阴极保护技术是金属腐蚀与防护的主要技术之一,光致阴极保护技术作为一种新型的阴极保护技术近年来受到国内外学者的广泛关注.半导体薄膜在光致阴极保护过程中可作为永久性防护涂层,其中TiO2因具有独特的光电性能、良好的稳定性及无毒廉价等特点,在光致阴极保护技术中更具优势.综述了光致阴极保护技术的优越性,重点论述了TiO2光致阴极保护薄膜的制备及其在光致阴极保护技术领域的研究现状,提出了目前存在的问题及未来发展的方向.  相似文献

Testing the corrosion protection of heat-transfer fluids Part 2: Chemical corrosion tests using the rotating cylinder and for the protection against crevice corrosion The second part of the report refers to chemical corrosion tests of the protective effect of inhibited heat-transfer fluids provided with anti-freeze mixtures of water and glycol on metals by means of the rotary cylinder testing method. The metals to be tested were plain steel, cast iron, wrought and cast aluminium alloys, copper materials as well as a solder alloy. Moreover the influence of time, dilution ratio and flow on the corrosion protection of some metals was investigated. Based on the test results of part one and two, standard testing methods and limiting maximum values were defined for the evaluation of the protective effects proved by these testing methods. Finally investigations for the protection against crevice corrosion are described. This publication will end with a third part reporting on electrochemical investigations according to the RZ-testing method.  相似文献

研究了X65管线钢与316L不锈钢、Inconel 625双金属复合管的异种金属焊缝在CO2环境下的电偶腐蚀行为,以及油酸咪唑啉的缓蚀作用。结果表明,随着电偶电位差的增大,异种金属焊缝的腐蚀速率明显升高,并且都显著高于母材。添加油酸基咪唑啉缓蚀剂能降低异种金属焊缝在CO2环境下的均匀腐蚀速率。但是,当缓蚀剂浓度添加较低时,异种金属焊接试样的碳钢一侧出现了严重的沟槽腐蚀或密集的点蚀坑;进一步增加缓蚀剂浓度才能消除沟槽腐蚀现象。讨论了缓蚀剂对异种金属焊缝电偶腐蚀的抑制机理,该项研究可为异金属焊接接头处的腐蚀防护提供借鉴。  相似文献

The problems under consideration are related to the development and practical application of laser, reflectometric, and ellipsometric methods of diagnostics of corrosion damage both at the micro and macro level. The following basic methods of probe laser and ellipsometric studies of corrosion electrochemical processes are considered: automatic and return-path ellipsometry, microscopic and video ellipsometric techniques, methods of light scattering, fluctuation and noise reflectometry, probe noise ellipsometry, microlocalized electrochemical processes, remote ellipsometry, laser and spectral tomography, and information optical 3D technologies for reconstructing the 3D structure of heterogeneous near-electrode layer. The primary attention was focused on the problems of application of laser and ellipsometric methods in the practice of real corrosion electrochemical studies.  相似文献

This work reports the preparation of glass-like, environmentally-friendly, cerium-based coatings for active corrosion protection of aluminium and magnesium alloys. It describes the production of cerium sol–gel sols from cerium nitrate and their deposition by immersion and automatic spray onto aluminium and magnesium alloys to produce uniform coatings with amorphous (glass-like) structures (CexOy). The coatings have been characterised by profilometry, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), spectral ellipsometry and UV–visible, in order to analyse the structure and density of the glass-like cerium coatings as well as their redox ratio Ce4+/Ce3+ as a function of pH and sintering temperature. Finally, electrochemical measurements (EIS) and standard corrosion tests (neutral salt spray, filiform corrosion, immersion–emersion test and adhesion on embossing and T-bend test) have been performed to study the corrosion behaviour of the cerium glass-like coatings on aluminium and magnesium alloys. EIS measurements confirm the healing or blocking of the defects by the corrosion inhibiting species. Excellent corrosion protection is provided by cerium glass-like coatings, satisfying the most demanding industrial requirements.  相似文献

Atmospheric corrosion stability of metals can be achieved by coating their surfaces with superthin nanoscale layers. The scientific principles of inhibiting metal corrosion have been under development for many years, but a new direction of progress has emerged recently. The main achievement of research in this new direction is the possibility of covering metals in nanoscale films that, despite their extreme thinness, ensure high corrosion resistance of the metals under various atmospheric conditions. To this end, methods are suggested for producing such coatings from volatile organic compounds that can adsorb on metal surfaces from the gaseous phase. Increasing the irreversibility of adsorption of volatile corrosion inhibitors is necessary to strengthen the protective effect of the nanolayers they form on the surface. Nanolayer-coating protection has a number of fundamental advantages, including retention of article dimensions, a lack of a need for special utilization and degreasing methods, and affordability.  相似文献

The corrosion protection of copper by four bioorganic compounds; adenine, purine, cysteine and histidine, in hydrocarbon media has been examined by in situ ellipsometry, atom absorption spectroscopy and a standard corrosion test. Adenine and purine were found to irreversibly bind to the copper surface. The amount of dissolved copper was severely lowered and the copper surface appeared unaffected. It was concluded that adenine and purine exhibited a surface passivating effect, whereas the effect of cysteine and histidine was significantly lower. The influence on oxidation stability of the medium by addition of the compounds was examined and found to be minor.  相似文献
