采用胃蛋白酶加木瓜蛋白酶双酶水解法制备了人工养殖鲟鱼鱼鳍蛋白粉,并对鲟鱼鱼鳍酶解蛋白粉的营养成分进行了综合分析.结果表明:鱼鳍酶解蛋白粉的水分平均含量3.52%.灰分含量33.24%,总脂肪的平均含量0.60%,总糖含量0.30%,粗蛋白质含量64.56%,纯蛋白含量41.58%.鱼鳍酸解蛋白粉中氨基酸含量丰富(94.36%),其中必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的19.28%;其矿物质含量也很丰富,其中钙、锌和硒含量分别高达4.2×102,68.7 mg/kg和0.52 mg/kg. 相似文献

采用超声脱脂预处理后双酶水解工艺得到人工养殖鲟鱼鱼头酶解蛋白粉。对鲟鱼头蛋白粉的营养价值进行了综合评价,结果表明:鲟鱼头酶解蛋白粉的营养成分:水分0.80%、灰分20.83%、总脂肪的平均含量1.50%、总糖含量0.30%、粗蛋白含量78.12%、纯蛋白含量48.77%。鲟鱼头蛋白粉还含有丰富的氨基酸,其中必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的18.63%。蛋白粉的矿物质含量较丰富,特别是钙元素和硒元素的含量,分别达到了3.9×105 mg/kg及0.48 mg/kg。 相似文献

以俄罗斯杂花苜蓿、金皇后紫花苜蓿和阿尔冈金紫花苜蓿为对照材料,以暖温半干旱气候区为对照区,采用育成的3个抗寒紫花苜蓿品系GNKH-1,GNKH-2和GNKH-3进行种植试验,对营养价值进行综合评价。结果表明,高寒湿润气候区苜蓿粗蛋白、粗脂肪、酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维、粗灰分、叶茎比含量均低于暖温半干旱气候区;高寒湿润气候区苜蓿材料无氮浸出物含量和相对饲喂价值均高于暖温半干旱气候区;其中,高寒湿润气候区GNKH-3和GNKH-2的粗蛋白含量最高,分别为18.07%和17.56%;叶茎比也最高,分别为1.19和1.16。GNKH-1和GNKH-2粗脂肪含量较高,分别为2.68%和2.46%。GNKH-3和GNKH-1的中性洗涤纤维含量较低,分别为34.15%和32.55%;粗灰分、无氮浸出物和RFV含量相对较高,分别为10.01%和9.25%、35.45%和41.43%、184.68和199.86。采用灰色关联度模型综合评价苜蓿材料在两个气候区的营养价值,高寒湿润气候区,6个供试苜蓿材料的营养价值综合排序为:GNKH-2GNKH-3俄罗斯杂花GNKH-1阿尔冈金金皇后;暖温半干旱气候区,6个供试材料的营养价值综合排序为:金皇后阿尔冈金俄罗斯杂花GNKH-3GNKH-1GNKH-2。 相似文献

Measurements of the efficiency with which protein was used were made on 54 rats fed different blends of soya/maize and proteinic meal (P.M.) extracted from nontanned hide wastes. The protein efficiency ratio varied with the quantity of soya/maize substituted by the P.M. 135型羽毛膨化机膨化的羽毛粉营养价值较高,粗蛋白含量在79%以上,而且精氨酸、异亮氨酸和胱氨酸相对较高。用蛋公鸡测得表观代谢能值为15.1兆焦/千克,蛋白质消化率可达78.37%,因此膨化羽毛粉是禽饲养中比较好的动物性蛋白质饲料。 相似文献

Identification of protein A from Staphylococcus intermedius isolated from canine skin 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Protein A was identified in cell wall-bound and secreted forms from Staphylococcus intermedius isolated from canine skin. A direct binding radioimmunoassay for the detection of bacterial surface Fc receptors identified 48 of 50 S intermedius isolates that contained cell wall-bound protein A. Using a competitive binding radioimmunoassay for the detection of Fc-reactive proteins in bacterial culture supernatants, we identified 9 of 50 clinical isolates of S intermedius that secreted measurable quantities of an Fc receptor into the culture medium. Concentrated culture supernatants from these isolates were analyzed by western blotting techniques and probed with either a radiolabeled human IgG Fc-specific probe or a radiolabeled affinity-purified chicken antibody against protein A. The studies reported here confirmed that Fc receptors are secreted by S intermedius isolates from dogs and are antigenically and functionally similar or are identical to staphylococcal protein A. Analysis of Fc receptor secretion by S intermedius strains, isolated from dogs with a variety of dermatologic conditions, suggested a trend between severity of skin disease and the extent of Fc receptor secretion. 相似文献
