电梯备件采购配置问题是典型.的多目标、多约束、非线性规划问题.针对该问题,根据维修BOM配置出所需采购的备件清单,并得到备件的损坏率及消耗率.最后,提出了一种多目标粒子群算法,并运用算法对某一待采购备件的配置问题进行了优化求解.实例的结果表明,对该类问题,算法能快速准确地得到最优的解.  相似文献

建设项目在政治、环境、经济、施工、安全等方面的风险评估的群决策过程中,各利益相关群体对于候选方案的每个属性都可以提出自己的个体决策信息,采用乘性加权集结算子构造群体决策矩阵,并判断群体决策矩阵与个体决策矩阵之间的相似度差异值,指导个体决策矩阵的修正,完成个体意见的一致化,得到最终确定评价方案的风险顺序.实例分析的结果表明,采用计算方法有利于提高多利益主体对建设项目风险评价的群决策过程中的综合满意度.  相似文献

针对信息系统风险评估中过分依赖主观赋值的现象,提出一种基于熵权理论的模糊风险评估方法,并将其应用于校园网络系统风险评估.构建了校园网络系统风险评估的递阶层次结构模型,结合层次分析法和模糊逻辑法对各风险因素的风险值进行分析,评价系统中值得关注的风险因素.在此基础上通过熵权理论计算整个系统的风险度以评价校园网络系统的总体风险情况,通过实例分析表明该方法可行有效.  相似文献

配电网作为直接面向用户的关键环节,是目前提高供电系统运行水平的关键环节,对配电网进行风险评估具有重要的现实意义.通过实际调研,综合考虑了配电网风险来源的各个因素,由此构建了配电网风险评估指标体系,包含五个一级指标和十九个二级指标.将熵权法和TOPSIS进行有效结合,建立了配电网风险评估模型,并对L市8家供电公司管辖的配电网进行定量分析,验证了所建立的配电网风险评估指标体系和评估模型的合理性与实用性,分析找出配电网风险来源,为配电网的管理提供参考.  相似文献

在供应中断风险环境下,对制造商的后备采购策略和改善努力策略进行了比较分析.研究发现,制造商在改善努力策略时向主供应商的采购数量恒大于在后备采购策略时的采购数量.改善努力与后备采购策略的收益差总是随着改善努力成本投入的增大而呈现出递减的规律.当努力成本投入变得不经济时,制造商将放弃对主供应商的改善努力.  相似文献

针对弹药维修的复杂性和特殊性,提出了一种基于梯形模糊综合分析法的弹药维修安全风险评估的方法.从环境、管理、人员、设备和物资等5个方面考虑,建立了弹药维修安全风险评估指标体系;鉴于人判断的模糊性和判断矩阵一致性检验要求,采用了基于梯形模糊数期望值的层次分析法确定指标的权重系数;建立了基于梯形模糊综合分析法的弹药维修安全风险评估模型.通过对某弹药维修工厂的实例分析证明,所建立的弹药安全风险评估模型合理、科学、有效,能够为制定相应的法规提供理论的支撑.  相似文献

As early as in 1990, Professor Sun Yongsheng, suggested his students at Beijing Normal University to consider research problems on the unit sphere. Under his guidance and encouragement his students started the research on spherical harmonic analysis and approximation. We study a class of self-similar processes with stationary increments belonging to higher order Wiener chaoses which are similar to Hermite processes. We obtain an almost sure wavelet-like expansion of these processes. This allows us to compute the pointwise and local Hölder regularity of sample paths and to analyse their behaviour at infinity. We also provide some results on the Hausdorff dimension of the range and graphs of multidimensional anisotropic self-similar processes with stationary increments defined by multiple Wiener–Itô integrals.  相似文献

It is considered the class of Riemann surfaces with dimT1 = 0, where T1 is a subclass of exact harmonic forms which is one of the factors in the orthogonal decomposition of the spaceΩH of harmonic forms of the surface, namely The surfaces in the class OHD and the class of planar surfaces satisfy dimT1 = 0. A.Pfluger posed the question whether there might exist other surfaces outside those two classes. Here it is shown that in the case of finite genus g, we should look for a surface S with dimT1 = 0 among the surfaces of the form Sg\K , where Sg is a closed surface of genus g and K a compact set of positive harmonic measure with perfect components and very irregular boundary.  相似文献
