为了解决隧道施工中废弃洞渣处理及混凝土砂石料供应问题,本文利用我公司研发的新型移动式破碎系统将隧道洞渣破碎筛分成满足标准要求的砂石骨料;通过理论分析及工地试验验证,确立了符合当地岩石特性的破碎设备选型,研究出了一套控制砂石料质量的工艺流程。实验研究结果表明,新型移动式破碎系统适应性强、可靠性高,生产的砂石骨料符合国家标准及工程使用要求。  相似文献

先进破碎设备及经济合理的骨料再生工艺是生产和推广再生混凝土、实现建筑资源环境可持续发展和发展绿色混凝土的关键所在.以层压破碎理论为基础,通过对两级破碎设备出口粒径、挤压频率、转子偏心距等技术参数的改进设计和分析研究,提出实现这些参数改进的具体措施.在对国内外现有破碎工艺比较分析的基础上,拟订了废弃混凝土新的破碎工艺(挤压破碎、加热、碾磨、筛分),分析验证了所选参数及工艺安排的合理性.结果表明,改进设计后的破碎设备提高了再生骨料的品质,符合结构混凝土对骨料质量的要求;拟订的工艺经济合理可行,大幅度提高了废弃混凝土骨料的回收率.  相似文献

Steel slag is produced as a by-product during the oxidation of steel pellets in an electric arc furnace. This by-product that mainly consists of calcium carbonate is broken down to smaller sizes to be used as aggregates in asphalt and concrete. They are particularly useful in areas where good-quality aggregate is scarce. This research study was conducted to evaluate the mechanical properties and durability characteristics of steel slag aggregate concrete in comparison with the crushed limestone stone aggregate concrete. The durability performance of both steel slag and crushed limestone aggregate concretes was evaluated by assessing water permeability, pulse velocity, dimensional stability and reinforcement corrosion. The results indicated that the durability characteristics of steel slag cement concretes were better than those of crushed limestone aggregate concrete. Similarly, some of the physical properties of steel slag aggregate concrete were better than those of crushed limestone aggregate concrete, though the unit weight of the former was more than that of the latter.  相似文献

我国每年产生的废弃混凝土数量巨大,研究废弃混凝土的再生利用有着重要意义。从建筑物拆除现场采集废弃混凝土样品,将其破碎分离后,选取其中石灰石颗粒作为煅烧水泥熟料的原料。结果表明:所烧熟料中四种矿物X衍射特征峰明显;游离氧化钙较低,符合要求;28天强度达到47.68MPa。  相似文献

采用天然浮石作为粗骨料,以LC40强度等级的轻骨料混凝土为基准,研究石粉掺量对轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、轴心抗压强度的影响,提出了应力-应变曲线的本构方程,运用扫描电镜分析了石粉掺量对其结构的影响.结果表明:石粉的掺入对轻骨料混凝土性能的改善较为明显,石粉掺量为30%(质量分数)时其力学性能最佳;轻骨料混凝土的本构关系用有理式方程表达更精确.  相似文献

The use of limestone in the construction industry has been increasing due to benefits as aggregate. Some of these benefits include good strength, low possibility of alkali-silica reaction and the decrease in drying shrinkage in concrete. This research discusses the consumption and general characteristics of the limestone aggregate in USA and Japan. Then experiments were conducted on mixtures of different proportions of fine limestone and sand at different water/cement (W/C) ratios. The W/C ratios selected were 45%, 55% and 65% with fine limestone replacements of 0%, 30%, 50% and 100%. The water absorption and porosity of fine limestone and sand were measured to find a relation with the water entrapped in the pores of the surface of the rock and the drying shrinkage.The results show the increases in the compressive and flexural strengths and modulus of elasticity when the fine limestone proportion increases in the mixture. The most outstanding results are found on the drying shrinkage, which decreases considerably with the increase in fine limestone proportions.  相似文献

High workability together with a good resistance to segregation is needed for cement based composites, specifically fresh self-compacting mortars (SCM); in this prospect, the amount of coarse materials has to be reduced and replaced by fine material. Several limestone fillers are here compared and analysed. These by-products are issued from different industrial sectors, such as the aggregate and lime production industry (quarrying operations) and the ornamental stones industry (sawing operations).Particular attention has been paid to clay content, as consistency of fresh mortars was varying, while other physical characteristics like granulometry remained the same. Relationship between the physico-chemical properties of the fillers and the properties of fresh and hardened mortars are brought forward. Even if it may affect fresh properties of mortars, results clearly show that clay type and content has minor influence than limestone filler itself.  相似文献
