讨论了银/棉包覆纱及织物的性能。为研究镀银长丝及其包覆纱织制而成的织物防电磁屏蔽性能,采用万用表、防电磁辐射性能测试仪等测试织物的表面电阻及在不同频率下的电磁屏蔽效能值。结果表明,银/棉包覆纱具有良好的导电性能,其织物的电磁屏蔽效果,可以满足不同场合下服装或纺织品的电磁防护要求。  相似文献

选用70 D锦纶镀银长丝和68 D不锈钢纺织金属丝,通过在黑板上控制经纬向绕纱间距的方式来模拟抗电磁辐射机织物。研究表明:当覆盖系数达到一定数值时,电磁辐射屏蔽率超过99.99%;织物中经纬密度差异较大时,抗电磁辐射屏蔽率出现低谷;采用68 D不锈钢金属丝,经、纬密度为20根/10 cm时,织物可形成良好的网格状态,抗电磁辐射性能更优。采用70 D锦纶镀银长丝和68 D不锈钢金属丝织制了机织物小样,测试结果显示,经向间隔为0.5 cm,纬向按照0.3、0.5、1 cm的间隔配置抗电磁辐射纱线时,织物具有良好的电磁辐射屏蔽效能。  相似文献

采用碱减量-低温等离子技术对涤纶织物表面进行预处理,可在纤维表面形成凹坑和裂纹,经原位聚合氧化制得的聚苯胺在涤纶织物表面吸附量增大,织物的导电性明显提高,表面电阻达到70Ω.通过SEM、DSC、XRD、K/S值和抗电磁屏蔽性能测试等对导电织物进行表征.研究表明,处理后的织物表面聚苯胺分布均匀,导电性能明显提高.  相似文献

针对电磁辐射污染问题,应用棉/莫代尔纱线(CM)、镀银纱线(SP)、涤纶/棉纱线(PC)和涤纶长丝(PF)4种纱线织造13种织物,并对其中8种织物进行表面石墨涂层处理,应用矢量网络分析仪测试了不同比例镀银纱线织物和不同结构石墨涂层织物的电磁屏蔽效能。试验结果显示,镀银纱线织物的电磁屏蔽效能低于具有均匀银镀层的市售机织物和针织物;镀银纱线织物的表面电阻随着镀银纱线含量的增加而降低,电磁屏蔽效能随着镀银纱线含量的增加而增加。石墨涂层CM/PC织物和石墨涂层CM/PF织物的表面电阻在20~40 kΩ/cm,其最大的电磁屏蔽效能分别为1.2 dB和4.2 dB。  相似文献

采用印制法将还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)导电色浆印制在涤纶织物上,研究了黏合剂、合成增稠剂和RGO用量、焙烘温度和时间等对涤纶织物导电性能的影响。制备印制法导电涤纶织物的优化工艺为:黏合剂10 g/L、合成增稠剂0.2 g/L、RGO 7.5 g/L、焙烘温度140℃、焙烘时间4 min;印制的导电涤纶织物表面电阻值为11.22 MΩ/cm,耐干摩擦性能优于耐湿摩擦性能,且耐水洗性能较好。  相似文献

常压下,采用现场吸附聚合法制备了聚吡咯/丝素导电复合材料.复合材料表现出良好的导电性,其表面电阻为103Ω/cm,而且导电性较为耐久和稳定;处理后织物的表面疏水性提高,同时也兼有优良的抗紫外线性能;复合纤维的结晶度与基体材料基本一致,而其取向度和力学性能均有所下降.  相似文献

为制备兼具导电和储能性能的智能可穿戴纺织品,采用纯氧化石墨烯分散液为印花浆料,通过传统可大规模生产的丝网印花技术,结合多元羧酸整理工艺,制得石墨烯印花导电储能织物。采用扫描电子显微镜观察、傅里叶红外光谱分析、织物撕破强力测试和电化学性能分析等方法对织物的结构和性能进行研究。结果表明,多元羧酸整理最佳工艺为:ρ(SHP)100 g/L,ρ(BTCA)120 g/L,焙烘温度180℃,焙烘时间2 min。该工艺条件下,氧化石墨烯在棉织物上同时发生交联和还原反应,与棉织物形成三维多孔网络结构,获得的石墨烯印花织物表面电阻为0.58 kΩ/sq。由该石墨烯印花织物组装的超级电容器的串联电阻为68Ω,传递电阻为110Ω,比电容能够达到23.7 mF/cm2。  相似文献

以涤纶织物为基布,采用原位聚合法和磁控溅射技术制备聚吡咯/银复合导电涤纶织物。对吡咯原位聚合工艺条件进行优化,得到的优化工艺为:吡咯单体浓度0.8 mol/L,三氯化铁浓度0.4 mol/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠浓度0.6 mol/L,在冰水浴中氧化反应3 h,制备的聚吡咯导电织物表面电阻最小为196.65Ω/cm。利用磁控溅射技术在其表面镀覆银后,织物导电性能有一定的提高,干湿摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度较高。  相似文献

在棉纤维表面氧化聚合吡咯(C4H5N),同时进行氯化铁(FeCl3)掺杂制备电棉织物。分析了C4H5N与FeCl3配比,反应时间,反应温度以及浴比对聚吡咯棉导电织物导电性的影响。结果表明:FeCl3与C4H5N摩尔分数比为1∶2,室温反应1.5~2 h,浴比为1∶40时,导电织物表面电阻为0.23 kΩ/cm,导电性能最佳。导电织物的耐磨性和耐洗性较佳,可经受20次摩擦和8次水洗,导电性能基本稳定。  相似文献

为获得耐水洗和高导电的纺织材料,采用原位还原法将氧化石墨烯(GO)用于蚕丝织物的导电整理。探究了GO 质量浓度、GO 溶液pH 值、还原剂用量、超声时间和十二烷基苯磺酸钠质量浓度等对蚕丝织物导电性能的影响,分析了还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)导电蚕丝织物的导电耐久性,并借助扫描电子显微镜对织物形貌进行表征。结果表明:在GO 质量浓度为15 g/ L,GO 溶液pH 值为5,还原剂质量浓度为5 g/ L,超声时间为30 ~ 60 min 时,采用原位还原法还原吸附GO 并烘干的蚕丝,其表面电阻值降低至1. 372 kΩ/ cm,导电性优良;蚕丝表面被GO 完全覆盖,经20 次水洗或机械摩擦后蚕丝织物依然保持较好的导电性能。  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
