UV油墨固化的基本条件就是在一定的紫外光照射下激活油墨配方中的光引发剂生成自由基,进而引发整个油墨的化学反应实现油墨固化。UV油墨组成中含有的连接料、颜料、助剂、引发剂等成分都会竞争吸收紫外光,因此探索设计一个紫外光可以最大程度被光引发剂吸收的窗口是实现UV油墨高效固化的关键。 相似文献

制备了含有品红颜料的喷墨印花用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯油墨的UV固化油墨为.选择了7种光引发剂,在实验条件下测试了其固色速度(时间)为1.97~8.65秒,当引发剂的含量为6%时,固化速度达到最大;当有机颜料的含量由1%上升到5%时,固化时间也由不足1秒上升为6秒.实验结果表明,颜料在油墨中的最佳含量为3%. 相似文献

为提高UV油墨的固化速度,研究了羟烷基苯酮类1173、胺烷基苯酮类907、酰基磷氧化物类819、二苯甲酮类BP、硫杂蒽酮类ITX 5种引发剂及复配对UV油墨固化速度的影响。结果表明,引发剂浓度为2%,颜料浓度为4%,单体浓度为30%时,引发剂1173、BP的固化时间分别为20.88 s和70.56 s,引发剂907的光固化时间为7.14 s,引发剂819和ITX的光固化时间均可达到1.5 s。引发剂1173与BP进行1∶3复配时,固化速度是BP的4.9倍;引发剂907与BP进行1∶3复配时,固化速度是BP的4.3倍;引发剂ITX与907进行1∶1复配时,固化速度是907的2.3倍。 相似文献

UV 固化涂料固化后会出现黄变,尤其在白色或浅色基材上更加明显.针对上述问题,文章通过测量漆膜固化后放置不同时间的△b值,分析了几种单体、树脂、光引发剂、紫外光吸收剂及受阻胺光稳定剂等对此黄变的影响.通过试验可以看出,影响UV固化涂料固化后黄变特性的因素有UV低聚体(UV树脂)、单体、光引发剂及助剂.然而UV固化涂料固化后的黄变会随着放置时间的推移逐渐衰减,通常24 h后会趋于稳定,并且可以通过烘烤来加速颜色稳定的过程. 相似文献

Ink-jet inks need to be very low in viscosity to transport the ink through the jet nozzle as well as for drop formation and
integrity. The objective of this project was to demonstrate UV-cured systems for ink-jet inks and coatings with zero volatile
organic compounds and very low viscosity. Cycloaliphatic epoxy systems were selected as binders of choice for this project
due to their low viscosity and ability to be cured using UV-cationic photoinitiators. UV-curable coatings and inks with zero
VOC and less than 10 cPs viscosities were formulated using exempt solvent acetone and vinyl cyclohexene diepoxide. UV-curable
inks with up to 10% black dye were formulated. Rapid cure was achieved through the use of aryl sulfonium salts of hexafluorophosphoric
acid. The presence of dye inhibited the reaction, but adequate cure of dyed formulations was achieved by increasing the concentration
of the photoinitiator.

研究了纸张用紫外光(UV)固化水性上光油低聚物共聚单体的配方、引发剂种类和用量及反应条件,合成了水性上光油低聚物,在此基础上与活性稀释剂、光引发剂等复合制备了纸张用紫外光固化水性上光油,研究了其组成和性能指标,优化出了光固化速率适宜、性能良好的水乳性紫外固化涂料。研究结果表明:当该复合涂料中光引发剂2959的用量为3%、活性稀释剂的质量为乳液质量的40%、附着力促进剂含量为0.6%时涂层光固化时间最短,涂膜综合性能最好。最终制得了光泽度佳、光滑、耐磨、紫外固化速率较快的水性上光油。 相似文献

Drop-on-demand ink-jet inks made from dyes generally show poor light and wet fastness. A number of studies have been carried out previously to improve the fastness of such inks by introducing novel dyes and new additives. Based on the research results, use of fast dyes could give ink-jet inks with good properties. This study describes new black dyes for aqueous ink-jet inks, which show better light and wet fastness and print quality, compared to an analogous ink formulated from CI Food Black 2. 相似文献

The photo-curing of a pigmented UV-curable tung oil alkyd system (UVTA) was investigated. The UV-curable alkyd was a Diels–Alder Adduct of trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate with a tung oil-based alkyd. A mixture of yellow iron oxide, red iron oxide, titanium dioxide and lamp black pigments were chosen to obtain an observed yellow color. The pigment mixture, UV-curable alkyd and a reactive diluent were formulated together and photo-cured via a free radical mechanism. The through and surface cure was assessed by thumb twist, blocking resistance and MEK single rub. The through cure and surface cure assessment showed that optimum cure was achieved using UV-A as a source with two photoinitiators: phenylbis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl-phosphine oxide) at 2 wt% and 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl-ketone at 4 wt%. The effect of reactive diluent was also investigated. Ten different reactive diluents were used. After curing, pencil hardness, conical mandrel, impact resistance, cross cut adhesion and gloss were measured. In addition, dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA) was used to evaluate selected systems. The coatings tests showed that the use of long chain linear structure diluents, such as isodecyl methacrylate, provided UV-curable paint films with better impact resistance, flexibility, and adhesion over other reactive diluents. 相似文献

Formulation of black ceramic ink and its ink-jet printability on a glass substrate were investigated. The thermal and chemical stabilities of CoFe2-xCrxO4 and Ni0.925Mn0.075Fe1.875-xCrxMn0.125O4 black inorganic pigments were analyzed with various amounts of Cr substitutions. The ceramic ink was prepared using the pigment composition that demonstrated color stability during the high temperature glazing process with a minimal Cr substitutional amount. After the dispersion stability and rheological property were optimized, the ceramic ink was suitably jetted from a print head as a single sphere-shaped droplet without satellite droplets. To improve the printability of the ceramic ink, the glass substrate was treated with a perfluorooctyl trichlorosilane (PFTS) solution. As a result, the PFTS surface treatment increased the contact angle of the ceramic ink droplets on the glass substrate and effectively minimized the ink spreading phenomena. 相似文献
