猪獾和毛冠鹿的若干资料

猪獾(Arctonyx collaris)属经济动物,当地又称聋猪。1978年7月8日,在广西桂北兴安县苗儿山地区的华汇公社垌上大队的小崖头(海拔1,000米)捕到雄猪獾一只;1978年7月14日在垌上大队小岗岭(海拔850米)捕到雌猪獾一只;1978年7月26日和30日在高寨大队(海拔850米)捕到雌猪獾二只;7月20日捕到雄猪獾一只。其身长520—680毫米、后足长     

广西苦苣苔科稀有珍贵植物——弥勒苣苔

首次报道广西苦苣苔科植物一新记录属:弥勒苣苔属.该属接近金盏苣苔属,但不同在于弥勒苣苔属花冠上唇4浅裂,下唇不分裂,2对雄蕊分别着生于花冠中部及其上方,雌蕊具一个柱头.弥勒苣苔属为中国特有的单型属,仅弥勒苣苔一种,分布于云南东南部和广西西部.该种在广西首次记录,凭证标本存放于广西植物标本馆(IBK).     

云南澄广花应该作为极小种群植物加强保护

正云南澄广花(Orophea yunnanensis)是一个极度孤立的物种,其近缘种为产于印度的单花澄广花(O.uniflora Hook.f.et Thoms.)(李秉滔,1976)。根据标本记载,由侯宽昭先生于1940年4月1日采自云南省江川县(今澄江县)禄充笔架山,编号74518。自发现近76年以来再没有在笔架山周边地区发现过,是一个典型的狭域物种。我们在进行云南种子植物区划研究中,发现它显示了该区域与热带亚洲区域久远的地质联系。李秉滔先生和其外国同行在Flora of

《建立广西珍稀濒危植物观察区技术研究》项目成果通过鉴定

<正> 广西壮族自治区科学技术委员会下达给广西植物研究所承担的《建立广西珍稀濒危植物观察区技术研究》课题已完成研究任务和指标要求,于1993年6月2日经广西区科委委托,由广西科学院组织有关专家审查,通过鉴定。 该项目以1987年公布的《中国珍稀濒危保护植物名录》为依据,基本查清了产于广西的国家级珍稀濒危植物种质资源共有123种,隶于54科96属,占国家保护植物总数(389种)的31.62％,仅次于云南,居全

囊萼花属─—中国玄参科新记录属及—新种

报道了我国玄参科的一个新记录属──囊萼花属ＣｙｒｔａｎｄｒｏｍｏｅａＺｏｌｌ，该属为印度－马来西亚分布，它经过泰国北部，缅甸与我国发生连系，到达我国云南贡山、屏边、金平。全世界有１１—１２种，我国（云南）首次记录两种，其中一种为新种。     

Altering the sensitivity of strawberry plants to exogenous abscisic acid

Abscisic acid (ABA) causes the closure of stomata. By means of an infrared gas analyzer it was found that changes in the physiological status of Fragaria grandiflora Duch. cv. Red gauntlet, caused by pretreatment with exogenous ABA, decreased the sensitivity to the next dose of the hormone. A similar decrease of sensitivity to ABA may be obtained by shortening the light period. It is proposed that this decrease in sensitivity to ABA may be due to adaptation of guard cells to an excess of ABA.     

国产青藤属3种植物的考订

对国产青藤属3种植物作了补充和修订．报道短蕊青藤在广西和广东的新分布,大花青藤在四川的新分布;将小果青藤和柔毛青藤归入大花青藤,将绣毛青藤归入红花青藤。     

桔梗的核型研究

本文观察和分析了桔梗的体细胞染色体,2n=18,核型公式为K(2n)=10m+8sm(2SAT),有较高的对称性,属“2A”型,在桔梗科中处于较为原始的地位。它与近缘属似有基数渐减的进化趋势。     

Abscisic acid induced decay of strawberry transpiration

The effect of 0–7.5 × 10⁻³μmol abscisic acid (ABA) on the transpiration of strawberry ( Fragaria grandiflora Duch. ev. Red gauntlet), both under illumination and in darkness, was investigated with the use of an infrared gas analyser. Mathematical analysis of the results suggests that the decrease in transpiration after darkening can be described by a series of first-order processes with continuous distribution of rate constants k. Application of ABA makes the rate constant distribution narrower, so that one single rate constant occurs at the highest doses. ABA accelerates the decrease of transpiration more in darkness than under illumination. This suggests that the process of efflux of osmotically active particles from guard cells is influenced more than influx. For ABA doses greater than 7.5 × 10⁴μmol, the transpiration decreases in two stages, of which only the first one seems to be affected by ABA: but above this dose further acceleration of decay of transpiration after darkening is not observed. The observations may indicate that above this critical dose of ABA the rate determining step consists in guard cell wall relaxation rather than in efflux of osmotica.     

大花栀子植物挥发物成分测定及其日变化分析

为探究大花栀子植物挥发物成分组成及其一天内早、中、晚的差异,采用热脱附气质联用技术对其进行香气成分的分析。结果表明:全天从其花朵中共鉴定出62种成分,主要为萜烯类、酯类、醇类物质,且不同时间其成分差异显著,如早、中、晚3个时间段,β-蒎烯相对含量分别为1.93%、1.69%、8.81%,顺式-β-罗勒烯分别为28.22%、4.35%、16.47%。3-蒈烯(3.45%)、异丁子香酚(0.21%)等只在早上检出;月桂烯(0.38%)、伞花烃(2.46%)等只在晚上检出;芳樟醇、金合欢烯等在早上和午间两个时间段相对含量较高,而在晚上却未检测出。从植物VOCs角度结合其日变化动态,为大花栀子园林配置及其综合开发利用提供理论依据。     

Host specificity of the rubber vine moth, Euclasta whalleyi Popescu-Gorj and Constantinescu (Lepidoptera: Crambidae: Pyraustinae): field host-range compared to that predicted by laboratory tests

Abstract The moth Euclasta whalleyi was introduced into Australia in 1988 for the biocontrol of its host plant, rubber vine Cryptostegia grandiflora , despite test results predicting it might also attack the related native vine Gymnanthera oblonga . Ten years after release, the moth is widespread and damaging on rubber vine, but there is no attack on G. oblonga , except when it is growing in close association with rubber vine plants. The implications of 'false positives' in host-specificity testing are discussed.     

气相色谱/质谱法研究栀子花头香成分

The floral volatiles of Gardenia jasminodes vat. grandiflora were investigated by adsorption wire/GC/MS. As a result 86 compounds were separated and determined, which amount to 98.5% of the total volatiles. The main compounds were linalool, β-myrcene, methyl benzoate, L-limonene, ocimene, cis-3-hexenyl tiglate, cis-3-hexenylisovalerate, iso-amyltiglate, etc.
