GENERALIZED KINEMATIC VISCOSITY-TEMPERATURECORRELATION FOR UNDEFINED PETROLEUM FRACTIONS OF IBP - 95°C TO 455°C+ BOILING RANGES

A generalized kinematic viscosity-temperature correlation for undefined petroleum fractions of all boiling ranges including 455^+°C fractions have been developed to represent the data for a wide range of temperature from 30 to 200°C. The correlation is based on experimental kinematic viscosity data for twenty TBP fractions of Arab heavy, Arab medium, Arab light and Arab extra-light crude oils. The proposed correlation has been found to fit all the eperimental data consisting of 248 measurements of the kinematic viscosity with an overall average absolute deviation of 9.07% compared to 15.47% given by ASTM method.     

KINEMATIC VISCOSITY-TEMPERATURE BEHAVIOR OF HEAVY TBP-FRACTIONS (455°C+) OF ARABIAN CRUDE OILS

ABSTRACT

A generalized kinematic viscosity-temperature correlation for undefined liquid heavy petroleum fractions has been developed to represent the data for a wide range of temperature from 100°C to 200°C. The correlation is based on the experimental kinematic viscosity data of true boiling point fractions of four Arabian crude oils. The characterization property required for estimation is 50% boiling point. The proposed correlation fits the experimental data with an overall absolute error of 6.1%. Experimental measurements of kinematic viscosity of heavy true boiling point fractions of Arabian crude oils were also obtained in order to develop the proposed correlation.     

胜利等国产原油〉350℃重馏分油物性预测方法的研究

在实测胜利、大庆、任丘、孤岛、羊三木、大港、辽河原油和胜利焦化、催化裂化两种二次加工油共９种油＞３５０℃重馏分油的密度ρ、沸点Ｔｂ、运动粘度Ｖ、相对分子质量Ｍ、苯胺点ＴＡ和折光指数ｎ等物性的基础上，建立了上述６种物性的预测方法，并对几种常用物性的计算方法对国产油的适用性进行了考察，结果表明能满足实用要求。     

CHARACTERIZATION OF KUWAITI CRUDE TBF-FRACTIONS WITH EMPHASIS ON KINEMATIC VISCOSITY - TEMPERATURE BEHAVIOR

Characterization of Kuwaiti crude oil, has been carried out in terms o API gravity, debutanized gravity, total sulfur content, Reid Vapor pressure ash content, heating value, salt content, viscosity SUS, vanadium content a: V2 O5, pour point and analysis of various metals. The true boiling poinl (TBP) fractions of this crude (IBP - 95^° C, 95 - 205^°C, 205 - 260^° C, 260 - 345^° C and 455^° C⁺;) were also characterized in terms of API gravity, total sulfui content, H₂S content, mercaptans content, molecular weight and elementa analyses for total carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen. The kinematic viscosity temperature data have been obtained for 95^°C⁺; TBP fractions for a wide range of temperatures.

使用RV20、RV100型流变仪研究了草桥、单家寺重油的流变性,用核磁共振氢谱等剖析对比了两种原油的组分化学结构,探讨了蒸汽吞吐开采工艺中的一些问题。
