电镀金刚石砂轮面磨削氧化铝陶瓷的机理研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文利用电子扫描电镜、观察了金刚石磨粒的微切削刃以及氧化铝陶瓷试件的磨削时的表面,已磨削表面,对电镀金刚石砂轮磨氧化铝陶瓷的机理进行了研究,指出了氧化铝陶瓷已磨削表面的缺陷以及脆性袭纹为主,磨削温度对材料去除过程影响很大,有可能存在非裂纹扩展的陶瓷材料去除方式。  相似文献

本研究涉及对双端面磨削技术应用于两片陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮同时磨削圆柱形氧化铝陶瓷工件两个端面的技术评价。精细陶瓷(advancedceramics),例如氧化铝(Al2O3)陶瓷,由于具有高的硬度、抗压强度、耐腐蚀性、导电性、磁导率和脆性而应用广泛。本试验为四因子试验,评价被磨工件的表面粗糙度Ra值,采用重量法测定材料去除率,采用激光折射技术测定的平均比例系数来评价被磨工件平面度。本文的研究结果表明,双端面磨削可以在很短的加工时间内获得极高的表面光洁度、高的精度和高的磨除率。  相似文献

本文利用树脂、青铜、铸铁三种结合剂金刚石砂轮,以氧化铝陶瓷为加工对象,通过研究各自的磨削比、磨削力、磨削表面粗糙度等指标,进行了三种结合剂砂轮的磨削性能比较,发现铸铁结合剂金刚石砂轮和ELID(在线电解修整)磨削方法比较适合氧化铝陶瓷等硬脆材料的磨削(尤其是精密磨削)。  相似文献

利用真空炉中钎焊工艺制作了钎焊金刚石砂轮,并对氧化铝陶瓷进行高速磨削的磨损研究.实验中,监测了磨削过程中每道磨削的磨削力特征,观察和统计了不同磨削阶段的砂轮表面磨粒磨损状态及变化情况,同时测量了磨粒的出刃高度.结果表明:在高的砂轮线速度和高的材料磨除率下,容易造成大量的磨粒断裂和完全破碎.仅有1.23%的金刚石磨粒是经历“完整-磨平—微破碎—半破碎—断裂(全破)”的失效过程,即磨粒理想的失效路径.通过对钎焊工艺、磨粒承受的载荷以及砂轮表面磨粒浓度和排布方式等因素的分析,阐明了文中钎焊金刚石砂轮中磨粒失效的原因.  相似文献

为了实现粗磨粒金刚石砂轮延性域磨削加工SiC陶瓷材料,采用碟轮对粒径为297~420μm的粗磨粒金刚石砂轮进行了精密修整。然后,使用经过修整好的粗磨粒金刚石砂轮对SiC陶瓷进行磨削加工。在此基础上,对不同的砂轮线速度、工件进给速度、磨削切深对SiC陶瓷表面粗糙度和表面形貌的影响进行了研究。试验结果表明:经过精密修整的粗磨粒金刚石砂轮是能够实现SiC陶瓷材料的延性域磨削的,表面粗糙度值Ra达到0.151μm;随着砂轮线速度增大、工件进给速度和磨削切深减小,SiC陶瓷表面的脆性断裂减小,塑性去除增加。  相似文献

在不同磨削深度、砂轮转速和进给速度组合下,研究微粉金刚石钎焊砂轮磨削氧化铝陶瓷过程的磨削力及工件的表面粗糙度的变化规律,并筛选出低磨削力和低工件表面粗糙度的加工工艺参数。试验结果表明:在微粉金刚石钎焊砂轮的磨削过程中,氧化铝陶瓷主要通过脆性断裂的方式去除;随着磨削深度、进给速度的增加,砂轮在进给方向和切深方向的力以及工件表面粗糙度都上升;随着砂轮转速的增加,进给方向和切深方向的力以及工件表面粗糙度都下降。试验获得的低磨削力和低工件表面粗糙度精密加工工艺参数分别为:磨削深度为1.0 μm,进给速度为12 mm/min,砂轮转速为24 000 r/min和磨削深度为1.0 μm,进给速度为1 mm/min,砂轮转速为20 000 r/min。低磨削力磨削时,微粉金刚石钎焊砂轮受到的X方向和Z方向的磨削力分别为0.15 N和0.72 N;精密加工后的氧化铝陶瓷的表面粗糙度值可达0.438 μm。   相似文献

为改善蓝宝石研磨效果,在树脂结合剂金刚石磨盘中添加氧化铝空心球。通过力学性能测试、SEM扫描观测和实际磨削实验,研究空心球粒径及体积分数对树脂结合剂强度和磨盘性能的影响。研究表明:试样抗折强度随空心球粒径和比例的增大而降低;当添加空心球的体积分数为30%时,空心球粒径对试样抗折强度的影响基本消失。磨削实验证明:添加氧化铝空心球可提高蓝宝石磨削时的效率,并改善蓝宝石的表面粗糙度。添加体积分数为20%的空心球的磨盘在磨削过程中具有最好的综合磨削性能,与不加空心球的磨盘相比,磨削效率提高82.6%,表面粗糙度降低至Ra 0.249μm。   相似文献

This study aims at achieving a high efficient mode of hole-drilling in Al2O3 armor ceramic by using impregnated diamond bits. First, the most suitable diamond segment for the armor ceramic is selected by using higher quality diamonds and varying the composition of the metal matrix, as well as combining to the drilling test and SEM examination. Bit structure parameters such as grain size, diamond concentration, number of slots and wall thickness are optimized then by an orthogonal test. Experiments for analyzing the influence of the axial force and spindle speed to the efficiency are also carried out. Then hole quality is discussed. Finally, the ground surface integrity of Al2O3 armor ceramic is analyzed under SEM examination. The results show: (1) the bit with diamond type of SMD40 and metal matrix of Cu50Co25Sn18Ti7 (wt%) presents the best self-dressing capability among the four kind of different matrix bits; (2) the bit with wall thickness of 2.5 mm, grain size of 35/40 US mesh, diamond concentration of 100% and number of slots of 2 achieves a higher efficient mode; (3) the increased axial force and spindle speed could increase the drilling efficiency but overlarge axial force and too high spindle speed also lower the efficiency; (4) hole quality can be improved by using an prepress exerted device; (5) the ground surface of Al2O3 armor ceramic is composed of fractured area and ductile streak area which indicate that the material removal mode is contributed by both brittle fracture and ductile cutting, and the brittle fracture removal is dominant.  相似文献

The influence of dressing feed on the performance of a laser dressed Al2O3 wheel in surface grinding under wet, plunge grinding conditions is discussed. The performance of a grinding wheel dressed with different feed rates was evaluated by means of several grinding parameters such as grinding forces, wheel wear against work material removed (G-ratio), worksurface finish and its integrity. The performance of a laser dressed wheel was compared with that of a diamond dressed wheel. Analysis of the results clearly indicated the satisfactory performance of the laser dressed Al2O3 wheel in wet grinding, especially when dressed with a feed of 0.35 mm/rev and with an intensity of 4.0 × 1010W/m2. Further, this particular analysis suggests the selection of smaller feed rates for dressing grinding wheels with a laser in order to modify the wheel surface topography considerably, so as to produce effective grinding results with laser dressed grinding wheels.  相似文献

In this research, the advantages and disadvantages of the cylindrical grinding process of Polycrystalline Diamond Compacts (short for PDC) with vitrified and resin bond diamond grinding wheel are compared. The research results show that the vitrified bond diamond grinding wheels, which use Ti-coated diamond grains as abrasive and glass ceramic as bond, have many advantages in grinding PDC . Compared with resin diamond grinding wheel,vitrified bond wheels lead to 35% grinding cost reduced, 40% grinding time of each PDC saved, and the size precision of PDC improved (from ±0.03mm to ±0.01mm). When grinding feed is <0.10 mm, the grinding ratio increases with increased grinding feed. However, when the grinding feed exceeds 0.10 mm, the grinding radio decreases rapidly with the increasing of grinding feed. The disadvantage of this kind of grinding wheel is that the brightness of the ground PDC cylinder is not as shining as that processed by resin bond diamond grinding wheel.  相似文献

This paper investigates the micro-EDM behaviour of an Al3O2 and ZrO2 based electrically conductive ceramic composites. The influence of the generator parameters on material removal rate, relative tool wear, surface quality and material removal mechanism is investigated towards the definition of suitable micro-EDM technologies. The study is based on a design of experiments, supported by a fundamental investigation of the generator parameters. Similar variations trends to the machining of steel are observed within the investigated process window, for exception of the tool wear performance. The developed EDM technologies are finally validated through the fabrication of industrial demonstrators.  相似文献

氧化铝/氧化铝复合材料(Al2O3/Al2O3)是20世纪90年代兴起的一类连续陶瓷纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料,已经发展为与SiC/SiC、C/SiC等非氧化物陶瓷基复合材料并列的一类陶瓷基复合材料。与非氧化物陶瓷基复合材料相比,Al2O3/Al2O3具有长时抗氧化、高温耐腐蚀、低成本等独特优势,已经在航空发动机、地面燃气轮机等军民两用热结构材料领域展现出广阔的应用前景。本文从材料应用的角度出发,系统分析阐述了目前在Al2O3/Al2O3占主导地位的多孔基体Al2O3/Al2O3(P-Al2O3/Al2O3)的增韧机制、成型工艺和性能特点,重点归纳了国外近年来P-Al2O3/Al2O3的工程化应用进展及前景,最后指出了P-Al2O3/Al2O3存在的局限性并展望了未来发展方向,旨在为国内Al2O3/Al2O3体系发展提供借鉴和参考。  相似文献

The MoS2 powders were coated with Al2O3 (5 wt.%) through controlling hydrolysis of Al (NO3)3·9H2O. MoS2 powder coated with Al2O3 was written as MoS2/Al2O3 hereinafter. MoS2/Al2O3 powders were put into Ni plating electrolyte bath. Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) — the surfactant was also put into the bath. The experiment proves that MoS2/Al2O3 particles were absorbed onto the Ni plate. The amount of MoS2/Al2O3 deposited on Ni plate rises with the increasing concentration of MoS2/Al2O3 in the bath. The microhardness, micro-surface, phase and the tribological property of the MoS2/Al2O3 multi-plating coating were measured and analyzed. The performances of microhardness and wear resistance of the Ni-MoS2/Al2O3 composite are better than those of Ni-MoS2 composite.  相似文献

首先选用AgCuTi活性钎料在880℃/10 min参数下对A12O3陶瓷表面进行金属化处理,之后尽量去除金属化层中的AgCu共晶组织,然后选用两种Au基高温钎料在980℃/10 min参数下对金属化后的A12O3进行了钎焊连接.结果表明,在Al2O3/Au-Ni/Al2O3接头中靠近Al2O3母材的界面处生成一层薄薄的扩散反应层,该反应层主要由TiO2和Al2O3组成;在Al2O3/Au-Cu/Al2O3接头中同样存在扩散反应层,与前者不同的是,接头中检测到Ti-Au相的存在.分别对Au-Ni和Au-Cu两种钎料获得的Al2O3接头进行了抗剪强度测试,前者对应接头强度为95.5 MPa,后者对应接头强度达到102.3 MPa.  相似文献
