A series of bis-ligated zinc complexes supported by Schiff base ligands were successfully synthesized and characterized by 1H,13C NMR,elemental analysis,and X-ray crystallography.These zinc complexes can be used as catalysts for the polymerization of rac-lactide in solution as well as in molten lactide.The results show that all catalysts exhibited high catalytic activity and obtained moderate heterotactic PLAs with the expected molecular weight.Complex 1 can catalyze the polymerization of rac-lactide under controllable conditions with living and immortal character in toluene solution.In addition,the steric hindrance and electronic effects has a great influence on the catalytic activity and selectivity of catalysts.  相似文献

Novel neutral phosphine-modified heteroscorpionate ligand (3,5-Me(2)Pz)(2)CHPPh(2) (1) and its derivatives oxophosphine (2) and iminophosphine (3) heteroscorpionates were synthesized for the first time. These neutral heteroscorpionate ligands displayed unique chemistry towards rare-earth metal tris(alkyl)s [Ln(CH(2)SiMe(3))(3)(thf)(2)] (Ln=Y, Lu, Sc). The reaction between compound 1 and [Ln(CH(2)SiMe(3))(3)(thf)(2)] afforded heteroscorpionate rare-earth metal trialkyl adduct complexes 4a-c. Compounds 2 and 3 were treated with [Ln(CH(2)SiMe(3))(3)(thf)(2)] to give the unprecedented zwitterionic heteroscorpionate rare-earth metal dialkyls 5 and 6, respectively. In the process, the heteroscorpionates transferred to the carbanions by means of methine C-H bond cleavage that was attributed to the presence of the electron-withdrawing groups. In addition the ligand and central metal showed a concerted effect on both the catalytic activity and specific selectivity of complexes 4-6 for the ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of rac-lactide (rac-LA). All the adduct complexes 4 were nonselective and gave atactic polylactide (PLA), probably due to the dissociation of ligand 1 from the active metal center during the polymerization. Strikingly, zwitterionic complexes 5 catalyzed rapid ROP of rac-LA to produce PLAs with heterotacticity up to 0.87. However, the zwitterionic complexes 6 were less active and less selective than 5, which might be on account of the stronger coordination of the tetradentate ligand. Complexes 5 represent rare examples of the selective ROP of rac-LA mediated by rare-earth metal complexes supported by non-bisphenolate ligands.  相似文献

Vanadium(III) complexes bearing phenoxy‐phosphine ligands ( 2a–g ) (2‐R1‐4‐R2‐6‐PPh2‐C6H2O)VCl2(THF)2 ( 2a : R1 = R2 = H; 2b : R1 = F, R2 = H; 2c : R1 = Ph, R2 = H; 2d : R1 = tBu, R2 = H; 2e : R1 = R2 = Me; 2f : R1 = R2 = tBu; 2g : R1 = R2 = CMe2Ph) were prepared from VCl3(THF)3 by treating with 1.0 equiv of the ligand in tetrahydrofuran (THF) in the presence of excess triethylamine (TEA). The reaction of VCl3(THF)3 with 2.0 equiv of the ligand in THF in the presence of excess TEA afforded vanadium(III) complexes bearing two phenoxy‐phosphine ligands ( 3c–f ). These complexes were characterized by FTIR and mass spectrum as well as elemental analyses. Structures of 2f and 3c were further confirmed by X‐ray crystallographic analyses. Complexes 2a–g and 3c–f were employed as the catalysts for ethylene polymerization under various reaction conditions. On activation with Et2AlCl, these complexes exhibited high catalytic activities (up to 41.3 kg PE/mmolV·h·bar) even at high temperature (70°C), and produced high molecular weight polymer with unimodal molecular weight distributions, indicating the polymerization took place in a single‐site nature. Complexes 3c–f displayed better thermal stability than the corresponding complexes 2a–g under similar conditions. In addition, copolymerizations of ethylene and 1‐hexene with precatalysts 2a–g were also explored in the presence of Et2AlCl. Catalytic activity, comonomer incorporation, and properties of the resultant polymers can be controlled over a wide range by tuning catalyst structures and reaction parameters.© 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of N^N^N tridentate chromium complexes (C1C6) bearing 2-(1H-2-benzimidazolyl)-6-(1-(arylimino)ethyl)pyridine derivatives was synthesized and characterized by elemental and spectroscopic analysis along with single-crystal X-ray crystallography. X-ray crystallographic analyses reveal chromium complex C1 as a distorted six-coordinated octahedral geometry. On treatment with modified methylaluminoxane (MMAO), the chromium complexes exhibited high activities for ethylene oligomerization (up to 1.50 × 106 g mol−1 (Cr) h−1) and polymerization (up to 2.06 × 106 g mol−1 (Cr) h−1) at 10 atm ethylene pressure. Various reaction parameters were investigated in detail, and less steric hindrance and electron-withdrawing substituents of ligands enhance the catalytic activities of their chromium complexes.  相似文献

A series of iron(III) complexes ligated by 2-(benzimidazole)-6-(1-aryliminoethyl)pyridines was synthesized and examined by 1H NMR, ESI-MS, IR spectroscopic, elemental analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Activated with methylaluminoxane (MAO), all ferric complexes exhibited good activities (up to 5.38 × 106 g mol−1(Fe) h−1) of ethylene oligomerization and polymerization, and resultant oligomers and polyethylene waxes showed high α-olefin feature, meanwhile the distribution of oligomers mostly resembled Schulz-Flory rules. The various reaction parameters were investigated in detail, and the less bulky and electron-withdrawing substituents of ligands could enhance the catalytic activities of their ferric complexes. The observations explain the cause for unstable activities performed by stored iron(II) complexes.  相似文献

Four β-ketoimine ligands (two series) were prepared through traditional condensation reactions of β-diketones with 2,6-substituted anilines. Reaction took place only at the cyclohexanone carbonyl rather than at the acetyl or benzoyl carbonyl, even if more than two equivalents of the amines were added. Consequently, four new moisture- and air-stable bis(β-ketoamino)nickel(II) complexes, Ni[2–CH3C(O)C6H8(=NAr)]2 (Ar?=?2, 6-iPr2C6H3, (1); Ar?=?2, 6-Me2C6H3, (2) and Ni[2–PhC(O)C6H8(=NAr)]2 (Ar?=?2, 6-iPr2C6H3, (3); Ar?=?2, 6-Me2C6H3, (4) were obtained and characterized. The solid-state structures of complex 1, 2 and 3 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Additionally, these complexes can be applied as highly active catalyst precursors for vinyl polymerization of norbornene (NBE) after activation with methylaluminoxane (MAO).  相似文献

18-Crown-6 and dicyclohexano-18-crown-6 complexes of potassium 2- and 4-nitrophenoxide, and 18-crown-6 complexes of thallium(I) 2- and 4-nitrophenoxide have been synthesized. Solvent effects on the visible spectra of the nitrophenoxide anions are independent of the nature of the cation and the nature of the complexing agent. The 18-crown-6 complex of thallium(I) 2-nitrophenoxide is a 1:2 complex. All the other complexes are 1:1. X-ray crystallographic examination of the potassium dicyclohexano-18-crown-6 complexes showed the potassium ion is octacoordinated in the 2-nitrophenoxide and heptacoordinated in the 4-nitrophenoxide.  相似文献

Polyethylene oxide with sulfadiazine and hydroxyl end groups (PEOsf) were prepared by anion ring-opening polymerization of ethylene oxide initiated by sodium 4-amino-N-(2-pyrimidinyl)benzene sulfonamide (SF-Na). The product was characterized in detail by NMR, IR, GPC and DSC. Its molecular weight and molecular weight distribution are in the range of 1200-1 500 and 1.04-1.06 respectively, and the latter is nearly monodistribution. The trace of the moisture from air could accelerate the polymerization, and the mechanism is discussed.  相似文献

A series of 1-(2,6-dimethyl-4-fluorenylphenylimino)-2-aryliminoacenaphthylene compounds (aryl = 2,6-di(Me)Ph (L1), 2,6-di(Et)Ph (L2), 2,6-di(i-Pr)Ph (L3), 2,4,6-tri(Me)Ph (L4), 2,6-di(Et)-4-MePh (L5)) was prepared and used to form their corresponding dibromonickel complexes (D1D5). Both L1–L5 and D1–D5 were fully characterized by FT-IR and elemental analysis as well as NMR measurements in the case of ligands L1L5. The molecular structure of the representative complex D5 was confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction revealing a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry around the nickel center. On activation with either ethylaluminium sesquichloride (Et3Al2Cl3, EASC) or methylaluminoxane (MAO), all nickel complexes exhibited high activities up to 9.82 × 106 g of PE (mol of Ni)−1 h−1 for ethylene polymerization. In comparison with the polyethylenes obtained with related Ni pre-catalysts, the polyethylenes obtained in this work possessed relatively higher molecular weights and lower levels of branching, highlighting the significant influence of the remote fluorenyl substituent.  相似文献

A series of zinc silylamido complexes bearing claw-type multidentate aminophenolate ligands, [LZnN(SiMe(3))(2)] (L = -OAr(1)-CH(2)N[(CH(2))(n)NR(2)]CH(2)Ar(2), n = 2 or 3; R = Me or Et (1a-3a, 5a, 7a and 8a); L = -OC(6)H(2)-4,6-(t)Bu(2)-2-CH(2)N[(CH(2))(2)OMe](2) (9a)), have been synthesized via the reaction of Zn[N(SiMe(3))(2)](2) and 1 equiv. of corresponding aminophenol. The reaction of Zn[N(SiMe(3))(2)](2) with the proligand L(6)H (2-{N-(2-methoxybenzyl)-N-[3-(N',N'-dimethylamino)propyl]aminomethyl}-4-methyl-6-tritylphenol) resulted in the formation of bisphenolate zinc complex 6 regardless of the stoichiometric ratio of the two starting materials. Complex 4b with an initiating group of 3-tert-butyl-2-methoxy-5- methylbenzyloxy was obtained and further studied via the X-ray diffraction method to be monomeric. Zinc ethyl complex 2c was also prepared from the reaction of ZnEt(2) and 1 equiv. of proligand L(2)H as the representative complex with an alkyl initiating group. All zinc silylamido complexes efficiently initiated the ring-opening polymerization of rac-lactide in the presence or absence of isopropanol at ambient temperature. The steric and electronic characteristics of the ancillary ligands significantly influenced the polymerization performance of the corresponding zinc complexes. The introduction of bulky ortho- substituents on the phenoxy moiety resulted in an apparent decrease of catalytic activity while a slightly enhanced isotactic selectivity. Meanwhile, the elongation of the pendant amine arm to three-carbon-atom linkage led to significant decline of the catalytic activity in the absence of isopropanol. The zinc ethyl complex 2c was not such an efficient initiator as the silylamido ones, but the alkoxy complex 4b gave an obviously faster and better controlled polymerization when compared to the zinc silylamido complexes.  相似文献

A series of aluminum dimethyl complexes 1 – 6 bearing N‐[2‐(pyrrolidinyl)benzyl]anilido ligands were synthesized and well characterized. The molecular structure of complex 1 determined by an X‐ray diffraction study indicates the bidentate chelating mode of the pyrrolidinyl‐anilido ligand. In the absence of a coinitiator, these complexes exhibited excellent control toward the polymerizations of ε‐caprolactone and rac‐lactide, affording polyesters with quite narrow molecular weight distributions (Mw/Mn = 1.04–1.26). The end group analysis of ε?CL oligomer via 1H NMR and ESI‐TOF MS methods gave strong support to the hypothesis that the polymerization catalyzed by these aluminum complexes proceeds via a coordination‐insertion mechanism involving a unique Al? N (amido) bond initiation. Via 1H NMR scale oligomerization studies, it is suggested that the insertion of the first lactide monomer into Al? N bond of the complex is much easier than the insertion of lactide monomer into the newly formed Al? O (lactate) bond and might also be easier than the insertion of the first ε?CL monomer into Al? A series of silylene-linked cyclopentadienyl-phosphido rare earth alkyl and hydride complexes of type Me2Si(C5Me4)(PR′)LnR (Ln=Y, Yb, Lu; R′=Ph, Cy, C6H2tBu3-2,4,6; R=CH2SiMe3, H) have been synthesized and structurally characterized, and their activity in ethylene polymerization and olefin hydrosilylation has been studied. These complexes represent the first examples of rare earth alkyl and hydride complexes bearing cyclopentadienyl-phosphido ligands, which are in sharp contrast both structurally and chemically with the analogous cyclopentadienyl-amido and metallocene complexes.  相似文献

P-pyrrole phosphines (R2Ppyr), in which a pyrrole group is directly bonded to the phosphorus atom, act as monodentate k-P ligands towards gold(I) center to afford either neutral or cationic mononuclear complexes as well as neutral dinuclear complexes. All of these new gold(I) complexes have been structurally characterized and their first uses in catalysis have demonstrated their effectiveness as precatalysts for the enyne cycloisomerization reactions.  相似文献

Various (adamantylimido)vanadium(V) dialkyl complexes containing aryloxo ligands, V(NAd)(CH2SiMe3)2(OAr) [Ad = 1-adamantyl (1); Ar = Ph (a), 4-FC6H4 (b), 2,6-F2C6H3 (c), 2,6-Me2C6H3 (d), C6F5 (e)], have been prepared and identified. These complexes were employed as the catalyst precursors for ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) of norbornene (NBE) in the presence of PMe3 at 80 °C. The activity was strongly affected by the aryloxo substituent and increased in the order: C6H5 < 4-FC6H4 < 2,6-Me2C6H3 << 2,6-F2C6H3, C6F5. The same trend was observed in the ROMPs by the arylimido-aryloxo analogues, V(NAr′)(CH2SiMe3)2(OAr) (2a-e; Ar′ = 2,6-Me2C6H3), under the same conditions, and the activities by the arylimido analogues were generally higher than the adamantylimido analogues in most case. The (imido)vanadium(V) complexes containing O-2,6-F2C6H3 (1,2c) or OC6F5 (1,2e) exhibited high catalytic activities, and these results strongly suggest that electronic as well as steric factors play a role. Living ring-opening polymerization of THF proceeded in the presence of V(NAd) (CH2SiMe3)(OAr)2 (Ar = 2,6-Me2C6H3, C6F5) and [Ph3C][B(C6F5)4], affording high molecular weight polymers with narrow molecular weight distributions (ex. The preparation technique of a complex of copper(II) bromide with bis(benzotriazol-1-yl)methane (L), (Cu2L2Br4)n, is developed. The compound is studied by single crystal and powder X-ray diffraction and static magnetic susceptibility techniques. According to single crystal XRD data, the complex has a layered structure determined by bidentate bridging coordination of L with N(3) and N(3′) atoms to copper(II). The elementary unit of {Cu2(μ-Br)2Br2} polymer has a binuclear structure. The coordination polyhedron is a trigonal pyramid, and the coordination core is CuN2Br3. The temperature dependence of effective magnetic moment is studied within an interval of 2–300 K. The nature of the μeff(T) dependence indicates that antiferromagnetic exchange interactions dominate in exchange clusters of the complex with an even number of paramagnetic centers.  A series of half-titanocene chloride 2-(benzimidazol-2-yl)quinolin-8-olates C1-C6 were synthesized by treating the lithium salts of the ligand with CpTiCl3. All the complexes were characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and elemental analyses, and the crystal structure of C3 and C6 was measured by X-ray. These half-titanocene complexes showed moderate catalytic activities toward ethylene polymerization (up to 1840 kg·mol-1(Ti)·h-1) when activated with MMAO, affording the high molecular weight polymers. And they also exhibited good activity for copolymerization of ethylene and α-olefin with low content of co-monomer.  相似文献
