实验考察了料液比、超声时间、超声功率三个因素对蛋黄中类胡萝卜素提取率的影响,并采用响应面分析法选出最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明最佳条件为:液料比12m L/g,超声提取时间10 min,超声提取功率200 W。最佳条件下类胡萝卜素提取率实测值为0.229 mg/g,与预测值基本一致,这说明响应面分析法可以优化超声法提取蛋黄总类胡萝卜素的工艺条件。 相似文献

目的:优选赶黄草中槲皮素的提取工艺。方法:分别用回流提取法、超声提取法和冷浸法,提取赶黄草中的槲皮素。回流法采用单因素试验分别考察回流时间、乙醇浓度对提取率的影响;超声提取法采用单因素试验分别考察超声时间、乙醇浓度对提取率的影响;冷浸法考察乙醇浓度对提取率的影响;以槲皮素提取率为指标,提取率越高,提取工艺效果越好;用紫外分光光度法对不同提取工艺中槲皮素的含量进行测定。结果:超声法最佳提取工艺为:80%的乙醇超声提取30 min,回流法最佳提取工艺为:80%的乙醇回流提取4 h;冷浸法最佳提取工艺为:80%的乙醇浸渍36 h。结论:回流法提取赶黄草中槲皮素的提取率最高。 相似文献

目的:正交实验法优化盐地碱蓬中多糖的提取工艺。方法:利用正交实验对盐地碱蓬中多糖的提取工艺进行优化。以盐地碱蓬中多糖的提取率为技术指标,采用超声提取方法,选取提取的温度、料液比、提取的次数、提取的时间为影响因素,在单因素试验的基础上,对超声提取工艺利用正交试验进行优化,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖的含量。结果:根据单因素试验的结果,开展正交试验,得到最理想的盐地碱蓬多糖的超声提取工艺是料液比1∶40,超声提取的次数3次,超声提取的时间30 min,超声提取的温度40℃。结论:优化的超声提取盐地碱蓬多糖工艺操作简便易行,稳定性好,具有实用价值,可依据该工艺条件制定盐地碱蓬多糖提取工艺。 相似文献

目的 研究超声法提取索骨丹中黄酮及多糖的最佳提取工艺.方法 通过单因素实验和正交实验,测定黄酮和多糖的提取率,分析料液比(g·mL-1)、超声时间、乙醇体积分数、提取次数对索骨丹中黄酮提取率的影响;料液比、超声时间、提取次数对索骨丹中多糖提取率的影响,优选了索骨丹中黄酮和多糖超声提取的最佳工艺条件.结果 索骨丹中黄酮的超声提取最佳工艺条件为:提取3次、料液比1:20、乙醇体积分数70%、提取时间40 min,提取率为9.85%;多糖的最佳提取工艺为:提取3次、料液比1:40、提取时间40 min,提取率为1.69%.结论 本实验对索骨丹中黄酮及多糖的超声提取工艺进行了优化,为索骨丹药材的质量控制和有效成分的开发利用提供实验参考. 相似文献

Extraction of carotenoids and flavonoids from yellow Thai silk waste was investigated. The total recovery of 0.7 mg carotenoids and 5.1 mg flavonoids/g dry weight was obtained by ethanol extraction. Different methods for extractions of these pigments were carried out using two benign solvents: ethanol and subcritical water (SW) to determine the extraction efficiency of the solvents in various extraction conditions. For extraction of carotenoids, ethanol was suitable as extraction solvent and the amount of carotenoids increased with increasing temperature and extraction time. For flavonoids, SW extraction was suitable but the amount of flavonoids decreased with increasing SW temperature and extraction time due to decomposition at such conditions. In addition, the silk extracts were found to have low IC50 values (15.6–23.3 μg/ml), the concentrations of the silk extracts that exhibit 50% reduction in 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid), (ABTS) free radicals, thus indicating high antioxidant activities. 相似文献

目的:研究狗舌草中总黄酮的提取工艺并测定总黄酮含量。方法:采用单因素和正交试验相结合的方法,对提取时间、提取温度、提取次数、料液比4个因素进行研究,并以芦丁为标准品,紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果:狗舌草总黄酮的料液比,提取温度影响较大,提取时间、提取次数相对较小。结论:最佳提取工艺:提取温度80℃,料液比1:10,提取时间3h,提取次数2次。 相似文献

对纤维素酶预处理和甲基化β-环糊精溶液相结合提取银杏叶总黄酮的工艺进行了探讨,考察了料液比、酶浓度、温度、时间及pH值对酶解效果的影响,以及M-β-环糊精浓度、温度和时间对浸提效果的影响。得到最佳酶解预处理条件为:经料液比(银杏叶质量与纤维素酶溶液体积之比)1/60、酶质量浓度0.2mg/mL、酶解温度40℃、酶解介质pH=6.5、酶解时间150min处理后,在M—β-环糊精质量分数2.0%、温度60℃条件下浸提180min,总黄酮得率可达2.68%。该工艺为银杏叶黄酮类化合物提取提供了新途径,同时避免了有机溶剂的使用,便于纯化,值得推广。 相似文献

以雨生红球藻湿藻泥为原料,研究了不同有机溶剂对胞内油脂和虾青素选择性提取分离的影响,通过酸解破壁提高虾青素和油脂的提取效率。结果表明,连续乙醇提取可对胞内色素和油脂有效分级提取,先提取出极性组分(叶绿素和极性脂),再提取中性组分(类胡萝卜素和中性脂)。中等极性溶剂或溶剂体系对类胡萝卜素的选择性和提取率较好;乙醇/乙酸乙酯混合溶剂提取类胡萝卜素的总得率(干重)达25.31 mg/g,提取率为69.35%。对雨生红球藻湿细胞进行酸解破壁处理有助于提高虾青素和油脂的提取率。在最优酸解破壁条件(盐酸浓度1 mol/L,温度60℃,时间60 min)下,含水80%的雨生红球藻藻泥的油脂总得率(干重)达418 mg/g,总脂提取率达97%。 相似文献

以荷叶粉末为原料,用单因素和正交实验考察了超声提取的乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声功率、液固比对荷叶黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,采用40倍50%的乙醇溶液,在700 W的功率(20 kHz)下超声提取40 m in的提取效果最好,黄酮得率可达14.49 mg/g,电镜显示,超声对荷叶组织产生了明显的破碎作用。 相似文献

Carotenoids are well known for their nutritional properties and health promoting effects representing attractive ingredients to develop innovative functional foods, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical preparations. Pumpkin (Cucurbita spp.) flesh has an intense yellow/orange color owing to the high level of carotenoids, mainly α-carotene, β-carotene, β-cryptoxanthin, lutein and zeaxanthin. There is considerable interest in extracting carotenoids and other bioactives from pumpkin flesh. Extraction procedures able to preserve nutritional and pharmacological properties of carotenoids are essential. Conventional extraction methods, such as organic solvent extraction (CSE), have been used to extract carotenoids from plant material for a long time. In recent years, supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) extraction has received a great deal of attention because it is a green technology suitable for the extraction of lipophylic molecules and is able to give extracts of high quality and totally free from potentially toxic chemical solvents. Here, we review the results obtained so far on SC-CO2 extraction efficiency and quali-quantitative composition of carotenoids from pumpkin flesh. In particular, we consider the effects of (1) dehydration pre-treatments; (2) extraction parameters (temperature and pressure); the use of water, ethanol and olive oil singularly or in combination as entrainers or pumpkin seeds as co-matrix. 相似文献
