本文以海泡石为原料,通过球磨、酸化脱镁后,在水热条件下合成了介孔分子筛MCM-41.考察了pH值、晶化时间、晶化温度、Si/CTAB摩尔比等因素对MCM-41合成的影响,采用XRD和BET等测试手段对合成样品进行分析表征,并用DSC和XRD考察了镁含量对分子筛的热稳定性的影响.结果表明pH值在10~12,Surf/SiO2在0.05~0.6,晶化温度在80~140℃,晶化时间在12 ~96 h,MgO含量为0~2.27%的条件下都能合成有序的介孔分子筛MCM-41,DSC和XRD实验结果表明,原料中镁含量的提高对分子筛热稳定性不利. 相似文献

介绍了近年来MCM-41型介孔分子筛的应用及发展方向,以及一些新型MCM-41材料的出现。其中在吸附和催化方面都涉及到分子筛大量改性的研究。此外,分子筛在医药领域作为缓释剂的发展以及电子领域膜的制备也有新的发现。在MCM-41型介孔分子筛不同的应用中,充当载体的MCM-41型介孔分子筛在负载物的协助下可以得到更有效的实验结果。根据目前的应用发现,发掘MCM-41分子筛的更大潜力是未来研究的进展方向。 相似文献

Mo-incorporated MCM-41 has been prepared by direct hydrothermal synthesis. XRD and N2-adsorption measurements showed the characteristics of MCM-41. IR, FT-Raman and UV-VIS DR spectroscopic analyses gave the
evidences for the incorporation of Mo in the framework of MCM-41. They are found to be stable and active for cyclohexanol
and cyclohexane oxidation reactions with H2O2 as oxidant. Activity of this system has been compared with that of Ti-MCM-41 and molybdena impregnated on pure siliceous
MCM-41.

MCM-41 zeolite in the grade of 600 kg was successfully synthesized and the MCM-41 added FCC catalyst was firstly prepared.
The results indicate that the pilot samples of mesoporous Al-MCM-41 bear the typically uniform mesopore structure and considerable
acidity and hydrothermal stability. The MCM-41 added FCC catalyst is positively capable to crack heavy oil feedstock, in which
the yields of the diesel and lighter oil increased 1.85 and 3.47%, respectively and coke yield decreased 0.29%. Commercial
application in FCCU indicate that optimization of nanopores of MCM-41 added faujasite zeolite might result in an industrial

A method based on direct template-ion-exchange was employed for the entrapment of UO22+ ions in MCM-41 and MCM-48 molecular sieves via swapping of cetyltrimethylammonium cations present in the mesoporous channels by the UO22+ ions in an aqueous solution. The samples were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, and ICP-AES techniques. The entrapment of UO22+ ions is facilitated by the large pore size vis-a-vis the high surfactant content in the as-synthesized host materials. A higher loading of UO22+ ions was achieved in MCM-48 as compared to MCM-41, which could be attributed to its three-dimensional pore system and higher surfactant-to-silica ratio. FT-IR results provide an evidence of a strong binding of UO22+ groups with the defect silica sites of mesoporous molecular sieves. 相似文献
