter configuration itself. In this paper, we will investigate the effects of current conveyor non-idealities on a certain class of filters which consists of four current conveyors and seven nodes, and derive analytical expressions for the filter parameter deviations in terms of non-ideality terms. The results obtained apply to all filters under this class which are considerable in number. This will enable us to determine the requirements for the current conveyor non-ideality terms in order to obtain a specified filter performance. A comparable demonstration of the filter transfer functions for two example current conveyor circuits will be given. Simulations including three types of filters, namely, the bandpass, lowpass and highpass filters, confirm the analytical expressions obtained.  相似文献

该文设计了工作于高阶横磁TM310模式单间隙封闭圆柱同轴腔。在输出矩形波导内设计了横向电感滤波膜片的新型结构。用模拟场分析法计算了腔内6个漂移管中心处间隙阻抗平均值的频率特性。模拟和计算发现,该结构模式输出回路的间隙阻抗平均值随频率的变化出现双峰曲线。这表明,采用滤波膜片波导的输出带宽比采用空波导情形的带宽有明显的增加。  相似文献
