介绍了一种采用高速双极工艺研制的超高速宽带运算放大器电路。运算放大器内部采用高速电流反馈结构进行信号传输和放大,通过带宽提升、电压/电流信号转换以及稳定性补偿等设计技术,获得了要求的速度和带宽。研究了高速宽带运放性能的影响因素,并结合高速双极工艺进行了电路仿真设计和流片制作。测试结果表明:在±5 V电源电压下,运算放大器的电源电流≤6 mA,-3 dB带宽≥500 MHz,转换速率≥1 500 V/μs。  相似文献

本文描述一种全差动输入、差动输出的电流型运算放大器(COA)。该放大器采用三个第二代电流转换器(CCII)作为基本单元部件。在全对称电流型反馈放大器中能提供恒定的增益-带宽乘积或者在互阻抗反馈放大器中提供恒定带宽。该放大器的增益-带宽乘积为3MHz,失调电流为0.8μA(信号范围±700μA),理论上转换速率极大。此放大器采用2.4μm标准CMOS工艺实现。  相似文献

A new configuration for realizing a higher-order series impedance function using current-feedback amplifiers (CFAs) is presented. The nth-order series impedance function employs only (n–1) CFAs and (2n–1) passive elements. The higher order series impedance function can be applied to realize various higher-order highpass and lowpass filters. The passive element values can be easily decided from the coefficients of the filter transfer functions. The use of CFAs simplifies the circuit implementation and makes the proposed circuit attractive for application. The present paper discusses specific types of LC amplifier and LC oscillator using a current-feedback amplifier (CFA). The main advantage of the CFAs versus voltage-feedback amplifiers (VFAs) is their gain-bandwidth independence. Some of the monolithic CFAs provide an additional pin between the first stage (current-controlled current source) and the second stage (voltage follower), where the resistance is very high. This allows a parallel resonance LC tank to be connected to the additional op amp correction pin. The main advantage of this new configurations is the insignificant influence of the load over the parameters of the circuit (voltage gain, Q-factor, etc.). Some recommendations for designing this kind of analogue circuit are given, based on simulation results, symbol analysis of the transfer function and physical experiments as well as elements’ values calculation using centre frequency, voltage gain, bandwidth and Q-factor of the LC amplifiers as input parameters.  相似文献

Based on the nonlinear power coupled equations of fiber Raman amplifiers (FRA), the optimal design to the pumps source has been done with modified genetic arithmetic in this paper. The numerical simulation shows that, for a 40 channels DWDM system and with three pump sources, the Raman gain of about 10dB can be obtained, and the gain ripple is about 1.5dB. The result is useful for the design of backward-pump FRA.  相似文献

The current feedback operational amplifiers (CFOAs) are receiving increasing attention as basic building blocks in analog circuit design. This paper gives an overview of the applications of the CFOAs, in particular several new circuits employing the CFOA as the active element are given. These circuits include differential voltage amplifiers, differential integrators, nonideal and ideal inductors, frequency dependent negative resistors and filters. The advantages of using the CFOAs in realizing low sensitivity universal filters with grounded elements will be demonstrated by several new circuits suitable for VLSI implementation. PSPICE simulations using the AD844-CFOA which indicate the frequency limitations of some of the proposed circuits are included.  相似文献

Novel high-order filter topologies realised by employing current feedback operational amplifiers as active elements are introduced in this article. These are constructed from multiple-loop feedback paths and could be utilised for the realisation of filters of arbitrary order and type. An offered benefit is the requirement for employing only grounded capacitors and resistors. Two design examples are provided and the correct operation of the corresponding topologies has been evaluated through experimental results.  相似文献

Two variants of a new current feedback amplifier (CFA) are presented in this paper. These CFAs are realized in CMOS technology and both are capable of working at low voltages. It is shown that one circuit performs better than the other by virtue of an increased impedance at its Z terminal achieved through the use of additional transistors. Analysis of both variants of the current conveyor and buffer that form the current feedback amplifier gives an insight into the location of primary poles and zeros of the CFAs. Simulation results indicate an overall gain bandwidth product in excess of 59 MHz and 102 MHz for each circuit at a gain of –10 and with a 3.3 V supply. Experimental results from a chip fabricated in a 0.35 m CMOS technology agree closely with the simulation results.  相似文献
