The crystallization of the amorphous Cu60Zr40 alloy has been studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning Auger microprobe (SAM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The DSC trace showed that the sample exhibited a glass transition at 750 K and a strong exothermic effect beginning from 782 K. An enrichment of the element Zr and significant oxygen contamination in a zone near the surface to a depth of about 10 nm were revealed by SAM in the analysis of surface competition and depth profiles of the Cu60Zr40 sample. Also, the change of concentration ratio of Ca to Zr in amorphous matrix at the clean Cu60Zr40 surface as a function of annealing temperature was examined in detail, and it was found that the concentration of Zr at the surface is slightly higher than that in the bulk until 780K and that the concentration ratio of Cu to Zr in matrix has an abrupt increase in the temperature range of 780-800K. The observations by high resolution TEM revealed the appearance of cluster-like regions of approximately 1.5-2.0 nm in size just before crystallization and they distributed randomly throughout the sample. This phenomenon is analogous to the results obtained using field ion microscopy (FIM) by the present authors. The microstructural changes of the sample daring heating show the gradual crystallization of the amorphous matrix.  相似文献

基于金属熔体结构的遗传性, 激光熔池的快速熔凝导致粉末的晶化状态可能会对最终成形件的晶化产生重要影响, 理清其影响规律对于制备大块非晶合金具有重要意义. 本文选取等离子旋转电极法所制粉末和1000 K退火态粉末为沉积材料, 采用激光立体成形技术沉积Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5块体非晶合金, 考察了粉末中已有晶化相对熔池及热影响区晶化行为的影响. 结果发现, 原始粉末组织由非晶相及粗大的Al5Ni3Zr2相组成; 当激光线能量较低时, 相应熔覆层的熔池和热影响区皆含有Al5Ni3Zr2相; 随着线能量的提高, 熔池中Al5Ni3Zr2相消失, 保持了非晶态, 但热影响区晶化加重, 并有大量Al5Ni3Zr2相析出; 当采用退火态粉末时, 即使线能量较小, 相应熔覆层仍主要由非晶构成, 几乎无Al5Ni3Zr2相析出. 这是由于原始粉末在退火时其微观结构发生重排, 与Al5Ni3Zr2相关的原子短程/中程有序结构减少, 导致已沉积层非晶区的热稳定性提高, 不利于Al5Ni3Zr2相析出. 可见, 提高线能量将会加剧非晶沉积体的晶化, 而粉末中的Al5Ni3Zr2团簇相状态对Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5合金沉积层的晶化有重要影响.  相似文献

The influences of undercooling rate and cooling rate on the microstructural evolution of ternary Cu45Zr45Ag10 alloy using single-roller melt spinning and drop tube are investigated. The rapidly quenched alloy ribbons achieve a homogeneous glass structure. The microstructure of the droplets transforms from the Cu10Zr7 dendrites plus (Cu10Zr7+AgZr) eutectic into Cu10Zr7 dendrite with the decrease of droplet diameter. As the diameter decreases to 180 μm, the Cu45Zr45Ag10 alloy changes from crystal to amorphous structure, showing that the cooling rate is not the only influence factor and the undercooling play a certain role in the forming of the amorphous alloy at the same time under microgravity condition.  相似文献

采用分子动力学方法模拟研究了液态Cu56Zr44合金在不同冷速γ与压力P下的快速凝固过程, 并通过基于Honeycutt-Andersen键型指数的扩展团簇类型指数法对其微结构演变特性进行了分析. 结果表明: 快凝玻璃合金的局域原子组态主要是(12 12/1551)规则二十面体、以及 (12 8/1551 2/1541 2/1431)与(12 2/1441 8/1551 2/1661) 缺陷二十面体. 通过原子轨迹的逆向跟踪分析发现: 从过冷液体中遗传下来的二十面体对快凝合金的玻璃形成能力(GFA)具有重要影响, 不仅其可遗传分数Fi =N300 K←Tgi/NTg 与GFA密切相关, 而且其遗传起始温度(Tonset)与合金约化玻璃转变温度Trg = Tg/Tm也存在很好的对应关系.  相似文献

采用分子动力学方法模拟研究了液态Cu64Zr36合金在冷速50 K/ns下 的快速凝固过程, 并通过双体分布函数、Honeycutt-Andersen (H-A) 键型指数和团簇类型指数对其微结构演变特性进行了分析. 液态与快凝玻璃合金的主要原子组态都是二十面体(12 0 12 0)及其变形结构 (12 8/1551 2/1541 2/1431), 其中比例最高的是Cu芯Cu8Zr5基本原子团, 其次是Cu7Zr6和Cu9Zr4团簇; 并且由这些二十面体基本原子团铰链形成的中程序, 其尺寸分布在液相和固相中分别呈现出13, 19, 25,···和13, 19, 23, 25, 29, 37,···的幻数特征. 团簇的演化与跟踪分析发现: 没有任何团簇能从液态直接遗传到固态合金, 遗传的起始温度出现在TmTg过冷液相区. 二十面体团簇的遗传主要以完全和直接遗传为主, 并且一个明显的增加发生在Tg附近. 在玻璃化转变温度Tg以下, (12 0 12 0) 二十面体比 (12 8/1551 2/1541 2/1431) 变形二十面体具有更高的结构遗传能力, 但仅有少部分在遗传过程中能保持化学成分的恒定. 通过部分遗传, 某些二十面体中程序甚至也能从过冷液体中被遗传到玻璃合金. 关键词: 快速凝固 分子动力学 二十面体团簇 遗传  相似文献

从非晶合金的微观结构出发,基于处理强无序和具有随机几何结构系统常用的理论方法——逾渗理论来描述非晶合金剪切屈服时的塑性流变.为了更好地理解非晶合金剪切带萌生时的临界问题,结合已有的"自由体积(free volume)模型"和"剪切转变区(shear transformation zone)模型",建立了非晶合金剪切转变的逾渗模型.以Cu_(25)Zr_(75)二元非晶合金为例,计算了在剪切转变区内易发生塑性流动的原子团簇剪切失稳的逾渗阈值,并粗略估算了这些原子团簇的大小.研究发现,剪切失稳的逾渗阈值与临界约化自由体积浓度(x_c~2.4%)有着相似的特性,不同之处在于其值与自由体积的分散度有着密切联系.研究结果作为非晶合金的韧脆转变问题提供了新思路.  相似文献

本文采用Cu2+斜方对称电子顺磁共振(EPR)参量的高阶微扰公式计算了晶体Cu1-xHxZr2(PO43中Cu2+的EPR参量(g因子和超精细结构常数A因子).计算结果表明,晶体Cu1-xHxZr2(PO43中[CuO6]10-基团的Cu-O键长分别为R||≈0.241 nm,R≈0.215 nm,平面键角τ≈80.1°;由于对称性降低,中心金属离子基态2A1gθ)和2A1gε)有一定程度混合,混合系数α≈0.995.所得EPR谱图的理论计算值与实验数据符合得很好.  相似文献

Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) has been used to characterise the radiation-induced changes in Zr(Cr,Fe)2 intermetallic precipitates present in Zircaloy-2 and -4 nuclear reactor components. The results show that the precipitates become completely amorphous at low fluences (<1 × 1024 n·m−2) during low temperature neutron irradiation (about 330 K) with no associated chemical composition change. At higher temperatures (about 573 K), a duplex amorphous-crystalline structure is produced. The precipitates retain a crystalline core surrounded by a peripheral amorphous layer that advances inwards with increasing fluence. The amorphous outer layer is coincident with a depletion of Fe that is dispersed into the surrounding hcp -phase matrix. Subsequent post-irradiation heat-treatment below the amorphous phase recrystallisation temperature results in the back-diffusion of Fe into the precipitates.  相似文献

The kinetics of crystallization in Se80Te20−xPbx (x=0, 2, 6 and 10) glasses is studied by non-isothermal method using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). DSC is performed at different heating rates of 5, 10, 15 and 20 K/min. The values of glass transition and crystallization temperatures are found to be composition and heating-rate dependent. From the heating-rate dependence of the glass transition and crystallization temperatures, the activation energy of crystallization (ΔEc) and order parameter (n) are calculated.  相似文献

本文报道了在非晶态合金La72Si28晶化过程中生成新亚稳超导相的实验结果。非晶态合金La72Si28是用液态急冷法制备的,该合金经250℃,30min热处理后,得到了一个新的亚稳超导相,该相具有正交结构,其晶格参数为a=9.121?,b=6.821?,c=3.833?,超导临界温度Tc为3.02K,高于目前已知的La-Si系超导相的Tc值。 关键词:  相似文献

利用分子动力学模拟方法对Cu13团簇在Fe(001)表面上沉积薄膜进行了研究,分析了不同沉积条件对薄膜生长模式的影响,对比分析了不同沉积条件下表面粗糙度、缺陷分布和外延度等薄膜性质的差异。Cu13团簇的初始沉积能量范围为0.1~10.0 eV/atom,沉积率为1.0 clusters/ps,衬底温度分别为300,700和1 000 K。模拟结果表明:团簇初始沉积能量主要影响薄膜生长模式,当初始沉积能量为7.5 eV/atom的Cu13团簇沉积到温度为300 K的Fe(001)表面时,可形成表面光滑、内部缺陷少和较好外延度的高质量Cu薄膜。  相似文献

Magnetic properties and crystallization behaviors of amorphous (Fe1-xNdx) 81.5B18.5 alloys were studied. The crystallization temperature is found to rise at first and then drop monotonically with x, having a maximum value of 976K at x=0.11 (9at% Nd). The (Fe1-xNdx) 81.5B18.5 alloys prepared at a quenching rate of vs = 6.6m /s are amorphous, and exhibit good glass formability. Both the coercive field Hc and energy product (BH)max depend strongly on Nd concentration. Amorphous (Fe1-xNdx) 81.5B18.5 alloys with higher Nd concentration have a high coercive field at low temperature, due to the large random uniaxial anisotropy of Nd. The room-temperature Hc and (BH)max obtained on optimal annealing con-ditions show two maxima as a function of Nd concentration x. The highest room-temperature coercive field Hc =22 kOe within the Nd concentrations around x=0.368 and the maximum energy product(RH)max= 13.3 MG·Oe at x =0.055 are observed. The hard magnetic properties of these crystallized samples are related to the presence of the bard magnetic Nd2Fe14B phase.  相似文献

Magnetic characteristics of Ti-, Zr- and Hf-substituted PrCo5 alloys have been studied over the temperature range from 77 to 300 K and for applied fields up to 20 kOe. It is established that Ti, Zr and Hf substitute for Pr. Single-phase materials are formed for all values of x up to 0.2 in the system Pr1−xZrxCo5 but for x only up to 0.1 for Pr1−xTix Co5 and Pr1−xHfxCo5 alloys. Larger amounts of Zr can be substituted if the material is made hyperstoichiometric in Co, e.g., Pr0.7Zr0.3Co5.5. All the alloys show a decrease in magnetic moment and an increase in Curie temperature as x increases. Anisotropy fields decrease as x increases at 295 K. Anomalous behavior is observed at 77 K, suggested that these ternary alloys may have a cone structure at this temperature.  相似文献

通过在Co_(82)Zr_(18)合金中添加过渡族元素Cr的方法,利用快淬工艺,制备出了Co_(82-x)Zr_(18)Cr_x(x=0,2,3,4)快淬合金薄带,利用磁性测量、X光衍射、热磁分析、扫描电子显微镜,对其磁性能、相组成、微结构进行了研究,实验结果表明,在Co_(82)Zr_(18)合金中添加少量的Cr可以使其矫顽力(iHc)显著提高,其中,Co_(79)Zr_(18)Cr_3快淬薄带经600℃退火处理后iHc=6.5 kOe.相分析发现,600℃退火后的Co_(79)Zr_(18)Cr_3快淬薄带由单一Co_(11)Zr_2相组成,Cr原子进入到了Co_(11)Zr_2相的晶格之中替换了原子半径相对较小的Co原子,这导致了Co_(11)Zr_2居里温度(T_C)的降低却使其磁晶各向异性场(Ha)显著提高;另一方面,通过微结构研究发现,未退火的Co_(79)Zr_(18)Cr_3快淬薄带由50—80 nm的等轴晶粒组成,经600℃退火后,其晶粒形态并未发生改变然而晶粒尺寸却增长到400—500nm。  相似文献

利用X射线衍射技术、差示扫描量热分析技术和透射电子显微镜研究了非晶态Cu56 Zr4 4合金的结构及其等温退火条件下的晶化过程 .实验结果表明 ,非晶态Cu56 Zr4 4合金在室温下的短程结构类似于硬球无规密堆积分布 .在70 3K过冷液相区内等温退火时发现 ,当退火时间为 3min时 ,晶化产物主要为Cu8Zr3相 ;当退火时间为 6min时 ,Cu8Zr3相完全消失 ,而Cu1 0 Zr7相大量析出 ;当退火时间达到 3 0min以上时 ,其晶化产物转变为Cu1 0 Zr7,CuZr2 ,Cu8Zr3等多种化合物 .由此提出了非晶态Cu56 Zr4 4合金等温退火晶化过程的扩散机理 .  相似文献

采用熔融-淬火方法制备了Cu_(2.95)Ga_xSb_(1-x)Se_4(x=0,0.01,0.02和0.04)样品,系统地研究了Ga在Sb位掺杂对Cu_3SbSe_4热电性能的影响.研究结果表明,少量的Ga掺杂(x=0.01)可以有效提高空穴浓度,抑制本征激发,改善样品的电输运性能.掺Ga样品在625 K时功率因子达到最大值10μW/cm·K~2,比未掺Ga的Cu_(2.95)SbSe_4样品提高了约一倍.但是随着Ga掺杂浓度的进一步提高,缺陷对载流子的散射增强,同时载流子有效质量增大,导致载流子迁移率急剧下降.因此Ga含量增加反而使样品的电性能恶化.在热输运方面,Ga掺杂可以有效降低双极扩散对热导率的贡献,同时掺杂引入的点缺陷对高频声子有较强的散射作用,因此高温区的热导率明显降低.最终该体系在664 K时获得最大ZT值0.53,比未掺Ga的样品提高了近50%.  相似文献

研究了预退火时间对Fe_(80.8)B_(10)P_8Cu_(1.2)非晶合金微结构及磁性能的影响.穆斯堡尔谱研究表明:在660 K的预退火温度下,随着预退火时间的增加,Fe原子不断富集,非晶基体中的类Fe_3B化学短程有序结构向类Fe B结构转变,并且非晶基体中Fe第一近邻壳层中Cu原子的逐渐脱离以及Fe-P配位键数量的明显减少可间接表征CuP团簇的形成过程.同时,本研究通过调节预退火时间来调控非晶基体中CuP团簇和Fe团簇的数量,促进后续退火晶化过程中α-Fe纳米晶相的析出,并细化纳米晶尺寸,从而获得综合磁性能更加优异的非晶/纳米晶软磁合金.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of magnetization of a nanocrystalline Fe60Co30Zr10 alloy annealed at various temperatures to varying crystal sizes was investigated down to 5 K in the field range up to 5 T. The fitting procedure gave T3/2 as the leading term irrespective of the crystal size. We suggest that the increase of the coefficient by this term for smaller crystals may be connected to an increased relative volume of their surface.  相似文献
