We present results of measurements of the IV characteristics of a unique parallel double dot where the current flows vertically but the coupling is lateral. Probed by asymmetry of Coulomb diamonds in the standard double-dot honeycomb stability diagram, we are able to discern in what sequence electrons are added in the two dots.  相似文献

The occurrence of discontinuities in the energy spectrum of thes-wave Hamiltonian in three dimensionsH(μ, λ) =p 2/2 − 1/r + 2μr + 2λ 2 r 2 has been reported by us. In this communication we develop a unified understanding, based principally on the topography of the energy surfaces, of the different discontinuities we reported earlier. These discontinuities do not in general occur wherever the corresponding classical system would display catastrophic behaviour.  相似文献

Large deuterium clusters are generated using a cryogenic pulse valve with a cone nozzle (21 mm long, 4° open angle). Rayleigh scattering experiment is carried out to obtain the scaling relation between scattering signal SR and backing pressure P0. A method using the Coulomb explosion model is proposed to verify that the clusters continue to grow after their leaving the nozzle. Our experiments suggest a tentatively optimized position for laser cluster interaction.  相似文献

The paper numerically analyzes the Aharonov-Bohm effect of an infinitely thin magnetic flux for its influence on a two- or three-dimensional (3d) solutions of Coulomb system in momentum and coordinate spaces. For any definitive eigenstate, it is shown that the flux shifts the position of the most probable radius (MPR) of a probability distribution inward or outward in momentum or coordinate spaces, respectively. Moreover, the probability density of the shifted MPR is amplified in the momentum space, while reduced in the coordinate space. Since the Coulomb force among charged particles dominate the structure of matter, shifting of the MPR controlling by the flux effect may be beneficial to the construction of nanostructure by manipulating the atomic and molecular bonds.  相似文献

Behavior of the Coulomb energy difference for light nuclei is explained in terms of the different values of the average Coulomb interaction between two particles.Coulomb energy difference according to shell model of light mirror nuclei in the Coulomb and exchange integrals in the formula can be explained with exponential-type wavefunctions.In this study,using the one-center expansion of exponential-type wavefunctions in terms of Slater-type orbitals with the same center,we derived formula for Coulomb energy difference of light mirror nuclei.  相似文献

 先进燃料D-3He聚变产生的高能带电粒子在本底等离子体中慢化时间的准确性直接影响到能量平衡和高能离子压强的计算结果。结果表明:高能带电粒子与本底等离子体的离子相互作用的库仑对数量子力学效应明显。应使用高能带电粒子库仑对数力学效应来研究聚变产生的高能端部粒子慢化过程;能量大于等于25Z2iZ2iAi keV的高能粒子与本底等离子体中离子的相互作用库仑对数最好也使用量子截断。  相似文献

We investigate the properties of the ponderomotive squeezing in an optomechanical system coupled to a charged nanomechanical oscillator(NMO) nearby via Coulomb force. We find that the introduction of Coulomb interaction allows the generation of squeezed output light from this system. Our numerical results show that the degree of squeezing can be tuned by the Coulomb coupling strength, the power of laser, and the frequencies of NMOs. Furthermore, the squeezing generated in our approach can be used to measure the Coulomb coupling strength.  相似文献

The singularity exponent (SE) is the characteristic parameter of fractal and multifractal signals. Based on SE, the fractal dimension reflecting the global self-similar character, the instantaneous SE reflecting the local self-similar character, the multifractal spectrum (MFS) reflecting the distribution of SE, and the time-varying MFS reflecting pointwise multifractal spectrum were proposed. However, all the studies were based on the depiction of spatial or differentiability characters of fractal signals. Taking the SE as the independent dimension, this paper investigates the fractal energy measurement (FEM) and the singularity energy spectrum (SES) theory. Firstly, we study the energy measurement and the energy spectrum of a fractal signal in the singularity domain, propose the conception of FEM and SES of multifractal signals, and investigate the Hausdorff measure and the local direction angle of the fractal energy element. Then, we prove the compatibility between FEM and traditional energy, and point out that SES can be measured in the fractal space. Finally, we study the algorithm of SES under the condition of a continuous signal and a discrete signal, and give the approximation algorithm of the latter, and the estimations of FEM and SES of the Gaussian white noise, Fractal Brownian motion and the multifractal Brownian motion show the theoretical significance and application value of FEM and SES.  相似文献

We present an approximation to the quantum Coulomb plasma at equilibrium which captures the power-law violations of Debye screening which have been reported in recent papers. 深入研究库仑碰撞,对两种库仑碰撞模型-Ta模型与Nanbu模型在理论上进行了对比分析,详细阐述了两种模型中散射角大小的区别.在已有的采用Ta模型的全三维粒子模拟/蒙特长罗(PIC/MCC)算法基础上,采用Nanbu模型对电子间库仑碰撞计算模块重新进行了算法设计.分别应用Ta模型、Nanbu模型和无库仑碰撞的全三维PIC/MCC算法对国外热门负氢离子源JAEA 10A中的电子能量沉积进行了模拟分析.模拟结果与实验结果的对比分析发现:1)库仑碰撞使电子能量分布更接近于麦克斯韦分布;2)相对于传统的Ta模型,Nanbu模型的散射角考虑了多体碰撞的累加效果从而具有更高的期望值,按其模拟得到的电子温度具有更高的精度.这些为国内外学者设计相关算法指明了方向.  相似文献

研究一类非线性相对转动系统在负载Coulomb摩擦效应下的混沌运动行为. 根据Lagrange方程建立一类含非线性负载Coulomb摩擦阻尼的两个质量相对转动系统的动力学方程. 利用Cardano公式讨论自治系统的特征值, 在此基础上, 应用待定系数法给出系统同宿轨道的存在性, 并借助Silnikov定理研究了系统的混沌行为. 最后数值模拟了给定参数下系统的混沌运动, 并给出在Coulomb摩擦阻尼变化下系统由周期、倍周期通向混沌的途径, 验证了理论分析的正确性.  相似文献
