通过对2006年、2008年、2009年某大学医学生调查资料中有关压力的调查结果及在2009年、2010年对医学生压力访谈内容的研究,了解医学生面临的主要压力及其应对措施,以促进医学生的健康成长.研究结果显示,就业和自身前途问题、学习和科研压力及人际关系是医学生面临的主要压力.为此,提出了减轻医学生课业负担、加强医学生适应教育、加强医学生职业生涯规划和就业指导、加强医学生心理疏导等缓解医学生压力的对策.
Abstract:
In order to promote healthy growth of medical students, through a questionnaire survey with medical students in 2006, 2008 and 2009 as well as interviews with medical students in 2009 and 2010, the major pressures that the medical students faced to were investigated and the countermeasures were conducted. The results showed that job and career, study, scientific research and interpersonal-relationships were their major pressures. We took the relevant countermeasures, include reducing academic pressure, enhancing education of adaptation, increasing career and mental health guidance. The effect had been got.  相似文献

本文根据对教育理念基本内涵的理解,结合当前高等医学教育发展趋势以及高等医学院校教育改革现状,强调全面素质教育理念、精英教育理念、以人为本教育理念、终身教育理念、国际化教育理念和特色化教育理念,是当前高等医学院校必须确立的重要教育理念.本文着重分析了各个教育理念的基本内涵、客观必然性及其在提高医学教育质量上的具体体现.
Abstract:
This paper assumes that the concept of education should be established in order to improve the quality of medical education. Based on the connotation of education ideas, combining with the understanding of current higher medical education development trend and present situation of higher medical colleges and universities education reform, this paper argues that the comprehensive quality education concept, elite education concept, humanist education, lifelong education ideas and concepts, internationalization and characteristic education philosophy are the most important concepts that medical colleges and universities must establish. This paper mainly analyzes specific embodiment of the basic connotation of various education concepts, objectivity and inevitability and in improving the quality of medical education.  相似文献

本文概述了中山大学医学教育近10年来,传承"三基三严"优良教育传统,创新"三早教育模式",坚持"早正严实"教学指导原则,强化医学生职业素质、实践能力和创新能力,培养合格医学生的理念和实践,以期为学院教育医学生的培养提供借鉴.
Abstract:
This paper presents an overview on the school-running concept and practice of the Medical School of SUN Yat-sen University in recent decade. While inheriting the fine educational tradition of Three "Bs" and Three "Ss" ( emphasizing the mastery of basic theories, basic knowledge and basic skills, as well as the development of serious attitudes, strict operating and stringent requirements for a high standard level ) , we established the Three-early-involvement Educational Model (early involvement in clinic practice, early involvement in scientific research, and early involvement in social practice ). In light of the integrated principles simplified as "earliness, integrity, strictness and solidity" in medical education (including the three-early-involvements; professional morality and medical ethics; the "Three Ss" and "Three Bs" ; solid clinical basics and sound monitoring) , we consolidated the professional quality, practical and innovative abilities of medical students in the cultivation qualified medical graduates. The paper can provide favorable reference for other medical schools in the training of qualified medical students.  相似文献

本文以时政话语为切入点,从医学生自身、医疗行业、社会和谐三个角度探析医学生公民教育的应然效果;通过对教育主体、教育客体、教育载体三方面的客观分析,揭示医学生公民教育的现实缺位,进而论证医学生接受公民教育的现实意义.通过文献研读与实地调查,并运用"场域论"理论,提出了构建医学院校、实习医院、社区等各方协同运转的公民教育场,进而实现对医学生的公民教育.
Abstract:
This paper, regarding current affairs as the entry point, analyzed the ideal effect of civic education from the medical students themselves, the medical profession, social harmony. It revealed the absence of reality of civic education from educational subjects, educational objects and educational mediums. By document-reading and investigation, based on field theory, it proposed that medical schools,teaching hospital, community should be in a concerted operation of civic education field to carry on civic education for medical students.  相似文献

The education of physician-patient communication for the medical students is an important part, which can guarantee the quality of medical education in the work of clinical teaching. But in the present, medical colleges don't pay much attention to the training of physician-patient communication in the clinical practice for the medical students. This study discusses the importance to cultivate the ability of physician-patient communication for the medical students, the medical students' problems in the study of physician-patient communication in the clinical practice, and the learning suggestions of physician-patient communication for the medical students in the clinical practice, in order to provide reference for clinical teaching work.  相似文献

人文素质教育已经引起医学界的广泛关注,设置科学合理的人文社会科学课程已经成为医学教育的国际惯例.本文就中国和北美4所医院的临床医生对高等医学教育中人文社会科学课程重要性、有益性的认识,以及对人文社会科学课程设置等方面的态度进行了比较研究,提出了医学教育课程体系的构建应当体现人文科学精神与自然科学精神的有机融合、人文精神的教育应当得到强化并贯穿于医生职业生涯全过程等课程改革的构想.
Abstract:
Nowadays the competence-oriented education of humanities has aroused extensive concern in medical world. It is a globalizing trend to set a scientific and sound curriculum concerning humanities and social science. In this thesis, the authors carried on a comparative study on the different attitudes of those clinical doctors from Chinese and North America, focusing on the importance and helpfulness of setting the humanities and social science courses, as well as how to set these courses in practice. Based on the research, the authors propose two principles on curriculum reform: one is that the humanities and scientific spirits should be harmoniously integrated into the medical course system, and the other principle is that the humanities education should go beyond the schooling period till the whole lifetime medical career.  相似文献

在我国高等医学教育规模迅速扩张的形势下,建立非直属附属医院是保证高等医学院校临床教学质量、实现科学发展的重要举措.非直属附属医院承担高等医学教育、科研任务,也是现代社会科学技术综合化、经济发展集约化和高等教育社会化的必然趋势.如何按照"资源共享、优势互补"的原则,不断加强高等医学院校与非直属附属医院的医、教、研合作,推动双方的共同持续性发展,是摆在医学教育管理者面前的重要课题.本文在总结南方医科大学多年校院合作实践经验的基础上,对高等医学院校与非直属附属医院的合作与发展提出了建议.
Abstract:
Under the condition of higher medical education scale rapidly expanded, it is not only an important measure of establishing hospitals affiliated to medical universities to ensure the quality of clinical teaching and to achieve scientific development, but also inevitable trend of integration of science and technology in modem society, economic development and socialization of higher education for non-affiliated hospitals' bearing higher medical education and research tasks. It is an important task in front of medical education administrator that how in accordance with the principle of "sharing of resources and complement of each other' s advantages" , continue to strengthen the cooperation between medical colleges and non-affiliated hospitals in the field of medical treatment, higher education and scientific research, promote continuous development of both sides. Scientific misconduct of researchers causes great waste of academic resources and academic life, which is not only related to the vigorous development of a country’s scientific undertaking, but also directly affects the reputation of the country in the field of scientific research. Based on the analysis of the causes of scientific misconduct of medical researchers in China, this paper comprehensively summarized a series of mature experiences of extraterritorial medical field in preventing scientific misconduct, and put forward corresponding and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for China’s scientific research governance from three aspects: Establishing an effective governance structure based on the normative framework, clarifying the definition standards of scientific research dishonesty in laws and regulations, and formulating good prevention procedures n a healthy academic environment, in order to promote the healthy development of scientific research in China’s medical field and further promote the innovation and progress of medical science and technology. © 2022, Editorial department of Chinese Medical Ethics. Summary: This study investigated the mental health status of medical students in China, and analyzed the influencing factors in order to provide evidence for mental health education for medical students. A stratified cluster sampling method was used to recruit medical students from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. The questionnaire survey on general information and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) were used for investigation and analysis. The results showed among the 1137 valid questionnaires, 278 (24.45%) participants had SCL-90 score ≥ 160. The top three mental problems of medical students were obsessive-compulsive disorder, interpersonal sensitivity and depression in terms of the factor score ≥ 2.5 and the number of participants who reflected on the diseases. The third-year medical students had the worst mental health status, and fifth-year medical students had the best mental health status. Students from rural area had more psychological problems than those from urban area; furthermore, students with high professional satisfaction, those who were the single child of the family, non-poor students, and those whose parents had high education level had better mental health status. It was concluded that the mental health of medical students is not optimistic in China. Medical students have some mental health problems of different degrees. Factors that influence the mental health of medical students include academic pressure, professional satisfaction level and family environment.  相似文献

目的:了解即将毕业的护理学生对从事老年照护工作的选择偏好,为学校开展就业指导、用人单位吸引优秀人才及政府的政策制定提供项目依据。方法:利用离散选择实验进行调查问卷设计,抽取泉州某高职医学院校3个不同层次、3个专业方向共473名即将实习的护生调查,剔除59名不愿意从事老年照护职业对象,利用混合Logit回归,分析护生对老年照护工作的选择偏好。结果:调查纳入研究的7项工作属性中有3项对护生选择老年照护工作选择具有显著影响,最重要的工作属性是职业发展机会,要将毕业生从有职业发展机会的单位吸引到职业发展机会欠缺的单位需要多支付2 676元,其次重要的工作属性是子女教育条件、编制;提供编制和好的子女教育条件均可将护生从事老年照护工作的离职意愿由79%降至29%左右。结论:政策制定及相关机构可通过提供有编制、充足职业发展空间、好的子女教育条件等方法来弥补工资不足等问题,利用离散选择实验研究对高校如何培养老年照护人才及单位避免人才流失有一定意义。  相似文献
