镓对PtSnNa/ZSM-5催化剂丙烷脱氢反应性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
PtSnNaGa/ZSM-5 catalysts with different contents of Ga were prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption, hydrogen chemisorption, ammonia temperature-programmed desorption (NH3-TPD), hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction (H2-TPR), and temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO) techniques. The performances of these catalysts for propane dehydrogenation were investigated. The test results indicated that the addition of Ga not only could improve the catalytic stability and propene selectivity, but also could effectively prevent the catalysts from coking. It was found that the PtSnNaGa(0.5 m%)/ZSM-5 catalyst exhibited the best performance in terms of propene selectivity and propane conversion. The high catalytic performance was most probably attributed to the presence of Ga that could strength- en the interaction between metals and the support to stabilize the catalytic active sites.  相似文献

V2O5/MPO4在丙烷氧化脱氢中的催化作用   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
研制了具有不同酸碱性的磷酸盐MPO4(M=Al,Zr,Ca)载体,并用这些载体负载06%~60%的V2O5。所制备的催化剂在丙烷氧化脱氢反应中具有较好的催化性能,如3%V2O5/Ca3(PO4)2催化剂在丙烷转化率为170%时,丙烯选择性可达559%,丙烯收率达95%。考察了不同反应条件下催化剂的性能,表明在高温高空速条件下,3%V2O5/Ca3(PO4)2催化剂的反应活性较好,而3%V2O5/Zr3(PO4)4催化剂在低温低空速时,反应活性相对较高。在相同的丙烷转化率下,丙烯的选择性从大到小的顺序为3%V2O5/Ca3(PO4)2>3%V2O5/Zr3(PO4)4>3%V2O5/AlPO4。  相似文献

The influence of mischmetal addition on physicochemical properties of PtSnNa/ZSM-5 catalyst was studied by means of XRF,H 2 chemisorption,XRD,TPR,NH 3-TPD and TPO techniques.The results showed that the presence of mischmetal had an obvious impact on the catalytic performance of the PtSnNa/ZSM-5 catalyst.A suitable content of mischmetal not only could enhance the interactions between Pt species and the support,but also inhibit the formation of coke during the reaction,thus improving the catalytic activity and stability.In our experiments,when the content of mischmetal was 3m%,the catalyst exhibited best catalytic performance.However,the continuous addition of mischmetal could promote the reduction of Sn species to metallic tin,which was disadvantageous to the reaction.  相似文献

负载型V_2O_5/AlPO_4催化剂在丙烷氧化脱氢中的催化作用   总被引:4,自引:3,他引:1  
采用浸渍法在自制的无定型磷酸铝AlPO4载体上负载0.6%~6.0%的V2O5,所制的催化剂在丙烷氧化脱氢反应中具有较好的催化性能,如3.0%V2O5/AlPO4催化剂在丙烷转化率为14.2%时,丙烯选择性可达49.1%,丙烯收率达7.0%。考察了不同反应条件下催化剂的性能,XRD、IR和Raman光谱表明,V2O5在AlPO4上主要是以高度分散的钒氧物种存在;ESR结果证明催化剂中存在V4+物种,暗示V5+/V4+氧化还原偶参与了氧化还原反应。  相似文献

制备了纯相的YVO4催化剂,并用浸渍法和机械混合法制备了以Nb2O5为助剂的Nb2O5/YVO4催化剂。催化剂的活性评价结果表明,采用浸渍法制备的Nb2O5/YVO4催化剂的选择性明显比YVO4催化剂高。但TPR结果表明,Nb2O5/YVO4催化剂更难还原。这可归结为Nb2O5与YVO4的相互作用抑制了氧化能力强的活性位,从而提高了催化剂的选择性。机械混合法制备的催化剂则与YVO4相近。  相似文献

考察了含铌的V2O5/TiO2催化剂在邻二甲苯催化氧化制苯酐反应中的催化性能,并与不含铌的催化剂进行了比较,发现铌的加入能够显著降低催化剂的初始反应温度,提高催化剂在低温区的活性,且在较宽的温度范围内苯酐的选择性较高,有利于工业操作,用TPD、XRD、XPS等测试方法研究了铌对催化剂结构的影响.  相似文献

制备了Mg改性Cr2O3/Al2O3催化剂,利用XRD,UV-Vis,XPS,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD,TG等方法考察了新鲜和再生后催化剂的结构与性能。实验结果表明,助剂Mg的添加有利于催化剂再生后的物相结构稳定;随再生次数的增加,催化剂孔径增大,比表面积降低,催化剂表面Cr6+含量降低,Cr6+组分逐渐不可逆还原为Cr3+等稳定状态;催化剂表面主要为弱酸和中强酸,随再生次数的增加,酸量减少,但酸强度增加,Cr物种价态及其与载体的相互作用影响了表面酸性进而影响了催化剂活性;新鲜催化剂催化活性略高于再生催化剂,经多次再生后催化剂性能趋于稳定,丙烷转化率稳定在30%左右,丙烯选择性在88%以上。  相似文献

A series of highly active Ni2P-MoS2/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared and characterized, the catalytic performanceof which was evaluated through hydrodesulfurization of dibenzothiophene. The result indicated that when the amount ofNi2P was 4%, the catalyst showed a relatively high activity to provide a reliable reference for the hydrodesulfurization pathwayin comparison with the conventional NiMo and NiMoP catalysts. The physicochemical properties of the catalysts werecorrelated with their catalytic activity and selectivity on hydrodesulfurization. 采用吡啶吸附红外表征分析了不同N2预处理条件对Re2O7/Al2O3催化剂酸性的影响,进而考察了催化剂的丁烯歧化制丙烯性能。结果表明:随着N2预处理时间的延长,催化剂的L酸量明显增加,同时引起了初始阶段异构化活性的增加和催化剂寿命的延长。歧化反应需要催化剂酸性和歧化活性适宜的匹配。  相似文献

以固载杂多酸盐TiSiW12O40/TiO2为多相催化剂,以丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、异戊醇和苯甲酸为原料合成了一系列苯甲酸酯,并对反应条件进行了研究。实验表明,TiSiW12O40/TiO2是合成苯甲酸酯的良好催化剂,最佳反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比为4:1,催化剂用量为反应物料总量的1.5%-2.5%,反应时间为1.5-2.5h。上述条件下,苯甲酸丙酯的产率为40.5%,苯甲酸丁酯的产率为75.6%,苯甲酸戊酯的产率为96.7%,苯甲酸异戊酯的产率为83.3%。  相似文献

 采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了尖晶石型铁酸锶,利用苯乙烯选择性氧化为探针反应,对其进行了催化活性评价,结果表明,金属原子数的最佳配比为n(Fe):n(Sr)= 2:1,催化活性最高。通过XRD检测,铁酸锶的最佳焙烧温度为973K,揭示了铁酸锶的内部结构和规律性。在常压和催化剂用量0.5g的前提下,最佳反应条件:n(H2O2):n(Styrene)=1:1;反应温度343 K;反应时间9h;苯甲醛的选择性达到了65.7%,收率为34.3%。该工艺路线拥有反应条件温和,产物性能优异等优点,为开拓其应用提供了实验数据和科学依据。  相似文献

采用浸渍法制备稀土金属氧化物La2O3和CeO2改性的Pd/γ-Al2O3甲醇低温裂解催化剂,考察了助剂镧和铈的加入顺序、活性组份Pd的含量以及焙烧温度等制备参数和预处理条件对催化剂性能的影响,并采用BET法测定催化剂的比表面积、用X射线光电子能谱研究催化剂的表面结构.在微反装置上对催化剂进行活性评价.结果表明,以硝酸镧和硝酸亚铈溶液顺序浸渍γ-Al2O3载体、Pd负载量为3%(质量分数)、经500~600℃焙烧后的催化剂活性最高.  相似文献

 分别采用超声波辐照浸渍法和普通浸渍法制备了MnO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂,运用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)和X射线衍射(XRD)对催化剂进行表征,在空气-异丁醛-MnO2/γ-Al2O3体系中评价其对加氢柴油的氧化脱硫催化性能,并考察了反应温度、异丁醛用量、空气流量、溶剂类型和剂/油体积比对柴油氧化脱硫反应的影响。结果表明,超声波辐照浸渍法制备的MnO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂对柴油氧化脱硫的催化性能明显优于普通浸渍法制备的催化剂。最适宜的催化柴油氧化脱硫反应的条件为:乙腈为溶剂、加氢柴油30 mL、温度35℃、异丁醛20 mmol、空气流量0.06 L/min、超声波辐照浸渍法制备的MnO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂0.08 g、剂/油体积比1/6和催化氧化时间10 min。在此条件下可将柴油硫质量分数从542μg/g 降至31μg/g,柴油脱硫率和回收率分别为94.3%和93.3%。  相似文献

用共沉淀法制备了TiO2-ZrO2复合氧化物载体.BET、DTA、XRD表征结果表明,该复合载体具有较大的比表面积和较好的热稳定性.对于环己酮肟气相Beckmann重排反应制己内酰胺,用复合载体制备的B2O3/TiO2-ZrO2催化剂,比分别以TiO2、ZrO2为载体所制备的B2O3/TiO2和B2O3/ZrO2催化剂具有更高的活性和选择性.实验结果表明,催化剂表面中等强度的酸位是环己酮肟气相Beckmann重排反应的有效活性中心.  相似文献
