利用两维particle-in-cell方法研究了半圆形容器表面等离子体源离子注入过程中鞘层的时空演化规律. 详尽考察了鞘层内随时间变化的电势分布和离子密度分布规律,离子在鞘层中的运动轨迹和运动状态,得到了半圆容器内、外表面和边缘平面上各点离子注入剂量分布规律,获得了工件表面各点注入离子的入射角分布规律. 研究结果揭示了半圆容器边缘附近鞘层中离子聚焦现象,以及离子聚焦现象导致工件表面注入剂量分布和注入角度分布存在很大不均匀的基本物理规律. 关键词: 等离子体源离子注入 鞘层 两维particle-in-cell方法 离子运动轨迹  相似文献

The paper examines the angular, spatial and energy distribution of ions scattered by various faces of silicon and germanium single crystals. It is shown that, due to the orderly arrangement of atoms in the crystal lattice, the orientation effects in the angular, spatial and energy distributions are observed at temperatures exceeding the annealing temperature of ion bombardment induced radiation damage. At high temperatures of the sample a reduction of the anisotropy in the angular, spatial and energy distributions of scattered ions was observed which is due to the changing transparency of the crystal resulting from the thermal vibrations of atoms in the lattice.

Results of investigations testify to the possibility of using the orientation dependences of phenomena occurring during the interaction of ions with crystals for determining the annealing temperature of ion bombardment damage and for studying the kinetics of the process of ion bombardment. It is shown that further studies along the same lines as conducted by the authors of this paper could develop a technique for the quantitative estimation of ion bombardment damage in crystals and also in thin epitaxial films.  相似文献

本文叙述了对碘化学输运法生长的ZnS:I单晶扩散Al杂质,制备低阻ZnS:I晶体的实验方法。在制备低阻ZnS:I单晶过程中,根据晶体内含I的浓度选择热退火条件,可较重复地得到Al浓度在10-1g/g量级,电阻率在10—102Ω·cm范围的低阻ZnS单晶。讨论认为,在ZnS:I单晶退火过程中,I的存在有助于Al杂质的扩散。  相似文献

Ion Coulomb crystals, formed by atomic ions at low temperatures in radiofrequency and Penning ion traps, are structures that have remarkable properties and many applications. Images of Coulomb crystals are striking and reveal the crystal structure, which arises from a balance between the trapping forces acting on the ions and their mutual Coulomb repulsion. Applications of these structures range from frequency standards and quantum simulation through to measurement of the cross-sections of chemical reactions of ions.  相似文献

Erbium‐doped low symmetry Y2SiO5 crystals attract a lot of attention in perspective of quantum information applications. However, only doping of the samples during growth is available up to now, which yields a quite homogeneous doping density. In the present work, we deposit Er3+‐ions by the focused ion beam technique at yttrium sites with several fluences in one sample. With a photoluminescence study of these locally doped Er3+:Y2SiO5 crystals, we are able to evaluate the efficiency of the implantation process and develop it for the highest efficiency possible. We present structure calculations of neutral and singly ionized Mg clusters of up to 30 atoms, as well as Na clusters of up to 10 atoms. The calculations have been performed using density functional theory (DFT) within the local (spin-)density approximation, ion cores are described by pseudopotentials. We have utilized a new algorithm for solving the Kohn-Sham equations that is formulated entirely in coordinate space and, thus, permits straightforward control of the spatial resolution. Our numerical method is particularly suitable for modern parallel computer architectures; we have thus been able to combine an unrestricted simulated annealing procedure with electronic structure calculations of high spatial resolution, corresponding to a plane-wave cutoff of 954 eV for Mg. We report the geometric structures of the resulting ground-state configurations and a few low-lying isomers. The energetics and HOMO-LUMO gaps of the ground-state configurations are carefully examined and related to their stability properties. No evidence for a non-metal to metal transition in neutral and positively charged Mg clusters is found in the regime of ion numbers examined here.  相似文献

We studied crystal structures in mixtures of large and small oppositely charged spherical colloids with size ratio 0.31 using Monte Carlo simulations and confocal microscopy. We developed an interactive method based on simulated annealing to predict new binary crystal structures with stoichiometries from 1 to 8. Employing these structures in Madelung energy calculations using a screened Coulomb potential, we constructed a ground-state phase diagram, which shows a remarkably rich variety of crystals. Our phase diagram displays colloidal analogs of simple-salt structures and of the doped fullerene C60 structures, but also novel structures that do not have an atomic or molecular analog. We found three of the predicted structures experimentally, which provides confidence that our method yields reliable results.  相似文献

研究了退火和二次离子交换对Er3+/Yb3+共掺的磷酸盐玻璃平面光波导传输特性的影响。在退火过程中,由于热效应和波导层Ag+离子的浓度差使得Ag+离子重新分布;随着退火时间的延长和温度的升高,光波导模式数目逐渐增加,波导层深度加深,且波导表面折射率与玻璃基质折射率差减小,退火扩散深度与退火时间的平方根成正比。电子探针结果显示在二次离子交换后形成了掩埋式的光波导,Ag+离子浓度接近二次方分布,而掩埋式的光波导有助于降低光波导的传输损耗。  相似文献

Abstract

Two LiNbO3 (X and Y cut) crystals from different companies were implanted by 3.0 MeV Er ions to a dose of 7.5 × 1014 ions/cm2 and 3.5 × 1014 ions/cm2 with different beam current densities, respectively. After annealing at 1060°C in air for 2 hours, one LiNbO3 sample was implanted by 1.5 MeV He ions to a dose of 1.5 × 1016 ions/cm2. The Rutherford backscattering/channeling and prism coupling method have been used to study the damage and optical properties in implanted LiNbO3. The results show: (1) the damage in LiNbO3 created by 3.0 MeV Er ions depends strongly on the beam current density; (2) after annealing at 1060°C in air for 2 hours, a good Er doped LiNbO3 crystal was obtained; (3) there is waveguide formation possible in this Er-doped annealed LiNbO3 after 1.5 MeV He ion implantation. It is suggested that annealing is needed to remove the damage created by MeV Er ions before the MeV He ion implantation takes place, to realize the waveguide laser for Er doped LiNbO3.  相似文献

在电位耦合条件下,利用Morris-Lecar神经元模型构造环链神经元网络,研究了离子通道分布不均匀情形下神经元网络群体电活动的演化和转变问题. 在数值研究中通过改变局部区域的离子通道电导值模拟离子通道的非均匀分布,并对其可能的机制进行了分析. 还研究了网络中局部区域的钙离子电导的差异性和钾离子电导的差异性如何逐渐激发周边神经元,以及诱发的行波如何依赖于神经元之间的耦合强度. 研究发现,增大钙离子电导到一定程度或减小钾离子电导到一定程度可以诱发周围神经元产生兴奋并产生稳定的行波;相反,减小钙离子电导或增大钾离子电导则会减缓或阻断行波的传递. 在同时改变钙离子电导和钾离子电导的情况下,行波的诱发和传播完全依赖于钙离子电导的增量和钾离子电导的减量. 关键词: Morris-Lecar神经元 离子通道的非均匀分布 环链网络  相似文献

采用粒子网格单元和蒙特卡罗碰撞方法,建立了离子推力器羽流场的2维轴对称模型,对其特性进行了数值模拟,并将模拟结果与实验测量数据进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:数值模拟结果与实验测量值基本一致,模型可以很好地评估离子推力器的羽流特性;返流区离子数密度达到1014m-3量级,会对航天器表面产生污染;背压对束流区域外电荷交换离子影响较为显著,不可忽略。  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of large amplitude dust acoustic (DA) solitons has been addressed in a charge varying dusty plasma with ions following a Cairns-Gurevich distribution. Based on the orbit motion limited approach, the correct Cairns-Gurevich ion charging current is presented for the first time. The expression relating the variable dust charge to the plasma potential is given in terms of the Lambert function and we take advantage of this transcendental function to, carefully, analyse DA solitons in a charge varying dusty plasma with trapped nonthermal ions. Our results show that the spatial patterns of the variable charge solitary wave are significantly changed due to the presence of ion population modelled by the Cairns-Gurevich distribution. An addition of a small concentration of trapped nonthermal ions makes the solitary structure less spiky, grows the net negative charge residing on the dust grain surface, and contributes to the electron depletion. Finally, our investigation is extended to highlight the effect of the grain dust charge variation. We have shown that under certain conditions, the impact of dust charge fluctuation may furnish an alternate physical mechanism rasing anomalous dissipation, which becomes more strong and may predominate over the dispersion as the nonthermal character of ions following the Cairns-Gurevich distribution increases.  相似文献

通过离子辐照产生缺陷,可以非常有效地调控磷烯诸多物理性质.本文应用分子动力学方法模拟离子辐照磷烯的过程,给出了缺陷的形成概率与入射离子能量、离子种类以及离子入射角度之间的关系,并且应用非平衡态分子动力学计算辐照后磷烯热导率的变化.以缺陷形成概率为切入点,系统地研究了辐照离子的能量、辐照剂量、离子的种类以及离子的入射角度对磷烯热导率的影响.应用晶格动力学方法研究了空位缺陷对磷烯声子参与率的影响,并计算了声子局域模式的空间分布.基于量子微扰和键弛豫理论,指出空位缺陷明显降低磷烯热导率的最重要物理机制是空位缺陷附近的低配位原子对声子强烈散射.本文研究可为缺陷工程调控磷烯的热输运性质提供理论参考.  相似文献

利用真空蒸发法在石英玻璃衬底上制备了ZnS薄膜,将能量80 keV,剂量1×1017 cm-2的Ti离子注入到薄膜中,并将注入后的ZnS薄膜进行退火处理,退火温度500—700 ℃.利用X射线衍射(XRD)研究了薄膜结构的变化,利用光致发光(PL)和光吸收研究了薄膜光学性质的变化.XRD结果显示,衍射峰在500 ℃退火1 h后有一定程度的恢复;光吸收结果显示,离子注入后光吸收增强,随着退火温度的上升,光吸收逐渐降低,吸收边随着退火温度的提高发生蓝移;PL显示,薄 关键词: ZnS薄膜 离子注入 X射线衍射 光致发光  相似文献

分别利用单能的质子束及碳离子束辐照CR39,并制定了规范的刻蚀条件及流程。通过对处理完成后的数据进行详细处理,得到了质子及碳离子的径迹直径-能量的响应曲线,可用于确定CR39上质子或碳离子的能量。以此为依据,得到了鉴别CR39上质子及碳离子的有效方法。在激光加速离子的实验中,通过测量CR39上的径迹大小及相对灰度,利用本文给出的标定数据,确认了质子径迹,得到了实验的质子能谱。  相似文献

Coulomb crystals are ordered structures of spatially-localised ions, held within an ion trap and exhibiting very low translational temperatures. The many advantages of studying the spectroscopic, kinetic and dynamic properties of gas phase ions in Coulomb crystals – such as the ability to manipulate and detect single ions under ultrahigh vacuum conditions – have seen their adoption in an ever-expanding range of fields. This article provides an overview of recent developments, where Coulomb crystals have been utilised for precision measurements, for the study of controlled ion-neutral reactions and in the implementation of quantum information science.  相似文献

Energetic ion beams with diverse energies, species and beam dimensions have been extensively utilized to modify the properties of materials to achieve versatile applications in many aspects of industry, agriculture and scientific research. In optics, the ion‐beam technology has been applied to fabricate various micro‐ and submicrometric guiding structures on a wide range of optical crystals through the efficient modulation of the refractive indices or structuring of the surface, realizing various applications in many branches of photonics. The ion‐beam fabricated optical waveguides and other photonic structures have shown good guiding performance as well as properties related to the materials, suggesting promising potential for many aspects of photonics. This paper gives the state‐of‐the‐art review of fabrication, characterization and application on the ion‐beam‐processed micro‐ and submicrometric photonic structures by highlighting the most recent research progress. A brief prospect is presented by focusing on a few potential spotlights.  相似文献

The relation between magnetic field topography and operating voltage is investigated in a 1kW Hall thruster discharge channel in order to focus the ion beam effectively and optimize the performance. The curvature of magnetic field line (α) is introduced to characterize the differences of topologies. The optimized magnetic field distribution under each operating voltage is obtained by experiment. Through the curvature transformation, we find that the area of (α > 1) in the channel gradually decreases with the increase of the operating voltage. In response to the results above, two dimensional plasma flows are simulated employing Particle‐in‐Cell method. The distributions of the electric potential, ion density and ion radial velocity are calculated to understand the important influence of the relation above on ion beam focusing. The numerical results indicate that magnetic field curvature and thermal electric field control the ion beam in the ionization and acceleration zone, respectively. The magnetic field topography and discharge voltage interact with each other and together form the focusing electric field. The ion radial mobility is suppressed effectively and the ion beam is focused to the channel centerline. In addition, for a given voltages, when the area of (α > 1) is larger than the optimal scope, the electric potential lines excessively bend to the anode causing ion over focus; contrarily, the electric potential lines will bend to the exit and defocus ions. All these results suggest the relation between magnetic field topography and discharge voltage is important to the ion radial flow control and performance optimization of the Hall thruster (© 2009 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. 用500和800℃,在氧气下,对掺Bi钨酸镉晶体进行热退火处理,测定了处理后晶体的吸收光谱与发射光谱。随退火处理温度的升高晶体的吸收强度降低,吸收边带发生蓝移。在373与980nm的光激发下,分别观察到发光中心为528nm的CdWO4晶体本征发光与发光中心为1 078nm的Bi 5+发光。晶体样品通过高温氧气处理,发光中心为528nm的荧光带强度增强,但发光中心为1 078nm的荧光带强度变弱。这可能是由于氧退火使Bi 5+转化成Bi 3+所致。经退火处理后,晶体的颜色逐渐变浅,透光率明显提高,这是由于晶体中氧空位减少所致。经γ射线辐照处理后,528nm处的发光增强,而1 078nm处的发光减弱,这可能是由于γ射线辐照后导致Bi 5+变成Bi 3+。  相似文献
