针对航空难加工材料的攻丝难题。在分析振动与普通攻丝切屑形成过程的基础上,应用动力学、弹塑性和冲击理论系统地研究了振动攻丝降低扭矩的机理。试验表明:振动攻丝具有刚性化、抑制表面回弹和冲击等作用,不仅可以大幅度降低攻丝扭矩,而且能够显著提高螺纹的加工质量。  相似文献

Tube hydroforming is an attractive manufacturing technology which is now widely used in many industries, especially the automobile industry. The purpose of this study is to develop a method to analyze the effects of the forming parameters on the quality of part formability and determine the optimal combination of the forming parameters for the process. The effects of the forming parameters on the tube hydroforming process are studied by finite element analysis and the Taguchi method. The Taguchi method is applied to design an orthogonal experimental array, and the virtual experiments are analyzed by the use of the finite element method (FEM). The predicted results are then analyzed by the use of the Taguchi method from which the effect of each parameter on the hydroformed tube is given. In this work, a free bulging tube hydroforming process is employed to find the optimal forming parameters combination for the highest bulge ratio and the lowest thinning ratio. A multi-objective optimization approach is proposed by simultaneously maximizing the bulge ratio and minimizing the thinning ratio. The optimization problem is solved by using a goal attainment method. An example is given to illustrate the practicality of this approach and ease of use by the designers and process engineers.  相似文献

In this work, a novel optimized robust control algorithm, based on the mirror-mapping method, is proposed for a class of industrial unstable process with time delay. The optimizing criterion is to minimize the sensitivity function to enhance its robustness. The controllers are designed based on the Padé approximated mirror-mapping process with a stable form, other than the original unstable system. The developed algorithm could release the internal stability constraints to the unstable plant. By using the graphical stability criterion, a systematic methodology is derived to obtain the exact stabilizing region, where the sole design parameter is related to the stability degree of the closed-loop system. The proposed algorithm is with characteristics of concise and efficient design. Three experiments has been employed to illustrate that the control effects can achieve the satisfied performance in aspects of disturbance rejection and robustness.  相似文献

This paper presents an integrated architecture of a geometry-oriented knowledge-based process-design system (GEOPDE) for multistage cold forging of solid and hollow parts. It deals with the unit processes of upsetting, forward extrusion, backward extrusion and with combinations of these processes. By using the notion of group technology, the forging processes and forging part geometries are classified. With Prolog as the building tool, the inherited backward chaining reasoning was used for solving the deduction problems. The formation approach, such as “generate and test” and backtracking control strategy, was also employed for generating weighted alternative process plans. Using design rules, empirical formulae and material properties as integrated knowledge, the billet dimensions and the forging sequences are generated automatically once the product dimensions are given by the user. The developed system is a prototype expert system for the preliminary process design of cold-forged products for the forging industry.  相似文献

The process planning function plays a critical role not only in computer integrated manufacture, but also in the economics of batch manufacturing. This paper describes the development of a generic knowledge-based system for process planning and cost estimation in the hole making process. The main function of the system, besides estimating the cost of production, is to recommend appropriate processes, their sequence and their respective machining conditions in order to obtain the required product specifications. The system has been implemented in a manufacturing organisation. The results obtained have indicated that in addition to cost savings the system also preserves the consistency in planning and cost estimation.  相似文献
