文章提出了一种对静态应变进行高分辨率测量的新方法。该方法是将 Bragg 光纤光栅(FBG)与全光纤法布里-珀罗传感器(FFPI)组合使用,利用 FBG 的反射波长漂移特性来测量干涉条纹的数目,利用 FFPI 和伪外差解调法对小数条纹进行解调,实现高分辨率的测量。通过实验测定,该系统对静态应变测量的分辨率达到了33nε。 相似文献

温度是表征物体状态的参数之一,在科学研究和工程应用中具有重要的理论意义和价值。在氧化、高温、腐蚀、电磁干扰等恶劣环境下,温度的准确测量一直是难题。传感器材料是进行温度测量的基础。蓝宝石单晶光纤具有物理化学性能稳定、熔点高、机械性能强等优点,是进行高温测试的一种首选材料。本文介绍了利用蓝宝石单晶光纤进行温度测量的几种方法,即蓝宝石光纤辐射高温测试技术、蓝宝石光纤光栅高温测试技术、蓝宝石光纤珐珀高温测试技术、蓝宝石超声波导高温测试技术的原理、现状、优缺点及发展趋势,并进行了比较,为蓝宝石光纤温度测量应用奠定基础。 相似文献

针对液体火箭发动机冷试验应变测量的测点多、传输距离远、测量准确度要求高等特点与要求,本文深入开展了光纤光栅应变测量技术的研究,突破了光纤光栅传感器的5℃~40℃温度范围内温度补偿关键技术,结合有限元仿真规范了光纤光栅传感器的粘贴工艺流程。研制开发了一套光纤应变测量系统,可以实现-3000με~+3000με范围内的应变的测量,并自主开发了数据处理及分析系统,通过调用3D Max程序实现了三维模型应变分布实时显示。本套系统已应用于某型号发动机游机框架静力加载冷试验中,测量结果与应变片测量结果一致,具有测量准确度高、易于实现分布式测量等特点,可推广应用于发动机及其他军工产品关键部件的应变测量中。 相似文献

本文提出并研制成补偿式光纤F-P干涉仪信号处理系统,提出了用来测量微小位移信号的三种方法及电路,即透射峰时间间隔测量法、光脉冲基波幅度测量法(精密整流法)、鉴相法。测试结果表明:时间间隔测量法,它的最大灵敏度达到0.26纳米/微秒;精密整流法,最大灵敏度为2.38纳米/伏特。 相似文献

This paper presents fibre optic sensing technology for strain monitoring of engineering materials and structures. The research program consisted of laboratory tests including thermal tests, tensile tests and flexural tests, and a field application on a concrete bridge deck (Joffre Bridge) reinforced partly with fiber reinforced polymers (FRP). Four types of Fabry-Perot fibre optic sensors were investigated and compared to other types of strain gauges including Bragg fibre optic sensors and resistance strain gauges. Typical field monitoring results from the static and dynamic tests using calibrated-truck loads on the Joffre Bridge are also presented in this paper. Experimental and field monitoring results show that Fabry-Perot fibre optic sensors perform linearly and show good response to thermal variations and mechanical loading conditions. The fibre optic sensing technology shows an enhanced accuracy and has potential for significant improvement in the long-term monitoring of strain levels in field applications over conventional strain gauges. It is a promising technique for long-term ‘health’ monitoring of new and rehabilitated structures. 相似文献

The modeling, design, simulation, fabrication, calibration, and testing of a three-element, 15.3 cm fiber Bragg grating strain sensor array with the coherent optical frequency domain reflectometry (C-OFDR) interrogation technique are demonstrated. The fiber Bragg grating array (FBGA) is initially simulated using in-house software that incorporates transfer matrices. Compared to the previous techniques used, the transfer matrix method allows a systemwide approach to modeling the FBGA-C-OFDR system. Once designed and simulated, the FBGA system design is then imprinted into the core of a boron-germanium codoped photosensitive fiber using the phase mask technique. A fiber optic Fabry-Perot interferometric (FPI) strain gauge calibrator is then used to determine the strain gauge factor of a single fiber Bragg grating (FBG), and the results are used on the FBGA. The FPI strain gauge calibrator offers nondestructive testing of the FBG. To test the system, the FBGA is then attached to a 75 cm cantilever beam and interrogated using an incremental tunable laser. Electric strain gauges (ESGs) are then used to independently verify the strain measurements with the FBGA at various displacements of the cantilever beam. The results show that the peak strain error is 18% with respect to ESG results. In addition, good agreement is shown between the simulation and the experimental results. 相似文献

3D braided composite technology has stimulated a great deal of interest in the world at large. But due to the three-dimensional nature of these kinds of composites, coupled with the shortcomings of currently-adopted experimental test methods, it is difficult to measure the internal parameters of this materials, hence causes it difficult to understand the material performance. A new method is introduced herein to measure the internal strain of braided composite materials using co-braided fiber optic sensors. Two kinds of fiber optic sensors are co-braided into 3D braided composites to measure internal strain. One of these is the Fabry-Parrot (F-P) fiber optic sensor; the other is the polarimetric fiber optic sensor. Experiments are conducted to measure internal strain under tension, bending and thermal environments in the 3D carbon fiber braided composite specimens, both locally and globally. 为研究混合结构PBL剪力键群各剪力键的剪力传递,在开孔板界面摩擦效应测试中引入了光纤传感测试技术。阐述了PPP-BOTDA (Pulse-PrePump Brillouin Optical Time Domain Analysis)技术的测量原理,根据多中间层的剪滞理论,建立了基体-光纤间的应变传递模型,推导了表贴式光纤的应变传递公式,基于4个四排PBL剪力键群试件的静载破坏试验,实现了对PBL剪力键开孔钢板及混凝土应变的空间分布式测量,并对分布式传感光纤的应变传递进行了敏感性分析。测试结果及分析表明:在仪器的空间分辨率一定时,传感光纤的粘贴宽度、光纤护套的厚度对应变传递影响显著,粘结层胶体的剪切模量对应变传递影响不甚明显;对比剪力键试验中应变片与分布式光纤的应变数据,试验采用的两种光纤均具有良好的应变测量精度,试验结果与理论敏感性分析较为一致;基于PPP-BOTDA的分布式光纤测试方法,克服了传统应变片测试中的不足,在既定的光纤铺设工艺下,适用于结构的大应变、高精度、分布式测量。 相似文献

光纤水听器声学性能的准确评价一直是人们非常关心的问题。简要叙述了相位干涉型光纤水听器的工作原理,指出了光纤水听器探头和光纤水听器系统的区别。作为光纤水听器的关键技术之一,光纤水听器探头声学性能的测试还没有明确的规范或标准。为此,提出了有关评价光纤水听器探头声学性能的参数,如相移灵敏度、加速度相移灵敏度、相对加速度相移灵敏度、指向性、相移灵敏度随静水压的变化、相移灵敏度随温度的变化等的定义,并给出了相关的表达式,对准确测量和评价光纤水听器探头的声学性能有一定的借鉴意义。并希望通过这样的讨论,促进光纤水听器探头性能测试的规范和相关标准的制定。 相似文献

为了同时传感温度和应变,在同一根光纤的两个不同地方写入相同的Bragg光栅,设计制成一种特殊机构的传感系统。由于测量结构特殊,两处光纤光栅的反射峰具有成比例的应变响应系数和不同的温度响应,测出温度后,应变也同时算出。实际测量表明,该系统结构简单,测量精度高,能进行实时测量。 相似文献
