东北地区基督教快速传播的影响

改革开放以来,由于政策的放宽,使基督教在全国快速传播,同样在东北地区的传播速度也在加快.基督教在东北地区的快速传播对人际关系、文化、经济等方面都产生了一定的影响.这些影响有与全国相似的普遍性,也有东北地区的特殊性;有积极的方面,也有消极的方面.正确面对这些影响,恰当地加以引导,会有益于基督教适应社会主义的发展,对于构建和谐的东北社会以及东北地区经济社会的发展是十分必要的.     

基督教的文化贡献和消极影响

基督教作为世界三大宗教之一,在西方思想文化传统和模式的形成过程中发挥了巨大作用.以矛盾的观点,从社会行为、信仰、知识三个方面分析了基督教的文化贡献.同时,对其阻碍文化发展、实行宗教迫害与歧视,以及作为殖民手段等消极影响进行了评述.

康德在<单纯理性限度内的宗教>中对宗教进行了道德的诠释和建构,然而,他对宗教的道德诠释不是指向所有的宗教,而只是特别指向基督教;他对基督教的道德诠释不是为了消解基督教,而是为了重新建构基督教.康德对基督教的道德诠释奠定了对现代神学进行道德研究的理论基础和思维方式,对现代哲学和现代神学产生了深远的影响和丰富的启示.

浅谈贝里尼、多尼采蒂与罗西尼在风格上的差异

罗西尼、贝里尼、多尼采蒂是19世纪上半叶浪漫主义作曲家的代表人物,他们与意大利中心外的其他作曲家如梅耶贝尔、托马斯等人共同形成了这一声乐时期及其声乐风格,被后人称之为＂美声学派的新时期＂。虽然罗西尼、贝里尼、多尼采蒂处于同一时期,但其作品风格却存在一些差异,相比来说罗西尼的作品对前一时期吸收和继承的相对更多,确切地说罗西尼是连接bel canto①的贝里尼、多尼采蒂和巴罗克、古典之间的一座桥梁。

Tracing an ancestral mutation: genealogical and haplotype analysis of the infantile onset spinocerebellar ataxia locus

Infantile onset spinocerebellar ataxia (IOSCA) is a progressive neurological syndrome exhibiting an autosomal recessive pattern of inheritance. The characteristic features were described in Finland in the beginning of 1990s. Having shown that IOSCA does not segregate with any of the markers linked to other hereditary ataxias and thus represents a genetically distinct disease, we assigned the locus of this new hereditary ataxia to 10q23.3-q24.1. To approximate the age of the Finnish IOSCA mutation and to investigate the possible existence of more than one mutation underlying the disease, the ancestors of 13 IOSCA families were identified by use of church records dating back to the 1500s. The IOSCA pedigrees were frequently merged, providing support for these having one common ancestor. Analysis of the extended IOSCA haplotypes exposed ancient recombination events and revealed one core haplotype of four markers on a region of approximately 2 cM, which was unequivocally present in 92% of disease chromosomes. Both genealogical and haplotype data thus suggest that a single IOSCA ancestral mutation was introduced into the Finnish population most probably approximately 30-40 generations ago before the time when the general east-west migration took place within Finland.

High incidence of cystic fibrosis on the Faroe Islands: a molecular and genealogical study

We have studied the genetics of cystic fibrosis (CF) in The Faroe Islands. Based on the number of affected children born during the period 1954-1993, the incidence of CF at birth is 1:1775, which is more than twice the incidence in the rest of Denmark. We have tested all known CF patients and/or their parents for the presence of delta F508 and found it to be the only CF mutation in this population. Based on testing 881 unrelated control individuals, the carrier frequency was estimated to be 1:24, given a calculated incidence of 1:2300. Genealogical studies enabled us to trace several of the families over seven generations. Haplotype investigations within the families suggest that delta F508 was introduced by two founders, probably from the Celtic population in Brittany, Ireland, Wales or the North West of Scotland.
