基于多电平逆变器通用组合拓扑结构的调制策略研究 总被引:8,自引:5,他引:3
以级联型多电平逆变器拓扑结构为基础,提出了一种多电平逆变器通用组合拓扑结构的构成原则,对多电平逆变器拓扑结构的研究进行了统一.根据该通用拓扑结构所提供的自由度,构造出了几种新型的组合拓扑结构.同时,基于传统的应用于多电平逆变器的多载波SPWM调制策略,提出了对应于组合拓扑结构的组合调制策略,根据所提出的组合调制策略,很自然地产生了一种基于移相理论的SVPWM.仿真及实验结果验证了组合拓扑结构及组合调制策略的有效性,为多电平逆变器组合拓扑结构的实际应用奠定了基础. 相似文献

针对已有的单相多电平电压型逆变器(VSI)结构,结合对偶原理得到几种基本的单相多电平电流型逆变器(CSI)拓扑类型.通过研究单相CSI基本拓扑类型,将多电平变换器拓扑结构自由度的概念引入到多电平CSI拓扑构造中,得到多种新型的单相多电平CSI组合拓扑,从而扩展了多电平CSI的拓扑类型.在研究组合拓扑的基础上,结合两种常用的多载波SPWM调制策略,给出应用于组合拓扑的调制策略,为组合拓扑结构的实际应用奠定了基础.最后针对一种七电平组合拓扑进行了仿真分析和实验验证. 相似文献

传统多电平逆变器应用在高电压等级场合时,所需要的电源以及开关管的数量较大,拓扑结构也较为复杂。针对以上问题,提出一种新型的不对称多电平逆变器拓扑,该拓扑使用了3个不对称的独立电源。与传统的拓扑对比,输出十五电平电压条件下,该拓扑使用开关管器件数量较少,简化了拓扑结构,同时降低了实际成本。采用一种改进的载波移幅调制策略调制该新型不对称拓扑结构,使其能够正常地输出十五电平电压波形,该方法保留载波移幅调制的方法简单且谐波含量少的优点,同时也减少了载波数量的使用。最后对所提拓扑结构及其调制策略进行了仿真分析和实验验证,结果表明了拓扑结构及调制策略的正确性、可行性和优良的动态性能。 相似文献

新能源接入电网需要更可靠的逆变器,针对现有多电平逆变器存在拓扑结构复杂和功率器件电压应力高等问题,提出一种不均匀升压的7电平开关电容逆变器。该拓扑结构由双电容开关模块和全桥电路组成,以较少的器件数量和低电压应力实现两倍增益的7电平输出。采用最近电平逼近法和基频调制策略控制开关管的导通顺序,实现电容与电压源的串并联。拓扑结构简单、开关损耗和电压纹波小,且满足电容电压自平衡和不均匀升压功能,极大地降低了电压谐波的畸变率,提高逆变器转化效率。最后对逆变器拓扑结构的工作原理、调制策略和电路参数进行了理论分析,并通过仿真和实验验证了该拓扑结构的可行性与有效性。 相似文献

Based on multi-module-cascaded inverter topology, this study presented a universal multilevel inverter hybrid topology and unified the researches on multilevel inverter topology. According to the freedom of this universal topology, several new hybrid topologies were constructed. Also, based on conventional modulation strategies-- multi-carrier SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation), hybrid modulation strategies were introduced corresponding to hybrid topologies, and a multilevel SVPWM (Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation) technique based on phase-shifted theory was naturally produced. Simulation and experiment results prove that hybrid topologies and corresponding modulation strategies are valid, which lay a foundation for practical application of hybrid multilevel inverter topologies. 相似文献

This article proposes a single-phase, cascaded multilevel inverter topology. Each of the cascaded unit cells is made up of a main inverting H-bridge leg and a level-clamping half-bridge circuit. The single-carrier, multilevel pulse-width modulation scheme is employed to generate gating signals fort he power switches. The modulation scheme is hybridized to enable the output voltage of the proposed inverter configuration, inherit the features of switching-loss reduction from fundamental pulse-width modulation, and good harmonic performance from multiple sinusoidal pulse-width modulation. A sequential switching scheme is embedded with the already employed hybrid modulation to overcome unequal switching losses among the power devices. A simple base pulse-width modulation circulation scheme is also introduced in this work to get resultant sequential switching hybrid pulse-width modulation circulation that balances power dissipation among the power modules. The proposed inverter configuration was subjected to a resistor-inductor load, and the respective numbers of output voltage level were synthesized. Fast Fourier transform (FFT) analyses of the output voltage waveforms were carried out. Analysis of the conduction power losses in the power semiconductor switches of the proposed inverter topology is given. 为了增大逆变器的功率等级,改善输出电压的波形质量,提出了一种级联H桥多电平逆变器拓扑和与其相对应的PWM载波调制控制策略。该方法是根据传统混合频率载波调制策略,采用了同相的交叠式三角载波调制,结合了同相层叠式载波调制较好的消谐特点以及使高低压单元功率自然平衡的特点,使级联H桥多电平逆变器拓扑结构不仅可以输出多电平,还能解决混合调制下的功率环流现象,而且逆变器模块化比较简单,可以使逆变器在输出周期内功率达到自然平衡。以2个高低压单元为例,进行了仿真实验。实验结果验证了该逆变器结构和控制策略的可行性。 相似文献

提出了一种以是否共享中间直流电压源为依据的新的多电平拓扑结构分类,并给出了两种相应的拓扑结构。这两种拓扑结构结合了GTO耐压值高和IGBT开关频率快的优点,并对它们分别采用工频调制和PWM调制策略,既可以减小系统开关损耗,降低EMI,又可以提高电压等级。其中不同电压比的混合拓扑结构还可以在相同直流电压源的情况下,增加输出电压电平数量。最后对这两种拓扑结构和控制策略进行了比较和分析,同时给出了一些在实际设计中应该注意的问题。 相似文献

针对传统多电平逆变器存在电平数大于3时,分压电容难以平衡,造成拓扑电路结构复杂等问题,对扩展NP点的混合H桥拓扑和独立分压电容平衡拓扑电路进行组合,简化并得到一种新型九电平逆变器拓扑电路;针对该拓扑电路提出相应的四载波层叠SPWM策略。通过仿真分析,扩展NP点的混合H桥拓扑中间两个分压电容电压值幅度在基准电压0V上下波动,其幅度达到±25V;而新型九电平逆变器的分压电容电压值在期望值100V上下波动时,其波动幅值小于±5V,因此,从仿真结果表明新型九电平逆变器拓扑结构及调制策略的应用,不仅可降低输出电压纹波的幅值,还能达到分压电容均衡的效果,并减少了两个开关管的应用,降低经济成本。 相似文献

The advent of the transformerless multilevel inverter topology has brought forth various pulsewidth modulation (PWM) schemes as a means to control the switching of the active devices in each of the multiple voltage levels in the inverter. An analysis of how existing multilevel carrier-based PWM affects switch utilization for the different levels of a diode-clamped inverter is conducted. Two novel carrier-based multilevel PWM schemes are presented which help to optimize or balance the switch utilization in multilevel inverters. A 10 kW prototype six-level diode-clamped inverter has been built and controlled with the novel PWM strategies proposed in this paper to act as a voltage-source inverter for a motor drive 相似文献
