分析了现今银行系统纸币捆扎方式存在的问题,设计了一种基于ARM的捆扎塑封一体的全自动纸币包装机.对纸币包装机的组成结构、工作原理、软硬件实现进行了详细介绍.实际测试结果表明本系统满足了纸币包装机一次性完成送钞、捆扎、切膜、封膜等所有过程控制的要求,提高了纸币捆扎塑封的效率.  相似文献

目前银行使用的高端点验钞机配备机械式纸币测厚系统,银行需通过该系统将厚度异常的纸币清分出来,特别是在纸币前端黏贴有胶带的纸币。针对机械式纸币测厚系统在走钞过程中由于弹片的抖动无法检测到纸币前端黏贴有胶带的问题,设计了一个抖动检测试验平台,并分别利用高速相机及电涡流传感器检测走钞过程中在冲击初始阶段测厚系统的弹片的弹跳。首先以测厚系统为样本搭建一个抖动检测试验平台模仿纸币在点验钞机中的走钞状态,然后利用高速相机拍摄测厚系统在走钞过程中的运动状态并通过描绘拍摄照片特征点得到测厚系统在走钞过程中的抖动轨迹,再利用安装在抖动试验平台的电涡流传感器检测走钞过程中测厚系统的抖动轨迹,最后结合弹簧质量系统进行理论分析。试验结果表明,能通过高速相机及电涡流传感器在抖动试验平台上清晰检测到走钞过程中冲击初始阶段测厚系统的弹片产生位移较大且维持时间占纸币过钞时间10%的弹跳。该研究结果可为改进设计提供依据及检测手段,为类似应用提供借鉴。  相似文献

故障检测技术、仲裁和切换技术是DCS系统实现模块冗余的关键,同时也是难题.采用FPGA和分立元件构建了无扰冗余切换电路,设计并实现了模块看门狗复位切主、自动抢主和智能升主等冗余切换逻辑.仿真测试表明,该设计确保了模块发生故障时的快速无扰动切换,解决了模块切换过程中的双主和重复切换等难题.通过工程应用案例,验证了该项技术的可行性.  相似文献

开发了一种快速的纸币号自动识别系统,能在捆钞的同时自动识别并记录下通过捆钞机上的纸币号码。该系统首先通过CCD摄像头采集24位彩色图像,经过逻辑脊谷判断法分割、投影法定位、结构法识别几个过程输出号码串。实验结果表明,该系统组织设计的逻辑脊谷判断算法有效提取了号码图像,穿越号码体距离法定位号码准确,提出的号码识别系统取得了较高的识别率。  相似文献

The activated sludge process (ASP), found in most wastewater treatment plants, consists basically of a biological reactor followed by a sedimentation tank, which has one inlet and two outlets. The purpose of the ASP is to reduce organic material and dissolved nutrients (substrate) in the incoming wastewater by means of activated sludge (microorganisms). The major part of the discharged flow through the bottom outlet of the sedimentation tank is recirculated to the reactor, so that the biomass is reused. Only two material components are considered; the soluble substrate and the particulate sludge. The biological reactions are modelled by two nonlinear ordinary differential equations and the continuous sedimentation process by two hyperbolic partial differential equations (PDEs), which have coefficients that are discontinuous functions in space due to the inlet and outlets. In contrast to previously published modelling-control aspects of the ASP, the theory for such PDEs is utilized. It is proved that the most desired steady-state solutions can be parameterized by a natural control variable; the ratio of the recirculating volumetric flow to the input flow. This knowledge is a key ingredient in a two-variable regulator, with which the effluent dissolved nutrients concentration and the concentration profile in the sedimentation tank are controlled. Theoretical results are supported by simulations.  相似文献

This paper investigates an inventory problem encountered by the retail industry where a single organization operates through several customer outlets. Each outlet stocks several items for which a random demand reduces the level of inventory. The demand is dependent on the location of the outlet and varies from one location to another. Each item is replenished from one or more exogenous suppliers who have a positive delivery lead time. The ordering cost has both fixed and linear components. The items also have linear holding and shortage costs charged at the end of the review period. Inventories of the items are reviewed periodically and ordering decisions taken.  相似文献

Aqueous two phase systems (ATPSs) have good biocompatibility and special selectivity. Their phase equilibrium and applications in biological analysis have received much attention. Herein, parallel laminar flow (PLF) in the microchannel can provide an effective platform to enhance mass transfer and preserve separate phases simultaneously. As fundamentals in feasible and convenient sampling of PLF for ATPS, the phase separation methods and rules in branched microchannel were studied in this work, selecting PEG 4000 + Na2SO4 + H2O as a model system. The exploration of flow pattern showed that a stable PFL was easily to form in the shallow microchannel of 200 μm (depth) × 600 μm (width), as long as the velocity of lower phase was higher than 0.51 mm/s. The phase interface of PLF could be easily controlled by the flow ratio of two phases. Single-phase separation could be reliably achieved in T-junction outlets when the flow rate of outlet ascertains to be smaller or larger than that of inlet on the same side. The trifurcate outlets with an extra middle channel could help realize a simultaneous two-phase separation. The flow rate of the extra channel is the key for the phase separation performance, the range of which available for simultaneous two-phase separation is determined by the resistance balance and the flow rates deviation offsetting as well. It is favor for increasing phase separation efficiency to make the products of flow rate, viscosity, and the length of corresponding outlet channel close with each other for the upper phase and the lower phase. The adjustable lengths of three channels can provide flexible choices to enhance simultaneous two-phase separation of diversified ATPSs at various operating flow ratios. A multiport microchip with T-junction inlets and trifurcate outlets designed for adjusting the lengths of branched channels on-chip is a convenient tool for PLF contact and in situ phase separation of ATPSs in varieties of application.  相似文献

We describe a software system, called just enough delivery (JED), for optimising single-copy newspaper sales, based on a combination of neural and Bayesian technology. The prediction model is a huge feedforward neural network, in which each output corresponds to the sales prediction for a single outlet. Input-to-hidden weights are shared between outlets. The hidden-to-output weights are specific to each outlet, but linked through the introduction of priors. All weights and hyperparameters can be inferred using (empirical) Bayesian inference. The system has been tested on data for several different newspapers and magazines. Consistent performance improvements of 1 to 3% more sales with the same total amount of deliveries have been obtained.  相似文献

Polls show a strong decline in public trust of traditional news outlets; however, social media offers new avenues for receiving news content. This experiment used the Facebook API to manipulate whether a news story appeared to have been posted on Facebook by one of the respondent's real‐life Facebook friends. Results show that social media recommendations improve levels of media trust, and also make people want to follow more news from that particular media outlet in the future. Moreover, these effects are amplified when the real‐life friend sharing the story on social media is perceived as an opinion leader. Implications for democracy and the news business are discussed.  相似文献

The advent of the micro-computers and other high technology products with its supporting hardware/software components has been paralleled with a significant increase in the number of distribution outlets. Each commercial outlet has to carry a certain amount of inventory so as to provide a proper service to its customers. However, due to the fast change in the technology involved, numerous inventory items become obsolete at an accelerating rate. The same case applies to manufacturers of high tech equipment such as programmable computers, visual inspection systems, robots, etc. As long as the “Kanban“ (Just-in-Time) inventory system has not been adopted, the organization is faced with this problem. The problem can be treated as a perishable inventory problem. In this paper the analogy is developed and expressions for the required stock level are presented.  相似文献

机会网络中的节点由于自身资源受限,在转发消息时具有自私性。为了激励节点相互合作,已经提出的激励策略用虚拟货币激励自私节点转发消息,但存在虚拟货币不足和虚假报价的问题。为解决上述问题,提出一种基于可透支虚拟货币机制的节点激励策略。该策略设计了可透支的虚拟货币机制,以节点消息转发能力作为货币透支担保来解决虚拟货币不足的问题;策略中的交易机制保持资源状态和财富状态公开,如果消息交易无法一次完成,交易双方将根据对方的资源状态和财富状态友好地进行二次议价来抑制节点虚假报价的问题。仿真实验验证了该策略中节点激励机制的有效性以及可透支虚拟货币机制的有效性,并证明该策略有效地抑制了节点的虚假报价现象。  相似文献
