采用端面有效反射率法,从理论上计算了单片集成电吸收调制DFB激光器(Electroabsorption Modulated DFB Laser,EML)的腔面反射率、耦合强度(κL)对其波长漂移的影响.同时在实验中通过改变腔面的反射率来验证计算结果.理论与实验的结果表明:为提高EML的模式稳定性,必须减小调制器一端的反射率,同时增加DFB激光器的κL.最终我们采用选择区域生长(Selective Area Growth,SAG)的方法,制作了低光反馈出光面的单脊条形EML,在2.5Gb/s的非归零(NRZ)码调制下,经过280km的标准光纤传输后,没有发现色散代价.  相似文献

我们研制成功8路时分副载波半导体DFB激光器波长锁定器.用1kHz正弦时分电信号,分别对8个1.55μm波段的DFB激光器进行1%的幅度调制,每个DFB激光2%的光信号分成两路,一路通过自由光谱区为100 GHz的F-P标准具,另一路作参考光,两路的光电差分信号反馈控制DFB激光器的温度,使每个DFB激光器锁定在各自所需的波长上.测试结果表明波长锁定的激光频率间隔100 GHz,波长锁定精度优于±2.5GHz。该方法同样适用于50GHz频率间隔和更多路的波长锁定.本文着重介绍该锁定器的光电信号处理和控制方法.  相似文献

本文提出了一种基于定向耦合的可见光三波长合波器,该器件由两级定向耦合器级联而成,实现可见光波段中三波长合成。以常见的635nm,532nm以及488nm三波长为例,提出具体的设计方案与结构参数,整个器件的长度为2500um,用BeamPROP软件对该器件进行模拟,各个波长的插入损耗小于0.15dB。  相似文献

设计并制作了一种在Y形波导的两个分支上集成分布反馈(distributed feedback,DFB)激光器的单片集成器件.DFB激光器的布拉格光栅一次曝光形成,具有相同的光栅周期.当注入电流分别单独加载到两段DFB激光器之上时,从Y形波导端输出光波长在1565nm附近,边模抑制比大于30dB.当大于阈值且相差大于20mA的两个电流同时加载到两段DFB激光器上时,从Y形波导端输出的光谱具有双模分布,双模频率的差值可以拍频产生微波频段的信号.通过调节两段DFB的注入电流,微波信号的频率可以在13~42GHz之间快速连续调谐.这种基于Y形波导的两段DFB并联的拍频光源比传统的双段级联DFB器件有较好的光学和电学隔离,可以作为光学拍频源的一种新的实现方法.  相似文献

为了优化垂直腔半导体光放大器(VCSOA)在不同应用中的性能,以及用通用计算方法获得准确的端面反射率,考虑到器件内部光场分布特点,采用角频谱理论和传输矩阵的方法,取得了器件中分布布喇格反射器(DBR)等效反射率与光束半值谱宽的数据,进行了理论分析和实验验证。结果表明,等效反射率随着结构周期增加而变大,但是当周期大于25时基本不再变化;与只考虑正入射情况相比,修正后的DBR等效反射率小了2%~4%;等效反射率随着半值谱宽θFWHM增大而减小。该研究为准确计算膜堆层数对DBR等效反射率的影响提供理论指导,优化了VCSOA的工作性能。  相似文献

报道了采用选区外延生长技术制作的可实用的单脊条形电吸收调制DFB激光器。激光器的阈值为 2 6mA ,最大光功率可达 9mW ,消光比可达 16dB。减小端面的光反馈后 ,从自发发射谱上观察不到波长随调制电压的变化 ,调制器部分的电容为 1 5pF ,初步筛选结果显示阈值、隔离电阻、消光比基本没有变化 ,可应用在 2 5Gb/s的长途干线光纤传输系统上。  相似文献

基于光纤光栅的模式耦合理论,用传输矩阵法对长短周期级联光纤光栅的传输谱特性进行分析。先由耦合模方程分别得到长周期光纤光栅(LPFG)、连接光纤段和短周期光纤光栅(FBG)的传输矩阵,然后将它们相乘得到总的传输矩阵,最后再结合边界条件求得长短周期级联光纤光栅(CLBG)的传输谱。进一步对CLBG的传输谱进行了数值模拟,并通过实验进行了验证。实验结果表明,CLBG的传输谱中出现了由纤芯模和包层模耦合形成的两个谐振峰,与模拟计算的结果一致,证明了传输矩阵法求解CLBG传输谱的可行性,为CLBG在多参量传感和测量领域的广泛应用提供了理论支持。  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

A new quantum protocol to teleport an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state from a sender to a fixed receiver under M controllers(M < N) is proposed. The quantum resources required are M non-maximally entangled Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger (GHZ) state and N-M non-maximally entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs. The sender performs N generalized Bell-state measurements on the 2N particles. Controllers take M single-particle measurement along x-axis, and the receiver needs to introduce one auxiliary two-level particle to extract quantum information probabilistically with the fidelity unit if controllers cooperate with it.  相似文献

A continuous-wave (CW) 457 nm blue laser operating at the power of 4.2 W is demonstrated by using a fiber coupled laser diode module pumped Nd: YVO4 and using LBO as the intra-cavity SHG crystal With the optimization of laser cavity and crystal parameters, the laser operates at a very high efficiency. When the pumping power is about 31 W, the output at 457nm reaches 4.2 W, and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is about 13.5% accordingly. The stability of the out putpower is better than 1.2% for 8 h continuously working.  相似文献

The global bandwidth shortage of wireless communications has motivated the exploration of the naillimeter wave (ram-wave) frequency spectrum for the next generation wireless communications. Recent advances in RF CMOS technology and high speed baseband signal processing technologies have enabled tile extensive research and development of turn-wave wireless communications. The multi gigabit per second data rate of ram-wave system will lead to applications in many important scenarios, such as WPAN, WLAN,back-haul for cellular system. And the frequency bands include 28 GHz, 38 GHz, 45GHz, 60GHz, E-BAND and even beyond 100 GHz. The propagation and the imitation of the RF circuits design in these frequency bands make the directional antennas be inevitable for mm-wave communications.  相似文献
