齐齐哈尔市护理人员继续教育需求的调查   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了解我市护理人员对护理继续教育的需求情况,采用整群抽样,问卷调查形式,对762名护理人员的基本情况,及其对继续教育的需求及形式等内容进行了调查。结果显示:96.46%的护理人员认为护理继续教育是必要的,有87.53%的护理人员希望参加继续教育,但由于种种原因制约着她们接受继续教育的培训。护理管理者应重视护理人员的继续教育,加强护理继续教育的组织结构建设、质量评估等多方面的工作。  相似文献

对某医院在职护理人员接受继续教育的情况进行统计。结果表明:70年代中等护士学校毕业护士21名,接受继续教育者1名,占4.76%;80年代至90年代中等护士学校毕业护士190名,接受继续教育者43名,占22.60%。说明在职护理人员接受继续教育人数较少,不能适应护理学科的发展,故各级卫生行政部门应尽快建立健全在职护理人员接受继续教育的相应制度,以强化各类护理人员自觉接受继续教育的意识。  相似文献

目的:调查福建省三级甲等医院临床护士疼痛知识与态度情况,分析其影响因素。方法:通过发放护理人员疼痛管理知识与态度问卷(KASRP),调查福建省11所三级甲等医院440名临床护士的疼痛认知情况,分析其影响因素。结果:福建省临床护士疼痛认知水平偏低,问卷平均正确率为48.35%;接受疼痛知识继续教育不同情况的护士,其疼痛知识与态度不同(P〈0.05)。结论:临床护理人员疼痛知识缺乏,部分护士没有接受疼痛知识继续教育,应进一步加强疼痛管理规范化培训,以提高临床护士疼痛知识水平和临床护理质量。  相似文献

[目的]了解汶川地震灾区护理人员康复护理继续教育需求情况。[方法]自行设计护理人员康复护理继续教育需求问卷调查表,对3所医院骨科、康复科、ICU、内科、外科、急诊科的108名护理人员进行调查。[结果]汶川地震灾区护理人员康复护理继续教育总体需求率为80.6%,各分项继续教育需求达84.3%~90.7%。[结论]汶川地震灾区康复护理继续教育需求度高。加强社区康复护理继续教育是顺应时代发展与需求的举措,社区康复护理人才培养的重点应放在在职护士的继续教育上,从而培养出适合我国国情的康复护理专业人才。  相似文献

目的:探讨我院护理人员继续护理学教育现状及需求情况.方法:采用问卷调查的方法,对我院229名护理人员进行问卷调查,了解其对继续护理学教育的需求现状及开展情况,以提出对策.结果:护理人员对继续教育的需求主要有危重、疑难患者护理,新知识、新理论,专科护理技能,急救护理等.目前医院开展的院内培训和院外培训的次数较少.效果评价显示我院护龄5年以下护士开展继续教育效果较好(P<0.01).结论:不同层次护理人员对继续护理学教育需求方面及程度不同,应结合当下社会情况开展针对性继续教育.  相似文献

目的:通过对河北省临床护理人员继续医学教育的现状进行调查,以了解继续教育完成情况,便于发现其存在的主要问题,为今后更好地开展护理人员继续医学教育提供依据。方法:本研究采用问卷调查法对全省230所二级及以上综合医院的护理人员继续医学教育完成情况、完成途径以及继续医学教育的内容方面进行调查。结果:虽然各医院均在对护理人员进行在职教育培训,但只有52%的医院能较好地完成继续教育。继续教育的途径:院内培训占77%,护理人员外出进修学习占11%,外聘讲师占12%。教育内容:基础知识占75%,人文知识和新技术分别占12%,13%。结论:护理人员整体水平和继续教育的不完善制度制约了护理学科的发展,要想尽快提高护理人员的综合素质,满足人类健康需要,加强护理人员的继续医学教育是一个主要途径。  相似文献

目的:了解护理人员接受继续教育的现状。为医院制定切实可行的继续教育方案提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,对某三级甲等医院2007年3月30日参加护理继续教育的护理人员进行调查。结果;护理人员对继续教育的意义还缺乏认识;完成学分主要是因为国家政策的要求;工作忙、倒班等是影响护理人员完成继续教育学分的主要原因;新理论、新知识和急救、危重护理知识是目前护理人员最需要的知识。结论:研究提示护理管理者应改进继续教育管理模式,合理安排课程,创造多渠道的学习途径,使继续教育真正起到在职人员岗位培训的作用。  相似文献

[目的]了解乡镇卫生院护理人员继续教育内容需求情况,为制定护士继续教育计划提供依据。[方法]采用问卷调查法,对山东省13家乡镇卫生院368名护士进行问卷调查。[结果]有88.86%的护理人员认为有必要开展继续教育,低年龄、低职称、低工作年限的护士对继续教育的必要性认识较高,40岁、中级职称及工作30年以上的乡镇护理人员继续教育的必要性认识比较低;≤30岁,工作年限≤10年护理人员对人文素质维度培训需求比较高,中专学历的护士对知识维度培训需求比较高;≤30岁护理人员对病房组织管理能力和职业防护知识和能力培训需求较高;30岁护理人员对紧急救护的继续教育需求较高;不同职称护理人员均选择护患纠纷处理技巧作为需求程度较高的继续教育内容;不同工作年限护理人员均选择心肺复苏作为需求程度较高的继续教育内容。[结论]乡镇卫生院护理人员对接受继续教育持有积极的态度,能充分认识到继续教育的必要性;对继续教育内容的需求还处于较基础的内容,在以后的继续教育中除了护理专业知识和技能培训外,更应注重护理人文、护理科研等知识的培训,提高乡镇护理人员的整体素质和护理质量。  相似文献

目的:探讨在校职业防护教育与医院职业防护继续教育培训对综合医院的护理人员职业防护知识、态度、行为的影响。方法:采用护理人员抗肿瘤药物(化疗药物)职业防护状况个案调查表对综合医院的418名临床一线护理人员进行职业防护的相关知识、职业防护的态度、相关职业防护的行为及自身健康状况进行问卷调查。结果:在校期间接受职业防护教育的内容越广泛,护理人员的职业防护行为越好,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。接受科室培训越频繁的护理人员其职业防护的知识、态度、行为越好,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。同时接受在校期间的职业防护教育与科室职业防护培训的护理人员,他们的职业防护行为均好于只接受一种职业防护教育或未接受职业防护教育的护理人员,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:应注重将在校期间的职业防护教育与医院的继续教育相结合,从而提高护理人员的职业防护的依从性,进而保障自身的健康。  相似文献

为了解江门市护理专业队伍人力资源的现状,对2004年参加护士执业再次注册的护理专业人员资料进行分析。结果显示,护理人员学历偏低,大专及以上学历只占7.85%。建议重视护理人员的学历教育,为护理人员参加继续学历教育提供条件,以提高本地区的护理教育水平,从而提高护理队伍的整体素质。  相似文献

Aim This study clarified how Japanese nurse administrators consider the current status and future prospects of development and utilization of nurses with specialties. Background The demand for specialized nurses is not satisfied throughout the country. Methods Nine nurse administrators participated in three focus‐group discussions. Data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis technique. Results On development of specialized nurses, four categories were abstracted: offering opportunities for career development; establishing an environment of life‐term continuous learning; providing well‐balanced support for the needs of organizations and individual nurses; and support for career development as a specialist. Conclusions To develop specialized nurses effectively it is important to focus more attention on qualitative aspects of nurses’ professional experience in in‐service education and to support appropriate personnel for strategic human resource development. Implications for Nursing Management Facilitating frequent contacts between specialized and general nurses should be highly valued as making an environment where nurses can face career goals daily leads to steady preservation of human resources. It is necessary for nurse administrators to keep human resources quantitatively and to clarify the developmental process after nurses obtain special roles to plan for continuous education.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The two-fold purpose of this study was to explore the peer education experiences of registered nurses and solutions for developing peer education as an effective method of adult learning. METHODS: Eleven designated peer nurse teachers and 13 peer nurse learners were asked to complete a questionnaire. Three peer nurse teachers and three peer nurse learners were further interviewed in focus groups. RESULTS: The metathemes of peer role conflict, organizational stress, and the timing of new role integration were identified. CONCLUSIONS:The study found nurses believed that to have a successful peer education program, the scope of the peer education program and the peer roles should be clarified, peer time should be available and accessible, positive motivational techniques (including a just peer selection process) should be present, and other resources should be provided.  相似文献

Studies of physician–nurse relationships have focused mainly on nurses' perceptions. Few studies have explored physicians' perceptions and related factors. This study had two aims: to describe physicians' perceptions of physician–nurse collaboration in Japan by focusing on attitudes toward collaboration and collaborative practice and to examine the effect of physicians' experiences related to collaboration on their perceptions of collaboration. A cross-sectional survey was conducted. Of the 520 physicians from four hospitals, 248 completed the survey. The survey included the Jefferson Scale of attitudes toward physician–nurse collaboration, the collaborative practice scales, learning experiences related to collaboration with nurses and experiences of joint activities with nurses. Multiple regression analysis revealed that learning experiences in undergraduate and out-of-hospital education and experiences of joint committee work were significantly associated with higher collaborative practice scores. Although participants' attitude scores had a strong association with practice scores, there were no variables significantly associated with the attitude score. This study supported the importance of education in undergraduate courses and suggested that it should be ongoing after qualification. Joint activities other than daily practice, such as continuous quality improvement, might also be effective. Factors that improve physicians' attitudes toward collaboration should be further explored.  相似文献

通过对全市31所医院3000名护理人员的基本情况和护理专业发展进行了问卷调查发现,该市护理专业所面临的主要问题有5个方面:一是护理服务供需矛盾日渐突出;二是护理人才断层严重;三是护理人才资源浪费严重;四是护理专业可持续发展缺乏后劲;五是护理劳动得不到社会承认。根据上述问题,从护士自身素质、护理管理者、卫生行政部门包括护理学会在今后如何加强护理队伍建设等方面,提出了相应的建议和对策,其目的是促进我市护理学科得到良好的发展。  相似文献

This literature review aims to explore nurse education and the impact this has had on preparing nurses to become nurse prescribers and nurse prescribing research. Research about the initial nurse prescribing education and training programme indicated that although patients were content with nurses prescribing medication, nurses lacked confidence in applied pharmacology and therapeutics and hence, required additional scientific education. With the implementation of extended nurse prescribing, it is conjectural to assume that nurses have been prepared more effectively until results from the national evaluation are available. One can suggest that pre-registration nurses should receive a comprehensive scientific foundation in applied pharmacology and therapeutics and professional knowledge in order to prepare them for post graduate education and training in medication management.  相似文献

[目的]调查分析保定市临床护理带教人员自我概念情况。[方法]应用专业自我概念量表对240名临床带教老师进行调查。[结果]具有护理本科、年龄≥31岁、护龄≥8年的护理人员专业自我概念得分明显高于具有大专及中专学历、年龄<31岁、护龄<8年的护理人员。[结论]应以具有护理本科学历获得护师职称或护龄≥8年的护士担任护理临床带教老师为宜。  相似文献

AIM: This paper describes the multidirectional activities recently completed to adapt nurse education in Poland to European standards. BACKGROUND: The Polish system transformation and the changes that have taken place in health care since the 1980s required intensive effort and change in the nursing care and education systems of nurses and midwives. OUTCOMES: Changes accomplished include: (1) preparation and implementation of a nurse education model complying with European standards; (2) discontinuance of the previous system of nurse education taught at the secondary school level; and (3) adjusting the organization and post-basic curricula of nurses and midwives to the actual needs of the society as well as for the nurses themselves.The goal of a uniform nurse education system in Poland that met European requirements motivated the Polish change agents. This change ensures the integration of Polish nurses with the nurses from Europe and other countries in their common endeavours to improve nursing care and health outcomes. CONCLUSIONS: The adopted changes in the system of nurse education resulted in uniformity of education and acceptance of bachelor's level education, which complies with European standards as well as adjusting the post-basic education to actual needs. Describing the substance and process of our work may be helpful to nurses in other countries who are working on their own models of nursing and health care restructuring.  相似文献
