Abstract—Colloidal properties of model and actual feedstock and methods to control them in production of carbon black (CB) have been studied. The role of surface phenomena during formation of CB properties has been determined. Methods and approaches to control the concentration and size of the dispersed phase in the feedstock by external actions have been considered. Dependences of the CB quality on the colloidal properties of the raw materials have been determined. The results have been applied in industrial conditions.  相似文献

The review summarizes published data on the synthesis, physicochemical properties, and activity of nanocatalysts for the hydroconversion of heavy hydrocarbon feedstocks—atmospheric and vacuum residues. New reaction systems used in the hydroconversion of heavy feedstocks—a slurry reactor and a blacking reactor—are discussed. Particular attention is given to the synthesis of promising nanocatalysts by singlelayer dispersion of powders and thermal or chemical conversion of oil- and water-soluble precursors dispersed in a hydrocarbon medium.  相似文献

Comprehensive analysis of the physicochemical properties of petroleum fractions, components of hydrotreater feedstock for manufacturing diesel fuel, was performed. Twenty two fractions, of which 14 are straight-run oil distillates, six are products of thermal and thermocatalytic processes, and two fractions represent mixed hydrogen-treatment feedstock, were studied. The fractional composition, the density, the refractive index, the sulfur content, the total concentration of aromatic hydrocarbons, and the amounts of sulfonatable compounds and aromatic hydrocarbons of different classes were determined. The group composition of sulfur compounds in feedstock sources and in the mixed hydrotreater feedstock was determined. The influence of the quality of hydrotreating feedstock on the residual sulfur content in the hydrogenation product was shown for industrial conditions.  相似文献

选取工业Al_2O_3载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备Pt/Al_2O_3和Pt-Au/Al_2O_3系列催化剂,对其进行了H2-TPR,HRTEM,XPS,XRD等表征,并分别采用含2%(w)苯的正己烷和含2%(w)苯、1%(w)1-己烯的正己烷溶液为模型化合物,在小型固定床加氢反应器上对所制备的系列催化剂进行加氢活性评价。表征结果显示,Pt与Au在催化剂表面形成新的Pt-Au合金簇,而Au的加入并未影响催化剂中Pt的电子性能。实验结果表明,Au的加入提高了Pt/Al_2O_3催化剂的苯加氢活性;保持Pt负载量为0.3%(w)不变,当Au含量为0.05%(w)时,Au-Pt合金存在最佳比例,催化剂加氢活性最高。  相似文献

In extraction treatment of the 470°C-EP cut of heavy vacuum gasoil with a mixture of N-methylpyrrolidone and octane, the carbon residue of the gasoil decreases from 4 to 1.75 wt. %. In catalytic cracking of such treated feedstock, the relative yield of naphtha and diesel cuts increases by 10 and 37% and coking decreases by 30%.VNIIneftekhim Co.
