我公司生产的某些开关设备触头零件(见图1)采用锡青铜材料,要求具有良好的弹性、耐磨性、抗磁性和耐蚀性。由于该零件形状较复杂,在冲压、折弯加工过程中,为使加工件在保持一定强度与弹性的前提下具有足够的韧性,避免工件折弯时在弯角处产生开裂,需要对该类材料工件进行必要的退火处理。为此,如何制订适宜的加工工序及热处理工艺,以便满足零件设计要求及生产需求就显得十分必要。  相似文献

Hertzian contact is generally assumed when calculating the actual contact area of two surfaces. However, Hertz's formula is strictly only valid when there is no tangential stress in the region of contact. If the two surfaces are moving relative to one another then there will be frictional stress so that the assumption of Hertzian contact cannot be entirely valid. The twodimensional problem of contact with tangental stress is very difficult even for asperities with spherical symmetry. However, for shapes uniformly infinite in one direction it is tractable. The dependence of contact area on load is examined in this case and found to be generally dependent on the frictional force except for the case of circular cross section in which it is the same as for the frictionless problem. 双面抛光已成为硅晶片的主要后续加方法,但由于需要严格的加工条件,很难获得理想的超光滑表面.设计了硅片双面抛光加工工艺新路线,并在新研制的双面抛光机上对硅晶片进行抛光加工,实验研究了不同加工参数对桂晶片表面粗糙度和材料去除率的影响.采用扫描探针显微镜和激光数字波面干涉仪分别对加工后的硅晶片进行测量,实验结果表明:在优化实验条件下硅晶片可以获得表面粗糙度0.533nm的超光滑表面.  相似文献

A procedure for determining the temperature field in concentrated sliding contacts is developed. Previous solutions for stationary heat sources are reviewed and the effects of motion of the hot spots in the intermittent contact of the asperities are discussed. The transient cooling after cessation of heating is examined. A quantitative assessment of sliding speed effects on the contact temperature is made.  相似文献

This study proposed a way of reducing the time and memory required for analysis by adjusting the heat input area, to overcome the difficulties in analyzing large-area laser processing. An analytical model was manufactured using existing research results, and based on these results and the volume of the analysis, the efficiency of the new analysis method was verified. The new analysis method proposed in this study can be used as a simple analysis method utilizing a commercial analysis program for diverse areas, including the effect of temperature distribution on the material, the effect of temperature transfer on the mechanical structure, and thermal displacement prediction, in the thermal treatment after processing.  相似文献

通过W-M函数建立具有分形特征的等效粗糙表面与刚性平面的接触模型,模拟压缩机叶轮与轴过盈配合下界面的接触。将接触模型导入到有限元软件Ansys中,分析接触模型接触面积、接触压力、滑移面积、粘着面积与变载荷的关系和表面路径上的应力与变形。结果表明,接触时只有个别较高的微凸体发生接触,微凸体肩部区域的应力较大,微凸体中心位置变形量最大,接触界面在一定的法向载荷下接触面积减小,粘着面积增大,配合件发生了宏观的变形。  相似文献

The information on the frictional resistance of a self-propelled robotic capsule endoscope moving inside the body is very important for the design and the performance enhancement of such parameters of the capsule endoscope as power consumption, motion control and positioning accuracy. Based on this motivation, the ultimate goal of this research was to develop an analytical model that can predict the frictional resistance of the capsule endoscope moving inside the living body. In this work, experimental investigations of the fundamental frictional characteristics and the viscoelastic behaviors of the small intestine were performed by using custom-built testers and various capsule dummies. The small intestine of a pig was used for the experiments. Experimental results showed that the average frictional force was 10–50 mN and higher moving speed of the capsule dummy resulted in larger frictional resistance of the capsule. In addition, the friction coefficient did not change significantly with respect to the apparent area of contact between the capsule dummy and the intestine, and also the friction coefficients decreased with an increase in the normal load and varied from 0.08 to 0.2. Such frictional behaviors could be explained by the lubrication characteristics of the intestine surface and typical viscoelastic characteristics of the small intestine material. Also, based on the experimental results, a viscoelasticity model for the stress relaxation of the small intestine could be derived.  相似文献
