This paper presents investigation results on the natural ultra-fine mineral flour of crystalline silica fume (CSF) and porous quartz sand stone (PQSS) which can modify cement mortar strength under hydrothermal synthesis reaction (HSR) in the autoclave-cured condition. The replacement of cement by CSF and PQSS can signifi cantly increase the flerural and compressive strength. which reach 22MPa and 150MPa respectively, and decrease the porosity of the cement mortar. The ratio of fine aggregation, standard sand to cementious material has significant influence on the mortar strength. The mechanisms involved in cement and natural mineral flour and the HSR are presented. CaO/SiO_2 ratio ranges from 3.20 to 1.11. the main hydrate phase is C_2SH and there is not Tohermorite through X-Ray diffraction qualitative analysis. The new and ultra-high strength cementbms material as basic material of sleeper concrete can be used in prestressed reinforcement sleeper concrete.  相似文献

研究了甘露低聚糖锌配合物对尿素的吸附,探讨了pH值、甘露低聚糖锌结合率、作用时间、尿素初始浓度4个因素对尿素吸附的影响,通过正交试验确定了甘露低聚糖锌配合物对尿素吸附的最佳条件:pH值为7.5,甘露低聚糖锌配合物的结合率为40%,反应时间为1.8h,尿素初始浓度为2.0 mg/mL,在此条件下尿素的吸附量最高可达66.7 mg/g,表明该配合物对尿素有很好的吸附作用.  相似文献

BaO is the most common consideration in the preparation of new crystal glass jor getting rid of lead content in the glass and ceramic mares to protect hu-man health and environment. But for keeping the glass products' properties to meet the requirements oj the traditional crystal glass, B2O3,A12O3, TiO2,SrO and ZnO etc ( at a special ratio ) had been researched with BaO to constitute a mixture to replace the lead content in the glass compositions. The results Amu that both using the mixture and adding Less lead in the hatches could make the new glass products to reach the requirement of the properties oj the common crystal glass but with less or no lead content and the corresponding poisons.  相似文献

通过一系列正交实验,应用微机导出了高芥酸、低芥酸品种莱油氢化的反应速率模型和产品熔点模型。这些模型中含有温度、压强、催化剂浓度和搅拌强度等操作参数,反映了这些操作参数对氢化反应速率和产品熔点特性的影响。该模型可用来预测在实验值范围内某组操作参数下的反应速率和产品熔点,反过来,也可用来预测某个特定产品所需的最小催化剂用量,以指导工业生产。  相似文献

Ordinary concrete presents short service life when used for building and repairing high-grade road with heavy traffic due to its large brittleness, poor bending flexibility and serious shrinkage on drying. In this paper, a new kind of high performance concrete has been designed by means of combination of organic, inorganic material as well as metal material. The research and applicatino have shown that this new, concrete can significantly counteract the deficiency of ordinary concrete and give excellent mechanical properties and pavement performances. 底水油藏中水平井的合理位置是确保水平井高产稳产、延长无水采油期的关键所在。利用镜像反映及势函数的叠加原理,在获得底水油藏中任意一点的势函数后,得到了底水油藏中水平井底势差和水平井的产量方程,由此研究影响水平井产量、临界产量及见水时间的因素,通过研究获得了底水油藏中水平井的合理位置,为水平井开采底水油藏的优化设计提供了理论基础。  相似文献

It is very important to design the optimum starting time of water injection for the development of low permeability res-ervoirs. In this type of reservoir the starting time of water injection will be affected by a reservoir pressure-sensitive effect. In order to optimize the starting time of water injection in low permeability reservoirs, this effect of pressure change on rock permeability of low permeability reservoirs was, at first, studied by physical simulation. It was shown that the rock permeability decreases expo-nentially with an increase in formation pressure. Secondly, we conducted a reservoir engineering study, from which we obtained analytic relationships between formation pressure, oil production rate, water production rate and water injection rate. After our physical, theoretical and economical analyses, we proposed an approach which takes the pressure-sensitive effect into consideration and designed the optimum starting time of water injection, based on the principle of material balance. Finally, the corresponding software was developed and applied to one block of the Jiangsu Oilfield. It is shown that water injection, in advance of production, can decrease the adverse impact of the pressure-sensitive effect on low permeability reservoir development. A water-flooding pro-ject should be preferably initiated in advance of production for no more than one year and the optimum ratio of formation pressure to initial formation pressure should be maintained at a level between 1.05 and 1.2.  相似文献
