基于完全对角化方法,研究了4B1(3d3)态 离子在四角对称晶场中的磁相互作用,分析了自旋哈密顿参量(b02, g, g, Δg)的微观起源.结果表明 :在被考虑的大部分晶场区域,人们通常考虑的SO(spin-orbit)磁相互作用的贡献最为重要 ;然而,对于零场分裂参量b02而言,来自其他机理(包 括SS(spin-orbit),SOO(sp in-other-orbit),SO-SS-SOO)的贡献在大部分晶场区域超过了20%;在部分晶场区域,其 他机理的贡献甚至超过SO机理的贡献.详细地分析了Macfarlane 零场分裂参量b02 近似三阶微扰理论的收敛性,结果表明:该理论在大部分晶场区域收敛性较差.讨论了3d3态离子第一激发态2Eg分裂的微观起源.并利用 群论方法解 释了在C4v和C3v对称晶场中2Eg< /sub>态分裂的不同机理. 关键词: 4B1(3d3)态离子')" href="#">4B1(3d3)态离子 磁相互作用 自旋哈密 顿参量 完全对角化方法(CDM) 微扰理论方法(PTM)  相似文献

This paper systematically investigates the local distortion and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) parameter for CdCl 2 :V 2+ and CsMgX 3 :V 2+ (X=Cl, Br) systems on the basis of the complete energy matrix, in which not only the contributions due to the spin–orbit coupling of the central ions but also that of the ligands are considered. To describe the difference of overlapping between d-orbits and p orbit, two spin–orbit coupling coefficients are introduced. By simulating the crystal field parameter and EPR parameter, the local distortion parameters are studied and the relationships between the EPR parameter and the spin–orbit coupling coefficients as well as divergent parameter are discussed. These results show that the local structures exhibit compression distortion for CdCl 2 :V 2+ and elongation distortions for CsMgX 3 :V 2+ (X=Cl, Br), respectively. It notes that the empirical formula R ≈ R H + (r i-r h )/2 is not suitable for CdCl 2 :V 2+ and CsMgX 3 :V 2+ (X=Cl, Br) systems. The contributions of ligand to spin–orbit coupling interaction cannot be neglected for strong covalent systems, especially for V 2+ doped in CsMgBr 3 :V 2+ .  相似文献

提出了解释掺杂离子局域结构畸变的配体平面移动模型,建立了此模型下晶体微观结构与自旋哈密顿参量之间的定量关系.在考虑自旋与自旋、自旋与另一电子轨道和轨道与轨道作用等微小磁相互作用的基础上,采用全组态完全对角化方法,对Al2O3晶体中V3+的局域结构和自旋哈密顿参量进行了系统的研究.结果表明,V3+掺入Al2O3晶体后,上下配体氧平面间距离增大了0.0060 nm.从而成功地解释了Al2O3:V3+晶体的自旋哈密顿参量.在此基础上,研究了三角晶场下3d2离子自旋哈密顿参量的微观起源.研究发现,自旋三重态对自旋哈密顿参量的贡献是主要的,微小磁相互作用对自旋哈密顿参量的贡献只与自旋三重态有关.  相似文献

A simple theoretical method is introduced for studying the interrelation between electronic and molecular structures.By diagonalizing the 120 × 120 complete energy matrices,the relationships between zero-field splitting(ZFS) parameter D and local distortion parameter △θ for Cr 3+ ions doped,separately,in α-and β-alums are investigated.Our results indicate that there exists an approximately linear relationship between D and △θ in a temperature range 4.2-297 K and the signs of D and △θ are opposite to each other.Moreover,in order to understand the contribution of spin-orbit coupling coefficient ζ to ZFS parameter D,the relation between D and ζ is also discussed.  相似文献

A 56×56 energy matrix containing the ground multiplet 8S7/2 and the excited multiplets 6L7/2 (where L=P, D, F, G, H, I) for 4f7 ion Gd3+ at a tetragonal crystal field and under an external magnetic field is constructed. By diagonalizing the energy matrix, the spin-Hamiltonian parameters (g factors g, g and zero-field splittings b20, b40, b44, b60, b64) for Gd3+ ion at the tetragonal Y3+ site of YMO4 (M=V, P, As) crystals are calculated. The calculated results are in reasonable agreement with the experimental values. The defect structures of Gd3+ centers in YMO4 crystals are estimated from the calculation. Ho^3+ : GdVO4 is a new laser material suitable for high-power laser systems. In this paper we measure the absorption spectra of Ho^3+ in the sample Ho^3+: GdVO4. The intensity parameters are calculated by using the Judd-Ofelt theory. Some predicted spectroscopic parameters, such as the spontaneous radiative transition rate, branching ratio and integrated emission cross section are dealt with. And we also compare the optical parameters with those of other materials. From these results, it is found that there are many transitions which have large oscillator strengths and large integrated emission cross sections. Especially the transitions such as ^5 F4 → ^5 I 8, ^5 S2→^5 I8, ^5 F5 → ^5 I8 and ^5 I7 →^ 5 I8 are useful in solid-state lasers and other fields. Finally, we discuss the splitting of the energy levels of Ho^3+ in the crystal GdVO4 based on the group theory.  相似文献

三基色荧光粉中, 红色荧光粉性能较差, 为获得性能优良的红色荧光粉, 本文采用高温固相法合成了Eu2+, Cr3+单掺杂及共掺杂的碱土金属多铝酸盐MAl12O19 (M =Ca, Sr, Ba) 发光体. 实验表明, 在以上三种基质中均存在Eu2+→Cr3+的能量传递, 利用能量传递可以有效将Eu2+的蓝光或绿光转换为红光. 三种碱土金属多铝酸盐基质的晶体结构相似,但Eu2+, Cr3+发光受晶体场影响,导致在不同的基质中Eu2+, Cr3+间能量传递效率不同.通过光谱分析及能量传递效率计算发现, 相同掺杂浓度下,CaAl12O19中Eu2+→Cr3+的能量传递效率最高,SrAl12O19次之, BaAl12O19最低.红光转换率在CaAl12O19中最高.  相似文献

In this work, a full ligand-field energy matrix (10×10) diagonalization treatment for 3d1 ions in tetragonal symmetry is developed on the basis of the two-s.o.-coupling-parameter model. Spin Hamiltonian parameters (g factors g, g and hyperfine structure constants A, A) of the tetragonal V4+ center in Zn(antipyrine)2(NO3)2 are calculated from the complete energy matrix diagonalization method and the perturbation theory method. The calculated results from both methods are not only close to each other but also in good agreement with the experimental values. Furthermore, the compressed defect structure of V4+ center is discussed.  相似文献

Seven crystal field energy levels (obtained from the optical spectra) and three g factors gx, gy and gz (obtained from electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectra) for Ce3+ ion in Y3Ga5O12 crystal are calculated together by diagonalizing a complete energy matrix. The Hamiltonian of this energy matrix includes all the interactions for 4f1 ion Ce3+ in rhombic crystal field and under an external magnetic field, and so the optical and EPR data can be studied in a unified way. The calculated crystal field energy levels are in better agreement with the experimental values than the calculated values in the previous paper, and the g factors (which have not been calculated previously) are explained reasonably. The spin polarized β-emitting nuclei12B (I π=1+,T 1/2=20.18 ms) were produced by the nuclear reaction11B(d, p)12B and by the selection technique of the incident deuteron energy and the12B recoil angle following the nuclear reaction. The nuclear magnetic moment of the short-lived nuclei12B was measured by β-NMR with the β-NMR and β-NQR setup established for the first time in China. The nuclear magnetic moment of12B was determined to be μ=0.99993±0.00048 nm org=0.99993±0.00048 after the precise correction of the Knight shift.  相似文献

基于完全对角化方法(complete diagonalization method, CDM), 研究了6S(3d5)态离子在立方对称晶场中的磁相互作用,分析了自旋哈密顿参量(a, gg)的微观起源.研究中除了考虑研究者通常考虑的SO(spin-orbit)磁相互作用外,同时考虑了SS(spin-spin),SOO(spin-other-orbit),OO(orbit-orbit)磁相互作用.研究表明:6S(3d5)态离子在立方对称晶场中的自旋哈密顿参量起源于五种机理,即SO机理,SS机理,SOO机理,OO机理以及SO-SS-SOO-OO联合作用机理.文中研究了五种机理的相对重要性,结果表明:SO机理与SO-SS-SOO-OO联合作用机理在五种机理中最为重要.尽管SS,SOO,OO磁相互作用单独作用时对自旋哈密顿参量的贡献很小,但它们的联合作用SO-SS-SOO-OO机理对自旋哈密顿参量的贡献非常可观.此外研究表明:零场分裂参量a主要来自纯自旋四重态及自旋二重态与自旋四重态联合作用的贡献,而Zeemang(或者Δg)因子主要来自纯自旋四重态的贡献.纯自旋二重态对自旋哈密顿参量ag(或者Δg)的贡献为零.在我们所选择的晶场区域,发现下列关系始终成立:a>0,a(-|Dq|)<a(|Dq|),g(-Dq)=g(Dq),a(-Dq,-ξd,B,C)=a(Dq,ξd, B,C),Δg(-Dq,-ξd, B, C)=Δg(Dq,ξd, B, C).作为本文理论的应用,研究了四种典型的Mn2+掺杂晶体材料,即Mn2+:KZnF3,Mn2+: RbCdF3,Mn2+: MgO,Mn2+: CaO,理论与实验测量符合很好. 关键词: 自旋哈密顿参量 6S(3d5)态离子')" href="#">6S(3d5)态离子 磁相互作用 完全对角化方法(CDM)  相似文献

The Yb3+ doped Ba2YB'O6 (B'=Ta5+, Nb5+) were prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction method, their structures were determined by x-ray diffraction and refined by Rietveld method. The diffuse reflection absorption, excitation and emission spectra of Yb3+:Ba2YB'O6 (B'=,Ta5+, Nb5+) were measured at room temperature. Under the excitation of ultraviolet light, these phosphors exhibit broad charge transfer band emissions of TaO6 or NbO6 centre with large Stokes shift. The Yb3+ doped into these hosts are situated at Y3+ sites of cubic symmetry (Oh). The experimental energy levels of Yb3+ in Ba2YTaO6 and Ba2YNbO6 were determined by photoluminescence and diffuse reflection absorption spectra. Their wavefunctions and theoretical energy levels were obtained by diagonalising the Hamiltonian matrix. The experimental energy levels were fitted by Levenberg--Marquardt iteration algorithm to determine crystal field parameters. Then, the magnetic-pole transition line strengths of Yb3+:Ba2YB'O6(B'=Ta5+, Nb5+) from (2F5/28- to the low-energy states were calculated.  相似文献

用微波辅助水热-煅烧法成功合成了花状NaY(MoO4)2颗粒,用XRD、XPS、FESEM进行了表征,提出了花状NaY(MoO4)2颗粒可能的形成机理. 采用相同的方法合成了NaY(MoO4)2:Eu3+荧光体,该荧光材料在612 nm处有一个强的发射峰,可用作白色发光二极管的红色磷光剂. 此外,微波辅助水热-煅烧法可能发展成为制备其他花状稀土钼酸盐的有效途径.  相似文献

The average fluorescence wavelength of the laser crystal is the most important factor in the radiation-balanced laser (RBL). Polarized fluorescence spectra measurements of the anisotropic laser material ytterbium-doped potassium gadolinium tungstate, Yb3+:KGd(WO4)2, are carried out along principal refractive index directions m, p, g in three configurations in order to achieve the best design for RBL. The average fluorescence wavelength of g polarization is the shortest, so g should be in the face of fluorescence emission; m polarization should be normal to that face to avoid its strong absorption to fluorescence photons. Fluorescence re-absorption causes the average fluorescence wavelength of the directly measured spectra red-shifted at least 9 nm. Methods for depressing radiation trapping are suggested accordingly, which are high power pumping, low doping concentration, small dimensions and fusing with undoped KGd(WO4)2.  相似文献

The quasi-two-dimensional magnetism in the layered transition metal compound (CnH2n+1NH3)2CuCl4 (n=10, 14) was investigated by means of electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and superconducting quantum interference device measurements. The structural properties and relaxation mechanisms of Li2KH(SO4)2 crystals were determined using the temperature dependences of NMR spectra and the spin-lattice relaxation times (T1) of their 1H, 7Li, and 39K nuclei. The results obtained were compared with the previously reported physical properties of LiKSO4 crystals. The substitution of the potassium ions with protons in the LiKSO4 crystals were variations in the phase transition temperatures, and the non-appearance of ferroelastic properties. The 7Li T1 for the Li2KH(SO4)2 crystals was much shorter than the 7Li T1 for the LiKSO4 crystals, and these findings indicate that the presence of the protons in Li2KH(SO4)2 causes the Li ions to move with greater freedom.  相似文献

The optical spectrum band positions and spin-Hamiltonian (SH) parameters (g factors g and g and hyperfine structure constants A and A) for 5f1 ion Pa4+ at the tetragonal Th4+ site of ThX4 (X=Cl, Br) crystals are calculated from a complete diagonalization (of energy matrix) method (CDM). In the CDM, the magnetic (or Zeeman) interaction and hyperfine interaction terms are added to the Hamiltonian in the conventional CDM and so the optical and EPR spectra data can be studied in a unified way. The calculated results are in reasonable agreement with experimental values. The possible misprints or small errors in the experimental g factors for Pa4+ in ThX4 crystals are pointed out. The electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) parameters (g factors gxx, gyy, gzz and hyperfine structure constants Axx, Ayy, Azz) are interpreted by taking account of the admixture of d-orbitals in the ground state wave function of the Cu2+ ion in a Zn(C3H3O4)2(H2O)2 (DABMZ) single crystal. Based on the calculation, local structural parameters of the impurity Cu2+ center were obtained (i.e. Ra≈1.92 Å, Rb≈1.96 Å, Rc≈1.99 Å). The theoretical EPR parameters based on the above Cu2+?O2? bond lengths in the DABMZ crystal show good agreement with the observed values and some improvements have been made as compared with those in the previous studies.  相似文献
