The effect of the structural quality of the buffer stack on the structural properties, giant magnetoresistance (GMR) and the quality of the antiferromagnetic coupling has been investigated for Co/Cu/Co sandwiches prepared by DC-magnetron sputtering. Three kinds of buffers were employed: type A: Cr(6 nm)/Co(0.8 nm)/Cu(10 nm), type B: Fe(6 nm)/Co(0.8 nm)/Cu(10 nm) and type C: Cr(4 nm)/Fe(3 nm)/Co(0.8 nm)/Cu(10 nm). For B and C type buffers, the antiferromagnetic alignment is very interesting at zero field with a coupling strength larger than 0.4 erg/cm2 and a GMR signal reaching 5% at room temperature. However, for the A type buffer the antiferromagnetic coupling completely disappears, while the GMR drops to about 0.8%. X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy and transmission electron microscopy have been performed in order to understand the origin of the observed difference in the magnetic properties. The results show a strong difference in the average surface roughness, 1.15 nm and 0.35 nm, respectively for the A and C types buffers, and demonstrate that the quality of the surface of the buffer is the key to optimize both the GMR and the indirect exchange coupling. 结合掺杂薄层作为发光探针层的方法和亚单层(sub-monolayer)有机发光技术,利用沉积在有机发光器件发光层中的亚单层奎丫啶酮(Quinacridone,QAD)分子作为探针,同时改变QAD层的位置,对有机发光器件中激子的形成与扩散进行了研究,器件结构为ITO/NPB(60 nm)/ Alq3(x nm)/QAD(0.05 nm)/Alq3[(60-x) nm]/LiF/Al(其中x=0,2.5,5,7.5 nm).通过对各器件不同条件下的电致发光谱、发光强度和发光效率的对比研究,得到在x=5 nm处引入亚单层QAD可以使QAD分子通过能量转移而获得的激子数量最多,进而可以实现高效率的发光.  相似文献

为了使光盘获得优良的记录/读出性能并能够长期稳定地使用,必须优化设计相变光盘的多层膜结构。采用自行设计的模拟分析相变光盘读出过程设计软件,从光学角度出发模拟计算了蓝光(405nm)相变光盘的膜层结构,研究了多层膜系的反射率和反射率对比度等光学参量与各层膜厚度和槽深的关系。研究得出的最佳多层膜结构为:下介电层/记录层/上介电层/反射层的厚度对于台记录为100nm/10nm/25nm,/60nm,而对于槽记录则为140nm/15nm/30nm,/60nm,槽深为50nm。模拟计算结果对于将来高密度蓝光相变光盘的制备具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

在 0 0 2mol·L-1HCl介质中 ,红色 [PtI6]2 -配合物离子与奎宁作用生成紫红色PtI6 奎宁缔合微粒 ,在 310 ,4 0 0 ,4 70 ,6 10nm处产生 4个瑞利散射峰 ;在 35 0~ 70 0nm波长范围的吸光度值均增大 ,4 5 0nm荧光峰猝灭。在选定条件下 ,奎宁浓度在 0~ 4 0× 10 -6mol·L-1范围内与A62 0nm成正比 ,摩尔吸光系数ε62 0nm为 1 31× 10 4L·mol-1·cm-1。实验结果表明 ,奎宁缔合微粒的形成是导致瑞利散射信号增强和荧光猝灭的根本原因 ,而缔合微粒的颜色是共振散射所致。  相似文献

在pH 3.5 NaAc-HCl介质中,Ag 与过量的I-形成可溶性AgOI2-;当十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CT-MAB)与AgI2-共存时形成粒径为700 nm的(CTMA-AgI2)n缔合微粒,在360 nm处产生一个共振散射峰,在470 m处产生一同步散射峰.CTMAB浓度cCTMAB在2.0~50.0×10-7mol·L-1范围内与散射光强度I360nm呈线性关系,回归方程为I360nm=2.03×107 cCTMAB 0.48,相关系数r为0.998 5,检出限为8.0×10-8mol·L-1.据此建立了一个测定阳离子表面活性剂含量的共振散射光谱法,用于水样分析,结果满意.共振散射光谱和激光散射研究表明,CTMAB 与AgI2-可通过静电力形成疏水性的CTMA-AgI2缔合物分子,该缔合物分子自动聚集形成稳定的(CTMA-AgI2)n缔合微粒.由于该缔合微粒仅在360 nm处产生共振散射效应,故体系呈乳白色.  相似文献

配制了Stilbene 420染料溶液。测量了其吸收光谱。以调Q倍频Nd∶YAG激光为抽运源,实现了对Stilbene 420染料的激光光谱和荧光光谱的分析。激光光谱在425 nm处获得最强峰值,半峰高宽(FWHM)为1 nm,光谱范围为420~440 nm。荧光光谱峰值在428.5 nm,与激光最强峰值相差3.5 nm。最高染料转换效率为9.26%。  相似文献

One dimensional (1D) grating has been fabricated (using focused ion beam) on 50 nm gold (Au) film deposited on higher refractive index Gallium phosphate (GaP) substrate. The sub-wavelength periodic metal nano structuring enable to couple photon to couple with the surface plasmons (SPs) excited by them. These grating devices provide the efficient control on the SPs which propagate on the interface of noble metal and dielectric whose frequency is dependent on the bulk electron plasma frequency of the metal. For a fixed periodicity (Λ = 700 nm) and slit width (w = 100 nm) in the grating device, the efficiency of SPP excitation is about 40% compared to the transmission in the near-field. Efficient coupling of SPs with photon in dielectric provide field localisation on sub-wavelength scale which is needed in Heat Assisted Magnetic recording (HAMR) systems. The GaP is also used to emulate Vertical Cavity Surface emitting laser (VCSEL) in order to provide cheaper alternative of light source being used in HAMR technology. In order to understand the underlying physics, far-and near-field results has been compared with the modelling results which are obtained using COMSOL RF module.Apart from this, grating devices of smaller periodicity (Λ = 280 nm) and slit width (w = 22 nm) has been fabricated on GaP substrate which is photoluminescence material to observe amplified spontaneous emission of the SPs at wavelength of 805 nm when the grating device was excited with 532 nm laser light. This observation is unique and can have direct application in light emitting diodes (LEDs).  相似文献

We report structural as well as optical studies on Si/Ge bilayer structures having different individual layer thicknesses. The Raman spectrum of [Ge (5 nm)/Si (5 nm)] bilayer structure shows amorphous nature, while the [Si (5 nm)/Ge (5 nm)] bilayer structure shows a mixed nanocrystalline/amorphous behaviour of the layers. As the thickness of the individual layers increases to 10 nm, the introduction of large number of Si atoms at the interface results in reduction of Ge crystallization as well as higher intensity of interfacial SiGe alloy formation. This may be regarded as a consequence of the island growth induced surface roughening in the later case (i.e. in [Si (10 nm)/Ge (10 nm)] bilayer) as also revealed by corresponding atomic force microscopy (AFM) images. These results are also supported by Photoluminescence (PL) spectra recorded using two different photon energies of 300 and 488 nm along with the optical absorption measurements giving higher values of band gap as compared to their corresponding bulks, revealing the effect of quantum confinement in the deposited layers.  相似文献

We have measured the first hyperpolarizabilities of thioalkane capped silver and gold metallic nanoparticles. The values found are β(AgC 12-10 nm) = (2.10 ± 0.23) × 10(-26) esu for 10 nm diameter silver nanoparticles and β(AuC 18-18 nm) = (3.37 ± 0.08) × 10(-26) esu for 18 nm diameter gold nanoparticles at the fundamental wavelength of 784 nm. By comparison to the corresponding values reported for citrate capped silver and gold metallic nanoparticles, after size corrections, decreases by factors of 4.3 and 6.5 respectively are observed. These decreases are tentatively attributed to the bonds formed between the gold and silver surface atoms and the sulfur atoms of the capping layer.  相似文献

A new method is proposed to measure the ratio of the refractive index function of soot particles E(m) at the two fixed wavelengths: 532 and 1064 nm. Using a non-intrusive, in-situ laser based technique, the ratio E(m,1064 nm)/E(m,532 nm) can be determined by comparing laser induced incandescence (LII) intensities at 532 and 1064 nm excitation wavelengths. The method consists of selecting laser energies that insure the equality of the LII signals in the low fluence regime under given conditions. Such equality is consistent with the fact that the soot particle will have reached the same temperature independently of the laser wavelength, i.e. the soot particle has absorbed the same energy. As the absorbed energy is proportional to the laser irradiance times E(m), the measurement of the laser energies required to insure perfect concordance of the LII intensities (spatially and temporally) serves to deduce the ratio E(m,1064 nm)/E(m,532 nm). The method is demonstrated in an acetylene/air flame, validated against extinction measurements performed by cavity ring-down spectroscopy (CRDS) by using laser radiations at 532 nm and 1064 nm and finally applied to different flame conditions. 合成了高稳定性蓝光主体材料9,10-二萘蒽(ADN),研究材料纯化对合成材料光电性能的影响。为进一步分析材料经升华提纯对有机电致发光器件性能的影响,以提纯前后ADN为发光层,以NPB为空穴传输层,分别制作双层器件Ⅰ(提纯前)和器件Ⅱ(提纯后),器件结构为ITO(100nm)/NPB(40nm)/ADN(30nm)/Alq3(20nm)/LiF(1nm)/Al(100nm),结果表明提纯后材料PL(Photolum inescence)光谱蓝移了2nm,半峰全宽54.2nm,与提纯前一致;杂质影响载流子注入效率和迁移率,对器件光电性能有显著影响,纯化前后器件最大电流效率由1.5cd/A上升至2.5cd/A;器件Ⅱ色纯度有较大提高,CIE色坐标由器件Ⅰ(0.15,0.10)移至(0.15,0.06)。实验结果表明材料提纯是优化器件性能的有效手段之一。  相似文献

利用非等温等离子体化学气相沉积成功制得了具有折射率中心下陷的负色散光纤 (RDF)。该光纤在保持较好的抗弯曲性能与偏振模色散的同时 ,有效面积达到 4 5 μm2 ,且在 15 5 0nm处的色散为 - 19.6 5ps/(nm·km) ,色散斜率为 - 0 .132ps/(nm2 ·km)。此外 ,通过优化光纤纤芯各层的掺杂原子浓度 ,在 15 30nm处光纤的氢损降到了0 .0 1dB/km。由负色散光纤与具有超大有效面积的非零色散位移光纤 (ULAF)组成的色散管理光纤对在 15 30nm到16 2 5nm波长范围内的色散斜率小于 0 .0 0 6ps/(nm2 ·km) ,且最大色散值小于 0 .2ps/(nm·km)。同时 ,15 5 0nm波长处的衰耗为 0 .2 2 4dB/km ,且在 15 30nm到 16 2 5nm波段范围内衰耗较为平坦。该色散管理光纤对可以在无需色散补偿模块的前提下应用于大容量高速率的长距离波分复用 (WDM)系统。  相似文献

Co/Cu/NiFe trilayers were prepared by sputtering without magnetic field applied. We have found that the Co(2 nm)Cu(1 nm)NiFe(2 nm) trilayer using Ta as buffer layer exhibits an enhanced magnetoresistance (MR) sensitivity by a factor of more than 6 and a low saturation field of 9.3 Oe. Experimental results have demonstrated that the low saturation field is attributed to the softening of the Co layer by depositing the Co(2 nm)Cu(1 nm)NiFe(2 nm) sandwich on Ta layer. The decrease of the coercivity of the Co layer also plays an important role in the enhancement of MR sensitivity by reducing the effective coercivity of the NiFe layer, which is discussed in terms of the change in interlayer coupling.  相似文献

[Fe(0.5 nm)/Pt(0.5 nm)]40, [Fe(1 nm)/Pt(1.5 nm)]20 and [Fe(3 nm)/Pt(3 nm)]10 multilayer were prepared by DC magnetron sputtering. By conventional furnace annealing (CA) at 270–600 °C for various time, all of the films still remained the disordered structure with the soft magnetic phase. By rapid thermal annealing (RTA) at 500 °C for various time, we obtained the [Fe(1 nm)/Pt(1.5 nm)]20 and [Fe(3 nm)/Pt(3 nm)]10 films with L12 ordered FePt3 phase which was almost ferromagnetic at room temperature. However, the [Fe(0.5 nm)/Pt(0.5 nm)]40 films was still disordered state even under RTA. Compared with CA, RTA exposed an outstanding effect on accelerating the phase transition when the film thickness is over [Fe(0.5 nm)/Pt(0.5 nm)]40.  相似文献

We report on some interesting aspects of the strong influence of the unexcited vapour zone inside a heatpipe on the observation of 366.6 and 380.0 nm UV diffuse bands of sodium. For a smaller unexcited sodium vapor zone, only the 366.6 nm band is observed, while for larger unexcited volumes, both 366.6 and 380.0 nm bands can be identified. Partial reabsorption of the 366.6 nm band leading to Stokes emission as 380.0 nm band appears most likely. Reduced power dependences observed for the 366.6 nm band, an indication of the Amplified Spontaneous Emission (ASE) nature of the emission, support this analysis. A simple kinetic for the system is discussed. The results are quite general and suggest some caution in the interpretation of the data from a number of Laser-Induced Fluorescence (LIF) experiments currently being reported.  相似文献

It is shown that film exfoliation in a PZT(400 nm)/Ir(50 nm)/TiO2(10 nm)/Ti(10 nm)/SiO2/Si system upon annealing in air at 650°C for 20 min occurs at the PZT/Ir interface along a thin intermediate oxide layer (Pb, Ir)O x containing a significant amount of lead as compared to PZT. This layer is not continuous and exists below the PZT film at sites where the flaking does not occur. The thickness of the intermediate layer estimated by the time of ion sputtering is about 20 nm. This value and the layer composition do not change with increasing annealing time.  相似文献

用分光光度法研究吖啶橙与肝素钠的结合反应,吖啶橙主要以静电作用的方式与肝素钠发生相互作用。在pH 2.0的Britton-Robinson(B-R)缓冲溶液中,吖啶橙在478和492 nm处有特征吸收峰,当加入肝素钠后,492 nm处的吸光度值强度降低且在453 nm处出现了一个新的吸收峰,说明两者之间发生了较强的相互作用形成了一种新的复合物,利用摩尔比法求解两者的结合比为1∶3。在最佳条件下,吸光度值的降低与肝素钠的浓度在3.0~15.0 mg·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.599×105 L·mol-1·cm-1,检测限(3σ)为0.236 mg·L-1。该方法简单、快速,应用于肝素钠注射液效价的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

By coupling a train of femtosecond pulses with 100 fs pulse width at a repetition rate of 76 MHz generated by a mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser into the fundamental mode of photonic crystal fibre(PCF) with central holes fabricated through extracting air from the central hole,the broad and ultra-flattened supercontinuum(SC) in the visible wavelengths is generated.When the fundamental mode experiences an anomalous dispersion regime,three phases in the SC generation process are primarily presented.The SC generation(SCG) in the wavelength range from 470 nm to 805 nm does not emerge significant ripples due to a higher pump peak power and the corresponding mode fields at different wavelengths are observed using Bragg gratings.The relative intensity fluctuations of output spectrum in the wavelength ranges of 530 nm to 640 nm and 543 nm to 590 nm are only 0.028 and 0.0071,respectively.  相似文献

原儿茶酸(P)和藜芦酸(V)属于酚酸类化合物, 具有广泛的生理和药理活性。应用荧光光谱,紫外光谱等方法研究了P和V与鱼精DNA(fsDNA)的相互作用机理。紫外光谱显示P和V在190~230 nm(K吸收带)、230~270 nm(B吸收带)和270~310 nm(R吸收带)有3个较强的吸收带。在280 nm激发光波长时,位于338和334 nm处有强的荧光发射峰,其荧光发射峰在与fsDNA结合后发生明显的猝灭现象。P和V的stern-volmer猝灭速率常数分别1.03×1012和0.61×1012 L·mol-1·s-1,为静态猝灭机理。药物与DNA之间形成了复合物,结合常数分别为KfsDNA/P=6.22×106 L·mol-1、KfsDNA/V=1.57×104 L·mol-1。研究表明,V与DNA之间的结合比为1∶1,而P可以与DNA分子中的两个碱基发生结合,这与P分子中的两个酚羟基有关。P和V的结构对它们与DNA的结合方式有较大的影响。  相似文献
