针对常规无刷直流电动机设计方法存在的不足,通过对工作在PWM控制模式时无刷直流电动机电流的分析计算,区分了母线电流和电枢相电流的不同,指出无刷直流电动机的设计应主要依据电枢相电流,并提出一种PWM控制方式下无刷直流电动机设计的方法。样机实验结果表明,该方法显著提高了无刷直流电动机设计的准确性,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。  相似文献

基于双PWM技术的异步电动机传动系统以4象限工作、网侧电流近似正弦和功率因数可控等特性受到广泛关注.对系统的整流器采用双闭环矢量控制策略、异步电动机采用VVVF控制,设计了系统的硬件电路和软件,完成了系统基于DSP的数字化实现.实验结果证实了所设计的双PWM系统不仅能正常运行,而且各性能指标均符合要求.  相似文献

利用专用集成电路SA 4828设计变频器,可以大大简化硬件电路的设计和软件编程。它以SA 4828作为SPWM信号发生器,经过驱动电路控制IPM模块,产生三相变频电源。配以单片机、键盘、LED显示器及转速编码器,构成闭环调速系统。经过实际测试,取得了很好的效果。电动机可以在1~50 H z范围内连续调速,闭环调速精度达到0.1%。实践表明,利用SA 4828设计变频器,是切实可行的简便方法。  相似文献

A sensorless induction spindle motor drive using synchronous PWM and dead-time compensator with fuzzy neural network (FNN) speed controller is proposed in this study for advanced spindle motor applications. First, the operating principles of a new type synchronous PWM technique are described in detail. Then, a speed observer based on the model reference adaptive system (MRAS) theory is adopted to estimate the rotor speed. To increase the accuracy of the estimated speed, the speed estimation algorithm is implemented using a digital signal processor. Moreover, since the control characteristics and motor parameters for high speed operated induction spindle motor drive are time-varying, an FNN speed controller is developed to reduce the influence of parameter uncertainties and external disturbances. In addition, the FNN is trained on-line using a delta adaptation law. Finally, the performance of the proposed sensorless induction spindle motor drive system is demonstrated using some simulation and experimental results.  相似文献

为了节约单片机端口,SA4828芯片与P87LPC767单片机采用仿复用总线模式相连构成了板坯电磁搅拌器控制系统。SPWM脉冲由SA4828芯片产生,波形参数由单片机设定。系统利用SA4828芯片的单相电压幅值可调功能,产生相位相差90°、频率和强度可控的线电流,满足了板坯电磁搅拌的工艺要求。由于板坯电磁搅拌工作频率低,P87LPC767采用内部振荡信号,SA4828振荡信号由P87LPC767的ALE信号提供,简化了电路,增加了可靠性。  相似文献

The main theme of this paper is to demonstrate the applications of the newly developed common-mode voltage reduction pulsewidth-modulation (PWM) technique, which restricts the common-mode voltage to one-third of DC-link voltage, to vector-controlled induction motor drives. As compared to previous common-mode voltage reduction techniques, the presented technique can be applied to the inverter with diode front end and has no adverse effect on the linear modulation range. Therefore, vector-controlled drives using the developed technique for inverter control have a wide speed range. Moreover, the effects of the common-mode voltage reduction PWM technique on speed response for vector-controlled induction motor drives will be fully investigated in this paper. It will be demonstrated by intensive experimental results that speed performance does not deteriorate significantly within the rated speed range.  相似文献

During the last decade, many interests were given to the speed control of induction motor based electrical vehicles (EVs). The calculated Pulse Width Modulation technique with Selective Harmonic Elimination and Voltage Control (SHE PWM) is an attractive alternative for speed control of an induction motor. However, its application is unfeasible in real time application, as in EVs, because the switching angles cannot be calculated and then generated online. To overcome this problem, this paper proposes a new online PWM algorithm based on the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) theory in combination with the SHE PWM. In this paper, the proposed ANNSHE PWM algorithm is first described and simulated. Then, an extensive angle error analysis is carried out in order to check the accuracy of this algorithm. Finally, an FPGA implementation of the proposed algorithm to generate the switching angles is presented in order to validate this algorithm on a real time application. The results obtained shows that the proposed ANNSHE PWM algorithm controls the fundamental voltage and eliminates efficiently the desired harmonics in real time and in the whole range of speed variation.  相似文献
