基于价值链理论的业务流程再造研究

价值链驱动的企业流程再造是基于市场反馈及成本价值分析的，对企业各种经营流程进行重新思考和再设计，将其运用于企业的改造对提高企业的核心竞争力具有重要意义。以某装饰铝板公司为例，对其业务流程进行了重新设计，并对其组织结构进行了重构，以期达到提高整个企业的生产效率，增强企业的核心竞争力的目的。     

知识管理运作环境、知识管理流程与企业绩效的关系

提出了“知识管理运作环境、知识管理核心流程与企业绩效关系”理论模型,利用AMOS7.0对来自企业的242个样本数据进行分析.得出了知识管理运作环境中的具体要素对知识管理核心流程和企业绩效的影响途径和影响程度.证实了知识管理战略对知识核心流程与企业绩效关系的调节作用.研究结果对我国企业实施知识管理项目的环境建设有一定参考价值.     

基于质量改善视角的业务流程优化研究

运用IDEF0描述企业业务流程,并基于FMEA分析流程中的问题。根据模糊评价语言的标准,专家对流程的潜在失效模式进行评价,并依据帕累托法则,确定流程中的主要质量问题,从而改善并优化企业流程。以X公司的客户售后索赔流程为例,按照提出方法对其进行分析优化。结果表明,该业务流程主要的问题在于:一,流程中缺少判断标准,可能导致员工在工作时由于错误判断而影响整个流程;二,流程周期长,可能会导致企业的成本增加。通过对以上两点进行改善,并根据提出的评价指标对优化前后的流程进行评价,证明了该方法可以极大程度优化流程效率,减少流程问题。通过实例分析,验证了提出方法的可行性,能为相关企业提供一定参考。     

钢铁企业采购物流流程再造及案例分析

介绍了作业成本法的基本原理、分析步骤和分析标准,针对某钢铁企业传统的采购物流流程中存在的问题,运用ABC法(作业成本法)对该企业实施了采购物流流程再造,并对采购提前期、供应链的柔性、鲁棒性robust、采购成本进行了绩效评价分析.从而达到优化采购运作模式、降低成本、提高绩效、满足顾客需求,最终提升钢铁企业的核心竞争力.     

构建三位一体的协同型流程管理系统

多品种小批量订单型企业生产调度优化

目的研究多品种小批量订单型企业的生产调度优化问题,方法针对S公司的生产现状,应用遗传算法思想设计调度优化方案,采用不等长矩阵的编码方式实现订单的批量生产及车间排产的方案。结果通过仿真分析和S公司生产调度的实际应用,验证了该算法的可行性及有效性。结论基于遗传算法的调度优化算法实现了多品种小批量流程型生产企业生产调度优化,达到了缩短生产周期、有效利用生产资源的目的。

通过访谈、档案检索以及实证分析,依据多重案例提出并验证了基于公司战略和业务策略的核心员工薪酬设计模式,总结了在企业转制背景及不同发展阶段中,企业组织激励举措及相应薪酬设计方案的演变.结果发现基于核心员工激励的薪酬体系设计影响核心员工的公平知觉;薪酬体系变革对公司的经营绩效有显著影响,充分体现了薪酬管理的战略意义.     

An on-time delivery improvement model for manufacturing organisations

The purpose of this research was to develop an on-time delivery (OTD) improvement model for make-to-order (MTO) manufacturing organisations, based on: (i) a business process model combining product development and customer order management processes; and (ii) an integrated database with basic data, transaction data and functional applications, for broader planning within manufacturing organisations. The business process model, as part of the overall model, was designed using event-driven process chain (EPC) methodology and incorporated both capacity and material requirements planning functionalities for estimating on-time delivery dates and times. The database associated with the model defines all the data including both basic and transaction data; and links with required functions from sales to service and field return. These functions integrate through the database, using basic data and generate various transaction data including sales orders with an accurate promised date, based not only on the available stock but also on procurement and distribution times of any raw materials from external sources. The proposed model was then implemented in a selected manufacturing organisation. A systematic investigation was carried out to find the major causes of OTD problems of that manufacturer, with a view to implementing and validating the proposed model. After implementing the model average OTD was increased from 10% to 65% in about 12 months of operation.     

Operator allocation planning for reconfigurable production line in one-of-a-kind production

In a one-of-a-kind production (OKP) company, the operation routing and processing time of an order are usually different from the others due to high customisation. As a result, an OKP company needs to dynamically adjust the production resources to keep the production lines reconfigurable. Through a proper assignment of operators in different sections of a production line, bottlenecks and operator re-allocation during production can be reduced effectively. In this paper, a mathematical model is introduced for optimal operator allocation planning on a reconfigurable production line in OKP. The optimisation objectives are to minimise the total number of the operators, total job earliness and tardiness, and the average work-in-process storage. A branch-and-bound algorithm with efficient pruning strategies is developed to solve this problem. The proposed model and the algorithm are empirically validated by using the data of a windows and doors manufacturing company. A software system based on the proposed approach has been implemented in the company.     

精细化流量运营在运营商中的作用

第三方物流供货流程中影响安全性的主致因分析

从第三方物流供货安全性评价出发,根据第三方物流服务商的实际供货流程,确立了安全性评估的指标体系。分析了灰色理论在第三方物流供货安全性评价中的应用原理。选取灰色理论中的综合关联度模型,对第三方物流供货流程中5个操作环节中影响安全性的19个因素进行了灰色关联分析,实现了各因素与总安全差错率之间的关联评价,分别得出单一操作环节（原材料收货）及5个操作环节总体的主致因。基于评价结果,找出最易导致安全性问题的因素,帮助管理人员得出针对性措施。     

Product service system transition method: building firm’s core competence of enterprise

Product service system (PSS), applicable in numerous fields, is an innovative business model integrating products, services, and supporting infrastructure. It has been known as a promising approach to realise sustainable development of both enterprises and environment. However, only a few studies were addressed to support the PSS transition of enterprises. Thus the aim of this study is to develop a PSS transition methodology, comprising a quantitative PSS classification framework and transformation procedures. In order to classify PSS typology, rough set theory is applied, and as a result, a set of classification rules is derived from the analysis of 40 contemporary PSS service providers based on their attributes and the decision rules. In addition, this study also proposes a PSS transformation process that considers firms’ core competencies and current PSS types. Moreover, the result also demonstrates the discovery of a new PSS type, platform-oriented PSS. The discovery and definition of this new type extend the current PSS typology. Finally, the proposed transition methodology is applied to an automotive company as a case study, illustrating the advantages and possibilities of this research.

航空企业生存系统动态协同发展研究

航空企业发展与外界环境的变化息息相关,要保持持续竞争优势必须使内部核心能力与外部环境两者之间发展相匹配,故将两者结合构建成航空企业生存系统,借助协同学原理研究两个子系统之间的协调关系,利用模糊数学综合评价方法计算出两个子系统的各自发展状况即有序度,再根据协调度模型计算出航空企业生存系统的整体协调关系。并对一家航空企业进行了应用研究,分析得到该公司近三年两子系统之间发展不协调,核心能力发展较慢,而外部环境形势发展较快,提出了采取对核心能力重新取向的规避方法以使企业生存系统趋于协同发展。     

通信运营商定制移动终端物流服务商选择研究

以C公司为例,通过其定制移动终端业务的特殊物流需求,构建物流服务商的评价指标体系。并根据评价指标的特点,采用基于AHP、主成分分析法和DEA的“组合评价”方法作为通信运营商定制移动终端物流服务商的评价模型。通过实证分析发现,该方法有利于为通信运营商定制移动终端业务选出优秀、合适的物流服务商,从而达到双赢的预期。     

玩具厂装配流水线的瓶颈分析与平衡改善

运用工作测定与作业分析的方法,分析了某玩具厂装配流水线的工作过程与平衡状况,针对整条流水线中存在问题,结合生产实际提出了解决装配流水线瓶颈环节、改进流水线平衡的方案.通过实施改进方案,工序总数减少了3道, 瓶颈工作时间降低了4 s,装配流水线负荷效率提高了34.7%.     

Successful implementation of an order release mechanism based on workload control: a case study of a make-to-stock manufacturer

This paper deals with improving the lead-time performance of a large crystal manufacturer that uses a state-of-the-art commercial Enterprise Resource Planning system. Since the company encountered some limitations of the standard production planning and control (PPC) system it sought for improvements by implementing an order release mechanism based on workload control (WLC). WLC employs certain rules for releasing orders in order to maintain a certain level of work in process to achieve a certain utilisation of the production system and thus control the flow times in order to meet the required due dates of the orders. We describe the successful implementation of an order release mechanism based on the WLC concept in this make-to-stock company. The paper describes the implemented order release mechanism, the implementation process and its impact on the company’s performance. We show that the core function of WLC – the order release mechanism – can be integrated successfully into an existing PPC system. Furthermore, this study highlights the applicability of WLC to a wider range of companies, especially to make-to-stock manufacturers.
