在机器人自动化焊接过程中,准确识别、提取出焊缝位置,对于焊接的精度与质量有着很大的影响。基于线激光的V形焊缝轮廓识别算法,在进行阈值分割时,有时由于线激光与V形焊缝接触时会产生激光的变形,导致局部光强下降,部分轮廓会消失。提出一种改进算法,首先通过双边滤波方法,达到图像平滑的目的;然后通过Canny边缘检测算法,准确地提取出线激光在焊缝上变形的区域;通过膨胀算法处理后,再去除焊缝轮廓留下的干扰直线;再通过直线细化算法,识别出与线激光相交的焊缝边缘轮廓点与中心点。最后识别出焊缝中心点位置。 相似文献

设计了一个水下焊接自动跟踪视觉系统,其主要由激光器、滤光片和CCD摄像机组成,被封装在防水的透明玻璃体中.焊接时激光器作为辅助光源,其与CCD成30°照射焊件,得到焊件的V形剖面焊缝.由于水下焊接时拍摄的图像模糊且比较弱,采用中值滤波的方法进行图像增强,然后进行阈值变换得到焊缝,再用Krisch边缘算子对焊缝进行边缘提取,提出了对边缘的灰度值取平均值得到焊缝中心线,最后对其进行直线拟合,提取V形焊缝的中心线所在的最低点,画出中心线以进行标识. 相似文献

提出一种借助线激光从图像中提取角焊缝特征点的方法,克服了线激光在角焊缝表面的反光对提取光条中心线的影响,有效地识别出了角焊缝特征点. 首先,根据局部对比度区分实际光条与反光条纹,用阈值分割结合图像形态学方法分割出实际光条,并确定ROI区域;其次,根据光条截面的灰度分布提取光条中心点;最后,用迭代最小二乘法拟合分段光条中心线方程并确定角焊缝特征点. 结果表明,该方法能够快速准确地提取表面光亮角焊缝的亚像素图像特征点,在主频3.4 GHz的PC机上共用时0.35 s,能够满足焊接速度为0~25 mm/s的普通焊接设备的实时性要求. 相似文献

In order to obtain a high-quality weld during the laser welding process, extracting the characteristic parameters of weld pool is an important issue for automated welding. In this paper, the type 304 austenitic stainless steel is welded by a 5kW high-power fiber laser and a high-speed camera is employed to capture the topside images of weld pools. Then we propose a robust visual-detection approach for the molten pool based on the supervised descent method. It provides an elegant framework for representing the outline of a weld pool and is especially efficient for weld pool detection in the presence of strong uncertainties and disturbances. Finally, welding experimental results verified that the proposed approach can extract the weld pool boundary accurately, which will lay a solid foundation for controlling the weld quality of fiber laser welding process. 相似文献

为实现焊接机器人焊枪定位与焊缝走向识别,提高焊缝跟踪精度,提出了一种交叉式双条纹激光传感方式,建立了该传感方式下双条纹激光间距与焊枪高度关系的理论模型.按图像行上灰度值和的一阶导数提取感兴趣区域(region of interest, ROI)、最大类间方差阈值分割及Canny边界提取等处理后,获得了上下激光条纹中心间距离及坡口中心值,由理论模型计算得焊枪高度,上下坡口中心值获得焊缝精确偏差与焊缝轨迹走向.结果表明,建立的理论模型正确,该方法可快速实现焊枪准确定位,识别焊缝轨迹走向,减小导前误差,提高偏差识别精度和焊接机器人智能化程度. 相似文献

Single-stripe laser was applied to acquire V-shape groove contour information. Most of arc light and splash noise was removed and stripe laser image was kept by wavelet transform. Half-threshold algorithm was used for image segmentation and stripe laser image was gotten after refining. Weld seam center position was identified and extracted by extreme curvature corner detection method. The location of torch was detected to accord the frequency of computer program with robot program and serial communication program. The tracking experiments of sidelong, reflex and curve weld line show that the system can meet the demand of the tracking precision under normal welding conditions. 相似文献

The three dimensiotud transient weld pool dynamics are numerically analyzed ,for Forcearc welding, which is a new gas metal arc welding technology to get deep fusion penetration with smaller angle sf V groove to enhance welding efficiency significantly. The influence of groove angle and preheatin,g temperature on heat and .fluid .flow is studied and compared to get an optimal welding parameter. Good agreement is shown between the predicted and experimental results, such as weld bead cross-section and thermal cycles. It can he seen that an apprpriate groove angle could be used to replace high preheating temperature to get inproced penetration and thermal cycles. 相似文献
