In this paper, the concept of an (αβ)-fuzzy generalized bi-ideal in an ordered semigroup is introduced, which is a generalization of the concept of a fuzzy generalized bi-ideal in an ordered semigroup. Using this concept, some characterization theorems are provided. The upper/lower parts of an (∈, ∈ ∨ q)-fuzzy generalized bi-ideal are introduced and some characterizations of regular ordered semigroups are given. Also, we consider the concept of implication-based fuzzy generalized bi-ideals in an ordered semigroup. In particular, the implication operators in Lukasiewicz system of continuous-valued logic are discussed.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the use of ground-based canopy reflectance measurements to detect changes in physiology and structure of vegetation in response to experimental warming and drought treatment at six European shrublands located along a North-South climatic gradient. We measured canopy reflectance, effective green leaf area index (green LAIe) and chlorophyll fluorescence of dominant species. The treatment effects on green LAIe varied among sites. We calculated three reflectance indices: photochemical reflectance index PRI [531 nm; 570 nm], normalized difference vegetation index NDVI680 [780 nm; 680 nm] using red spectral region, and NDVI570 [780 nm; 570 nm] using the same green spectral region as PRI. All three reflectance indices were significantly related to green LAIe and were able to detect changes in shrubland vegetation among treatments. In general warming treatment increased PRI and drought treatment reduced NDVI values. The significant treatment effect on photochemical efficiency of plants detected with PRI could not be detected by fluorescence measurements. However, we found canopy level measured PRI to be very sensitive to soil reflectance properties especially in vegetation areas with low green LAIe. As both soil reflectance and LAI varied between northern and southern sites it is problematic to draw universal conclusions of climate-derived changes in all vegetation types based merely on PRI measurements. We propose that canopy level PRI measurements can be more useful in areas of dense vegetation and dark soils.  相似文献

Relations between (∈ ∨ q, ∈ ∨ q)-fuzzy implicative filters and (∈, ∈ ∨ q)-fuzzy implicative filters are investigated, and conditions for an (∈, ∈ ∨ q)-fuzzy implicative filter to be an (∈, ∈)-fuzzy implicative filter are provided. Characterizations of (∈, ∈ ∨ q)-fuzzy implicative filters are given, and conditions for a fuzzy set to be a (q, ∈ ∨ q)-fuzzy implicative filter are provided.  相似文献

A new class of fuzzy implications called the h-implications is introduced. They are implications generated from an additive generator of a representable uninorm in a similar way of Yager’s f- and g-implications which are generated from additive generators of continuous Archimedean t-norms and t-conorms. Basic properties of these implications are studied in detail. Modifications and generalizations of the initial definition are presented and their properties studied and compared between them. One of the modifications, called (he)-implications, is another example of a fuzzy implication satisfying the exchange principle but not the law of importation for any t-norm, in fact for any function F : [0, 1]2 → [0, 1].  相似文献

First, some new properties of generalized (?T)-fuzzy rough approximation operators are obtained. Then, a new fuzzy algebraic structure - TL-fuzzy rough ideal is defined and its properties investigated. Over the past several years, secret image sharing techniques have become another branch of the effort to prevent secret images from being eavesdropped on, in addition to traditional cryptography. Because smaller shadows can speed up the transmission of a secret color image, in this paper we combine Chang and Wu’s gradual search algorithm for a single bitmap BTC (GSBTC) and Shamir’s (kn) threshold concept to propose a novel secret color image sharing scheme that generates smaller shadows. Experimental results confirm that the proposed scheme successfully reduces shadow size and that each shadow behaves as a random-like image that prevents leakage of information about the secret color image. Furthermore, the correlation between two vertically or horizontally adjacent pixels in each shadow is significantly less than those in a color secret image, and the presented scheme also achieves, on average, an NPCR = 0.414% and AUCI = 32.78%. Thus, with our scheme one-pixel difference could cause a significant difference in the corresponding shadows. Therefore, the security of the presented scheme is also confirmed.  相似文献

Plant structure and chlorophyll content strongly affect rates of photosynthesis. Rapid, objective, and repeatable methods are needed to measure these vegetative parameters to advance our understanding and modeling of plant ecophysiological processes. Terrestrial laser scanners (TLS) can be used to measure structural and potentially chemical properties of objects by quantifying the x,y,z coordinates and intensity of laser light, respectively, returned from an object's surface. The objective of this study was to determine the potential usefulness of TLS with a green (532 nm) laser to simultaneously measure the spatial distribution of chlorophyll a and b content (Chlab), leaf area (LA), and leaf angle (LAN). The TLS measurements were obtained from saplings of two tree species (Quercus macrocarpa and Acer saccharum) and from an angle-adjustable cardboard surface. The green laser return intensity value was strongly correlated with wet-chemically determined Chlab (r2 = 0.77). Strong agreement was shown between measured and TLS-derived LA (r2 = 0.95, intercept = − 1.43, slope = 0.97). The TLS derived LANs of both species followed a plagiophile LAN distribution, and the measured angles of the cardboard surface allowed us to quantify that these LAN values were strongly correlated with TLS derived angles (r2 = 1.0, intercept and slope = 0.98). Our results show that terrestrial laser scanners are feasible for simultaneous measurement of LA, LAN, and Chlab in simple canopies of small broadleaved plants. Further research is needed in more complex and larger canopies.  相似文献

This paper presents a 2D computational investigation on the dynamic stall phenomenon associated with unsteady flow around the NACA0012 airfoil at low Reynolds number (Rec ≈ 105). Two sets of oscillating patterns with different frequencies, mean oscillating angles and amplitudes are numerically simulated using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and the results obtained are validated against the corresponding published experimental data. It is concluded that the CFD prediction captures well the vortex-shedding predominated flow structure which is experimentally obtained and the results quantitatively agree well with the experimental data, except when the blade is at a very high angle of attack.  相似文献

We used spaceborne imaging spectroscopy provided by the Earth Observing-1 Hyperion sensor to quantify the relative importance of precipitation and substrate age that control ecosystem development and functioning in Metrosideros polymorpha rainforests of Hawaii. Four hyperspectral vegetation indices provided metrics of forest canopy structure, biochemistry and physiology to compare along gradients of annual rainfall (750 to > 6000 mm year 1) and substrate age (0 to 250,000 years). The canopy greenness index NDVI increased with annual precipitation and substrate age, but saturated in forests with rainfall of 3000 mm year 1. Precipitation and substrate age were roughly equal contributors to the observed greenness of the forests. A canopy water content index (NDWI) also increased with precipitation and substrate age, but did not reach a maximum until very wet (> 5000 mm year 1) forest conditions were encountered on the oldest substrates. The water index appears superior to the NDVI in capturing spatial and climate-substrate driven variations in canopy structure. The photochemical reflectance index (PRI) indicated highest light-use efficiency levels in canopies on the most developed substrates and at annual precipitation levels of 3-4500 mm year 1. A leaf carotenoid index (CRI) suggested a maximum canopy photosynthetic capacity at ∼ 4000 mm rainfall year 1 on the oldest substrates. These results quantify the sensitivity of rainforest canopies to changing precipitation and soil conditions, and they corroborate plot-scale analyses in native Hawaiian forests ecosystems. Structural and functional studies of remote rainforest regions are possible with spaceborne imaging spectroscopy, and could be used to understand the dynamics of rainforests with climate change.  相似文献

The intent of this work is to look at the effects of varying the La2CuO4 electrode area and the asymmetry between the sensing and counter electrode in a solid state potentiometric sensor with respect to NOx sensitivity. NO2 sensitivity was observed at 500-600 °C with a maximum sensitivity of ∼22 mV/decade [NO2] observed at 500 °C for the sensor with a La2CuO4 electrode area of ∼30 mm2. The relationship between NO2 sensitivity and area is nearly parabolic at 500 °C, decreases linearly with increasing electrode area at 600 °C, and was a mixture of parabolic and linear behavior 550 °C. NO sensitivity varied non-linearly with electrode area with a minima (maximum sensitivity) of ∼−22 mV/decade [NO] at 450 °C for the sensor with a La2CuO4 electrode area of 16 mm2. The behavior at 400 °C was similar to that of 450 °C, but with smaller sensitivities due to a saturation effect. At 500 °C, NO sensitivity decreases linearly with area.We also used electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) to investigate the electrochemical processes that are affected when the sensing electrode area is changed. Changes in impedance with exposure to NOx were attributed to either changes in La2CuO4 conductivity due to gas adsorption (high frequency impedance) or electrocatalysis occurring at the electrode/electrolyte interface (total electrode impedance). NO2 caused a decrease in high frequency impedance while NO caused an increase. In contrast, NO2 and NO both caused a decrease in the total electrode impedance. The effect of area on both the potentiometric and impedance responses show relationships that can be explained through the mechanistic contributions included in differential electrode equilibria.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a mathematical model, which mimics the bronchial resistances of human's lung in an expiratory act. The model is implemented in Matlab. The inputs that are used in this model derive from spirometry test. This model is able to study a physiologic condition, a pathologic one and the patient's follow up after drug treatment. We split our study into two parts. The first one focuses the analysis on the gas fluido dynamic inside of the respiratory pathways. The second part takes care of the pressure equilibrium in the exchange zone. We use the outputs that derive from the second subsystem to solve the Bernoulli's equation of the first part. The model was validated with data provided from “Clinical Physiology Institute” of CNR and G. Monasterio Foundation of Pisa.  相似文献

An algorithm to compute the curve skeleton of 3D objects in voxel images is presented. The skeleton is stable under isometric transformations of the object, since the algorithm is based on the use of the 〈3, 4, 5〉 weighted distance transform, which is a good approximation of the Euclidean distance transform. The 〈3, 4, 5〉 weighted distance transform is used both to identify suitable anchor points, and to efficiently check object voxels according to their distance to the background. The curve skeleton is symmetrically placed within the object, is topologically equivalent to the object, is unit-wide and provides a satisfactory representation of the object. Though the size of the object reconstructed from the curve skeleton via the reverse distance transformation is not as thick as that of the input, shape information is mostly retained by the skeleton, since all regions perceived as significant in the input can still be found in the reconstructed object.  相似文献

Indium oxide (In2O3) doped with 0.5-5 at.% of Ba was examined for their response towards trace levels of NOx in the ambient. Crystallographic phase studies, electrical conductivity and sensor studies for NOx with cross interference for hydrogen, petroleum gas (PG) and ammonia were carried out. Bulk compositions with x ≤ 1 at.% of Ba exhibited high response towards NOx with extremely low cross interference for hydrogen, PG and ammonia, offering high selectivity. Thin films of 0.5 at.% Ba doped In2O3 were deposited using pulsed laser deposition technique using an excimer laser (KrF) operating at a wavelength of (λ) 248 nm with a fluence of ∼3 J/cm2 and pulsed at 10 Hz. Thin film sensors exhibited better response towards 3 ppm NOx quite reliably and reproducibly and offer the potential to develop NOx sensors (Threshold limit value of NO2 and NO is 3 and 25 ppm, respectively).  相似文献

Furthermore, we give some inclusion relations concerning the space . In order to further understand the different contributions to NOx sensing mechanism as well as the importance of electrode geometry, solid state potentiometric sensors with varying La2CuO4 sensing electrode thicknesses were studied. These sensors (with a Pt counter electrode) showed a dependence of NO2 sensitivity which decreased with increasing thickness in the temperature range of 550-650 °C. They also showed NO sensitivity that was independent of thickness at 400 °C and 600 °C, but varied at temperatures between. This behavior was attributed to multiple mechanistic contributions explained by Differential Electrode Equilibria.  相似文献

Cyanobacteria represent a major harmful algal group in fresh to brackish water environments. Lac des Allemands, a freshwater lake of 49 km2 southwest of New Orleans, Louisiana on the upper end of the Barataria Estuary, provides a natural laboratory for remote characterization of cyanobacterial blooms because of their seasonal occurrence. The Oceansat-1 satellite Ocean Colour Monitor (OCM) provides measurements similar to SeaWiFS but with higher spatial resolution, and this work is the first attempt to use OCM measurements to quantify cyanobacterial pigments. The satellite signal was first vicariously calibrated using SeaWiFS as a reference, and then corrected to remove the atmospheric effects using a customized atmospheric correction procedure. Then, empirical inversion algorithms were developed to convert the OCM remote sensing reflectance (Rrs) at bands 4 and 5 (centered at 510.6 and 556.4 nm, respectively) to concentrations of phycocyanin (PC), the primary cyanobacterial pigment. A holistic approach was used to minimize the influence of other optically active constituents on the PC algorithm. Similarly, empirical algorithms to estimate chlorophyll a (Chl a) concentrations were developed using OCM bands 5 and 6 (centered at 556.4 and 669 nm, respectively). The best PC algorithm (R2 = 0.7450, p < 0.0001, n = 72) yielded a root mean square error (RMSE) of 36.92 μg/L with a relative RMSE of 10.27% (PC from 2.75 to 363.50 μg/L, n = 48). The best algorithm for Chl a (R2 = 0.7510, p < 0.0001, n = 72) produced an RMSE of 31.19 μg/L with a relative RMSE of 16.56% (Chl a from 9.46 to 212.76 μg/L, n = 48). While more field data are required to further validate the long-term performance of these algorithms, currently they represent the best protocol for establishing a long time-series of cyanobacterial blooms in the Lac des Allemands using OCM data.  相似文献

Recent large-scale dieback of piñon-juniper (P-J) woodlands and forests across the western US occurred as a result of multi-year drought and subsequent insect and disease outbreaks. P-J vegetation is spatially extensive, thus large-scale mortality events such as the one that has occurred over the past several years could significantly alter regional carbon (C) budgets. Our objective was to use a remote sensing technique coupled with field-based data to estimate changes in aboveground live C stocks across a 4100 km2 region of Colorado caused by P-J tree mortality. We hypothesized that dieback would amplify the phenological dynamics of P-J vegetation, and these variations would be related to drought-induced losses of live P-J aboveground biomass (AGB) that are discernible using time-series remote sensing vegetation data. Here, we assess live P-J AGB loss using dry season fractional photosynthetic vegetation cover (PV) derived from multi-year Landsat images. Our results showed a strong linear positive relationship between the maximum decline in PV and field-measured losses of live P-J AGB during the period 2000-05 (r2 = 0.64, p = 0.002). These results were then used to map AGB losses throughout the study region. Mean live aboveground C loss (± sd) was 10.0 (± 3.4) Mg C ha− 1. Total aboveground live P-J C loss was 4.6 Tg C, which was approximately 39 times higher than the concurrent C loss attributed to wildfire and management treatments within or near to the national forests of the study region. Our results suggest that spatially extensive mortality events such as the one observed in P-J woodlands across the western US in the past decade may significantly alter the ecosystem C balance for decades to come. Remote sensing techniques to monitor changes in aboveground C stocks, such as the one developed in our study, may support regional and global C monitoring in the future.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a continuous review perishable inventory system with multi-server service facility. In such systems the demanded item is delivered to the customer only after performing some service, such as assembly of parts or installation, etc. Compared to many inventory models in which the inventory is depleted at the demand rate, however in this model, it is depleted, at the rate at which the service is completed. We assume that the arrivals of customers are according to a Markovian arrival process (MAP) and that the service time has exponential distribution. The ordering policy is based on (sS) policy. The lead time is assumed to have exponential distribution. The customer who finds either all servers are busy or no item (excluding those in service) is in the stock, enters into an orbit of infinite size. These orbiting customers send requests at random time points for possible selection of their demands for service. The interval time between two successive request-time points is assumed to have exponential distribution. In addition to the regular customers, a second flow of negative customers following an independent MAP is also considered so that a negative customer will remove one of the customers from the orbit. The joint probability distribution of the number of busy servers, the inventory level and the number of customers in the orbit is obtained in the steady state. Various measures of stationary system performance are computed and the total expected cost per unit time is calculated. The results are illustrated numerically.  相似文献
