Pb（Zr0.52Ti0.48）O3铁电薄膜的脉冲准分子激光沉积和快速…

用ＡｒＦ脉冲准分子激光在ＳＯＩ和Ｐｔ／ＳＯＩ衬底上沉积了Ｐｂ（Ｚｒ，Ｔｉ）Ｏ３铁电薄膜，并用快速退火进行热处理。Ｘ射线衍射，卢瑟辐背散射等分析表明：所结晶的薄膜是以（１００）和（１１０）为主要取向的多晶膜，且结晶情况与热处理温度和时间密切ＰＺＴ薄膜呈现铁电性，其剩余极化Ｐｒ＝１５μｃ／ｃｍ＾２，矫顽电场Ｅｃ＝５０ｋＶ／ｃｍ；并且具有较高的介电常数和较高的电阻率。

本文对射频磁控溅射制备的（Ｐｂ＿（０．９２５）Ｌａ＿（０．０７５）－（Ｚｒ＿（０．６５）Ｔｉ＿（０．３５））＿（０．９８１）Ｏ＿３薄膜作了ＸＰＳ全扫描和窄扫描能谱分析。结果表明，薄膜的表面缺Ｐｂ是形成ＴＺＯ相的主要原因；随着退火温度的升高，薄膜中钙钛矿相的形成导致各元素的结合能发生位移。     

掺Nd的（Sr,Pb）TiO3陶瓷的热敏特性研究

研究了用固相法制备的掺（Ｓｒ，Ｐｂ）ＴｉＯ３陶瓷的热敏特性。结果表明，掺Ｎｄ的（Ｓｉ，Ｐｂ）ＴｉＯ３陶瓷具有良好的ＮＴＣ－ＰＴＣ复合热敏特性，主要参数：Ｔｃ＝１２３℃，ｐＲＴ＝１５０Ωｃｍ，ｐｍｉｎ＝１５．４４Ωｃｍ，α（－）５０＝－３．０６％／℃，α（＋）５０＝７．５７％／℃，降阻后材料仍为典型的ＡＢＯ３型钙肽矿结构；Ｎｄ＾３＋一部分以施主形式进入Ａ位，一部分仍以Ｎｄ２Ｏ３的形式残留在试样中。Ｓ     

PLZT（28／0／100）薄膜的溶胶－凝胶制备技术及显微结构

用溶胶—凝胶技术及回旋法，在石英玻璃和单晶ｓｉ基片上制备ＰＬＺＴ（２８／０／１００）多晶薄膜；在ＳｒＴｉＯ３和α－Ａ１２Ｏ３单晶基片上外延生长择优取向薄膜．其外延关系分别为（１００）ＰＬＺＴ（２８／０／１００）／／（１００）ＳｒＴｉＯ３和（１００）ＰＬＺＴ（２８／０／１００）／／（０００１）Ａｌ２Ｏ３．用ＩＲ，ＸＲＤ．ＲＨＥＥＤ，ＳＥＭ和ＳＩＭＳ分析凝胶中杂质、凝胶的分子结构和薄膜的显微结构．结果表明，用溶胶—凝胶技术能制备出显微结构良好的多组份陶瓷薄膜．

应用差热分析、Ｘ射线粉末衍射及电测量技术对Ｎａ２Ｍｏ（０．１）Ｓ（０．９）Ｏ４（α）－Ｐｒ２（ＳＯ４）３体系进行了研究，结果表明，在Ｎａ２Ｍｏ（０．１）Ｓ（０．９）Ｏ４相中加入少量的Ｐｒ２（ＳＯ４）３就可以形成完全固熔体，且无任何相变存在，当Ｐｒ２（ＳＯ４）３含量达到４ｍｏｌ％时，电导率较纯Ｎａ２Ｍｏ（０．１）Ｓ（０．９）Ｏ４提高两个数量级（５５３Ｋ时，σ＝１．０９×１０（－３）Ｓｃｍ（－１）），同时还证明了该类导体的导电机理，揭示了电导率与有效空位浓度、掺杂剂浓度及温度之间的依赖关系。     

MSnO_3和MSn_（0．5）Zr_（0．5）O_3（M＝Sr，Ba）的水热合

本文利用水热合成方法对ＭＳｎＯ３和ＭＳｎ（０．５）Ｚｒ（０．５）Ｏ３（Ｍ＝Ｓｒ，Ｂａ）的合成进行了研究，并采用ＸＲＤ、ＳＥＭ和ＩＣＰ等方法对产物进行了表征，结果表明：在Ｍ（ＯＨ）２－ＳｎＯ２（或ＳｎＯ２＋ＺｒＯ２）－ＫＯＨ体系中，当ＫＯＨ／Ｓｎ和ＫＯＨ／（Ｓｎ＋Ｚｒ）≥３０时，２６０℃下晶化５～７天，可获得ＭＳｎＯ３和ＭＳｎ（０．５）Ｚｒ（０．５）Ｏ３纯相，在Ｍ（ＯＨ）２－（ＳｎＯ２＋ＺｒＯ２）－ＫＯＨ－Ｈ２Ｏ体系中，可通过控制介质碱度来获得ＭＳｎＯ３＋ＭＺｒＯ３混合物和ＭＳｎ（０．５）Ｚｒ（０．５）Ｏ３，并根据合成规律初步探讨了反应过程．     

Pb（Mg_（1／2）W_（1／2））O_3－PbTiO_3－PbZrO_3陶

研究了Ｐｂ（Ｍｇ＿（１／２）Ｗ＿（１／２））Ｏ＿３－ＰｂＴｉＯ＿３－ＰｂＺｒＯ＿３陶瓷的化学不均匀性和介电行为。ＥＤＳ分析得到：体系中存在富Ｗ和富Ｚｒ、Ｔｉ的两相，平均分子式为：Ⅰ相（富Ｗ相）：Ｐｂ（Ｍｇ＿（０．２７０）Ｗ＿（０．３６７）Ｔｉ＿（０．１７８）Ｚｒ＿（０．１８２））Ｏ＿（３．０９１）；Ⅱ相（富Ｚｒ、Ｔｉ相）：Ｐｂ（Ｍｇ＿（０．１０９）Ｗ＿（０．１８７）Ｔｉ＿（０．２０４）Ｚｒ＿（０．３４０）Ｏ＿（２．７５８）。两相居里点分别为：Ｔ＿（ｃＩ）＜－６５℃，Ｔ＿（ｃＩ）＝１０５℃，图像处理得到两相的面积比为：Ｓ＿Ⅰ＝６８．６４％，Ｓ＿Ⅱ＝３１．３６％。按３－３模型复合，得到两相体积比为：７６％、２４％。复合相的介电性能符合Ｘ７Ｒ要求，｜ＴＣＣ｜≤１２％，且介－温曲线与原材料有相同的规律。     

RAlO3（R=稀土元素）化合物的结晶学研究

用脉冲激光淀积方法在Ｐｔ／ＴｉＯ２／ＳｉＯ２／Ｓｉ（００１）衬底上制备了掺Ｔａ的ＰＺＴ薄膜,此薄膜显示了理想的铁电性。漏电流特性表明这种异质结构中Ｓｃｈｏｔｔｋｙ场发射机制起主要作用。扫描电镜形貌照射表明ＰＺＴ薄膜结晶很好并且异质结构界面无明显扩散。

Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Strictest Pollutants Emission Standards

Progress on Standards Copyright Protection

正Recently,National Copyright Administration of China(NCAC)has rewarded 215 organizations and 179 individuals for their outstanding efforts on investigating standards copyright infringement and piracy in 2013.Hua Jianhua,the Deputy-Director of National Standards Copyright Protection Workgroup Office won a third prize of the national individual award.In 2012,SAC set up the national standards copyright protection working group,and developed policies to crack down standards infringement and piracy behaviors and to strengthen standards copyright protection.
