一本好的有机化学教材应该对教师教学和学生自学有很好的辅助和引导作用。如何使学生从浩如烟海的内容中发现重点、难点,并做到有效掌握和融会贯通,是教材编写者需要重点考虑的问题。笔者将教学经验融入到有机化学教材改革实践,在新版教材中加入了原创的“学习提示”板块,用简练、更通俗易懂的语言对一些重要、较难理解的或是容易混淆的知识点进行辅助讲解、串联总结。笔者认为该板块可以起到协助学生理解知识难点、厘清易混淆概念、将关联知识融会贯通以及激发学生科研兴趣等作用。本文用一些实例对这一模块的编写构思、内容和预期成效进行了介绍。 相似文献

Natural product chemistry experiments, which train the students to master the basic skills for extraction, separation and identification of the active components of natural products, and acquaint with the research methods of natural product chemistry, are an important part of organic chemistry laboratory. This paper analyzes the common problems related to the current natural products chemistry laboratories in domestic universities. In recent years, we carried out the reforms of the teaching contents, teaching conditions, and teaching methods. The teaching practices show that the students' learning interest and efficiency, the abilities to analyze and solve problems, and the scientific research abilities have been trained and strengthened. The ability of scientific inquiry is one of the important abilities of undergraduate students. We have been thinking and exploring to cultivate students' scientific research ability in the course of laboratory teaching. In recent years, we had carried out persistently reform and practice to the laboratory teaching content and the teaching method in organic chemistry, for example, introduction to the frontier of scientific research, exploring the abnormal phenomena of the experiment, organization of experiment discussion, and carrying out the extracurricular research experiments. The above measures can greatly stimulate the students' interest in learning. Their abilities to think, observe, analyze and solve problems were fully developed. The students' ability of scientific inquiry had been cultivated in multiple aspects. 设计开发了一个大学化学综合性实验,合成了2-羟基-1-萘甲醛缩邻苯二胺席夫碱及其铜(Ⅱ)配合物,分别采用化学分析法和仪器分析法对配合物的组成进行了测定,并结合红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对产物的结构进行了表征,取得了满意的实验结果。该实验一定程度上弥补了大学化学教学实验中合成有机金属配位化合物教学资源的匮乏。通过该实验的实施,可使学生进一步巩固回流、纯化、离心等基本操作技能,掌握摩尔比法测定配合物配位数及稳定常数的原理和方法,同时掌握运用有机波谱技术推断和鉴定分子结构的方法。本实验有利于培养学生综合运用有机化学、无机化学、化学分析及仪器分析等知识解决具体问题的能力,同时有利于学生了解席夫碱及其金属配合物的性质、研究动态等,激发学生对科学研究的热情,培养学生系统的科学思维和研究能力。 相似文献

The goal of the Ministry of Education's "Top Talent Training Program" is to train top innovative talents for China and prepare them to be the leading figures in the field of chemical research. This paper summarizes the author's three attempts to reform organic chemistry teaching in the "Top Talent Training Program"; including (1) to present the report of the minireview of organic chemistry as a true academic report; (2) to stimulate students' interest by practical comprehensive structural determination of organic compounds; (3) to create more active learning atmosphere through displaying interesting research stories and new research directions.
