选矿厂磨矿粒度是影响精矿品位和回收率的重要因素。针对目前无法对磨矿粒度进行实时有效检测问题,提出了一种基于支持向量机的磨矿粒度预测模型。通过对现有支持向量机建模方法分析比较,选择了新型的混合核支持向量机作为预测模型的建模工具,同时为了解决有效选择混合核参数问题,提出利用遗传算法对模型结构参数进行优化。仿真结果表明,用该方法建立的磨矿粒度预测模型优于基于RBF核支持向量机建立的该预测模型,其具有较好的逼近性能和泛化性能及更高的预测精度。  相似文献

从知识发现和数据挖掘的角度,利用粗糙集和支持向量回归机的理论和方法,建立了基于粗糙集和支持向量回归机相结合的供应链绩效预测模型。结合一个供应链绩效预测实例,首先对其基于平衡记分卡的指标体系进行了约简,然后将约简的评价指标输入到支持向量回归机中进行训练,构建预测模型,最后把预测的样本输入到模型中进行供应链绩效预测,预测结果与实际结果基本吻合。  相似文献

针对复杂装备故障信息不足、故障预测困难等问题,应用支持向量机建立了故障预测模型;在对支持向量机回归算法分析的基础上,利用最小二乘支持向量机建立故障预测模型;最小二乘支持向量机通过对相空间重构,有效地降低了模型的复杂度;最后,本文利用某导弹发射装置液压泵的故障数据进行了验证,通过选取合适的参数,该模型能够较好地对故障数据进行预测,预测精度较高;事实证明,基于最小二乘支持向量机建立故障预测模型能够较好地对复杂装备故障的趋势进行预测。  相似文献

研究粮食准确预测问题,由于粮食产量受到多种高维非线性、随机性和有限样本等因素的影响,单一模型不能全面描述其变化趋势,预测精度较低。为了提高粮食产量预测精度,提出一种将灰色关联支持向量机的粮食产量预测模型。首先采用灰色关联分析确定粮食产量变化主要影响因子,然后通过支持向量机学习建立粮食产量与因子之间的非线性映射关系,最后为避免人为选择参数的盲目性,采用遗传算法确定支持向量机参数并对将来粮食产量进行预测。利用1978-2011年我国粮食产量进行仿真,并将预测结果与单一机模型进行对比。结果表明,灰色关联支持向量机提高了粮食产量的预测精度,可以较好地应用于粮食产量预测中。  相似文献

针对光伏电站发电功率随机性和不稳定性导致的预测难的问题,提出一种基于相似日与进化粒子群优化(EPSO)最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)的发电功率预测模型。考虑到不同天气类型下气象因素和发电功率差异大,提出加权灰色关联投影法,进行相似日的选取;基于LS-SVM算法较强的泛化能力以及小样本问题处理能力,建立预测模型,并用EPSO模型的惩罚参数和核函数参数,提高预测精度。根据国外光伏电站实测数据建立模型并评估。结果表明:提出的模型具有较高的预测精度和更好的适用性。  相似文献

采用基于粗糙集属性约简的支持向量机回归预测模型对我国电力供应量进行预测。根据电力供应量及其影响因素的历史数据建立决策表,利用动态层次聚类法对决策表中的连续属性进行了离散化;运用属性约简算法进行约简,提取出主要因素,并将其作为样本的特征,应用支持向量机回归预测模型对电力供应量进行预测。五年预测结果表明:与SVR模型相比,结合了属性约简方法的RS&SVR模型充分利用了更少但是主要的预测因子的信息,预测精度有一定提高,应用效果较好。  相似文献

针对最小二乘支持向量机参数优化问题,提出一种变异粒子群算法优化最小二乘支持向量的网络流量预测模型(MPSOLSSVM)。首先对网络流量序列进行相空间重构,构建最小二乘支持向量的学习样本;然后采用变异粒子群算法选择最小二乘支持向量机参数,从而建立最优的网络流量预测模型,最后与其他模型进行对比实验。对比结果表明,相对于对比模型,MPSO-LSSVM提高了网络流量的预测精度,预测结果可以为网络管理员提供有价值参考信息。  相似文献

阐述了支持向量机应用于大气污染物时间序列预测的具体方法,建立了大气污染物时间序列的支持向量机预测模型.该方法将支持向量杌应用于大气污染物浓度预测:首先通过选择合适的信息量准则来确定模型阶数:而后通过实验的方法选择参数从而形成支持向量机的训练样本集,在此基础上建立了基于支持向量机的时间序列大气污染预测模型.实例表明,无论是在仿真过程还是在预测过程,支持向量机都具有很高的预测精度.因此.采用支持向量机方法对大气污染物时间序列进行预测分析是可行的.  相似文献

支持向量机是一种新的机器学习方法,它具有良好的推广性和分类精确性。但是在利用支持向量机的分类算法处理实际问题时,该算法的计算速度较慢、处理问题效率较低。文中介绍了一种新的学习算法,就是将粗糙集和支持向量机相结合,利用粗糙集对支持向量机的训练样本进行预处理,从而缩短样本的训练时间,提高基于SVM预测系统实时性。文中最后利用该方法进行了数据试验,试验结果表明了该方法可以大大缩短样本的训练时间,提高基于支持向量机处理预测系统的效率。从而也证明了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

针对当前大多数软件缺陷预测模型预测准确率较差的问题, 提出了结合最小绝对值压缩和选择方法与支持向量机算法的软件缺陷预测模型。首先利用最小绝对值压缩与选择方法的特征选择能力降低了原始数据集的维度, 去除了与软件缺陷预测不相关的数据集; 然后利用交叉验证算法的参数寻优能力找到支持向量机的最优相关参数; 最后运用支持向量机的非线性运算能力完成了软件缺陷预测。仿真实验结果表明, 所提出的缺陷预测模型与传统的缺陷预测模型相比具有较高的预测准确率, 且预测速度更快。  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. In modern service-oriented architectures, database access is done by a special type of services, the so-called data access services (DAS). Though, particularly in data-intensive applications, using and developing DAS are very common today, the link between the DAS and their implementation, e.g. a layer of data access objects (DAOs) encapsulating the database queries, still is not sufficiently elaborated, yet. As a result, as the number of DAS grows, finding the desired DAS for reuse and/or associated documentation can become an impossible task. In this paper we focus on bridging this gap between the DAS and their implementation by presenting a view-based, model-driven data access architecture (VMDA) managing models of the DAS, DAOs and database queries in a queryable manner. Our models support tailored views of different stakeholders and are scalable with all types of DAS implementations. In this paper we show that our view-based and model driven architecture approach can enhance software development productivity and maintainability by improving DAS documentation. Moreover, our VMDA opens a wide range of applications such as evaluating DAS usage for DAS performance optimization. Furthermore, we provide tool support and illustrate the applicability of our VMDA in a large-scale case study. Finally, we quantitatively prove that our approach performs with acceptable response times.  相似文献

Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

Discrepant technological events or situations that entail a problem, a misunderstanding or a difficulty with the Information Technology (IT) being employed, are common in the workplace, and can lead to frustration and avoidance behaviors. Little is known, however, about how individuals cope with these events. This paper examines these events by using a multi-method pragmatic approach informed by coping theory. The results of two studies – a critical incident study and an experiment – serve to build and test, respectively, a theoretical model that posits that individuals use a variety of strategies when dealing with these events: they experience negative emotions, make external attributions, and adopt engagement coping strategies directed at solving the event, eventually switching to a disengagement coping strategy when they feel they have no control over the situation. Furthermore, users’ efforts may result in ‘accidental’ learning as they try to overcome the discrepant IT events through engagement coping. The paper ends with a discussion of the results in light of existing literature, future opportunities for research, and implications for practice.  相似文献
