钛醇盐水解制取高纯TiO2微粉的研究

介绍了钛醇盐的合成方法，在惰性溶剂中，以自制钛乙醇盐为的料，探讨了钛醇盐水解制取高纯ＴｉＯ２微粉的方法。研究了反应物浓度，温度，水量，搅拌速度，分散剂以及干燥，煅烧等对ＴｉＯ２粒子特性的影响规律，制备出纯度≥９９．５％，粒径〈１．０μｍ，近似球形的ＴｋＯ２微粉。用其做成ＰＴＣ电子元件，其电性能接近日本ＴＤＫ，同类产品的技术指标。     

碳饱和铁液与CaO—SiO2—TiO2系熔渣间TiO2的还原

实验研究了碳饱和铁液与ＣａＯ－ＳｉＯ２－ＴｉＯ２（％ＴｉＯ２）＜１８）系熔渣间（ＴｉＯ２）的还原速度，同时考察了初渣碱度，温度对（ＴｉＯ２）还原速度的影响，研究结果表明：在本实验体系中，在初渣碱度Ｂ＝（％ＣａＯ）／（％ＳｉＯ２）＝０．５４－１．５范围内，随着碱度的升高，（ＴｉＯ２）的还原速度加快，而温度的提高也能加快（ＴｉＯ２）的还原速度。建立了在该实验体系中（ＴｉＯ２）被铁液中的溶解碳还原的速度     

Cu—C—Ti系和Cu—CuO—Al系合金粉末的机构合金化

将Ｃｕ－Ｃ３．３％－Ｔｉ１３．３％和Ｃｕ－ＣｕＯ２．５％－Ａｌ１．１％二合金粉末分别进行机械合金化，结果发现，经２０ｈ球磨后，Ｃ的衍射峰已经消失，Ｔｉ，Ａｌ，ＣｕＯ的衍射峰强度显著降低；６０ｈ球磨后，二合金粉末都形成了Ｃｕ基过饱和固溶体；１００ｈ球磨后，部分Ｔｉ，Ｃ，Ａｌ，Ｏ溶质元素脱溶析出，并反应生成ＴｉＣ和Ａｌ２Ｏ３。     

水热合成技术的研究和应用：VI.钛酸钙电子陶瓷晶体粉末的制备研究

采用水热法合成ＣａＴｉＯ３电子陶瓷晶体粉末，以Ｃａ（ＯＨ）２和Ｔｉ（ＯＨ）２为水热合成前驱物，制备前驱物的原料选用Ｃａ（ＮＯ３）２或ＣａＯ及ＴｉＣｌ４水热体系的ＫＯＨ浓度为０．１～１．６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，水热温度为１５０～２００℃，时间２０～６０ｍｉｎ实验结果表明在各自实验范围均能效合成ＣａＴｉＯ３推荐合成条件为１７５℃，３０ｍｉｎ，水热体系ＫＯＨ浓度０．２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，文中对合成机理进行初步探讨。     

TZP／TiC／Al2O3陶瓷复合材料在模具中的应用

采用ＴＺＰ相变和ＴｉＣ颗粒共同增韧Ａｌ２Ｏ３，使ＴＺＰ／ＴｉＣ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３复合材料的抗弯强度σｆ和断裂韧度ＫＩＣ分别达到１１０６ＭＰａ和１１．８６ＭＰａ·ｍ＾１／２。探讨了复合材料在用作螺旋丝拉拔模具时的磨损和破损行为，研究了ＴＺＰ和ＴｉＣ对模具磨损和破损性能的影响。     

CaO—SiO2—Al2O3—MgO—TiO2—FeO渣系熔融还原过程中TiC的生成机理

在实验室条件下，测定了熔融还原过程中ＣａＯ－ＳｉＯ２－Ａｌ２Ｏ３－ＭｇＯ－ＴｉＯ２－ＦｅＯ系炉渣组成以及不同供碳对ＴｉＣ生成的影响，并进行了热力学分析。研究结果表明：ＴｉＣ的生成机理与工艺条件密切相关。     

利用高氮化能力的熔剂精炼钢除氮

利用试验技术通过调整和精确控制１８７３Ｋ时的氧分压Ｐｏ２测定了Ａｌ２Ｏ３－ＣａＯ－ＴｉＯ２和ＣａＦ２－ＴｉＯ２熔剂中氮的溶解度和氮化能力。据试验发现，熔渣和铁水之间的氮分配比以及金属的脱氮度是Ｐｏ２的函数。文章研究了采用含ＴｉＯ２的熔剂从纯铁和铬合金钢中的除氮工艺，即首先把炉渣与金属粉末混合，然后在１８７３Ｋ坩埚中加热熔化，并将熔融金属从１０ｋｇ感应炉出钢至包中。系统中的氧分压可通过精炼剂中铝或钛含量进行调整。试验结果表明Ａｌ２Ｏ３－ＣａＯ－ＴｉＯ２渣可除去低合金钢中氮，脱氮度可超过６０％。文章讨论了生产过程中采用含ＣａＦ２－ＴｉＯ２熔剂的炉渣进行钢包处理有效去除高合金钢中氮的技术参数。

金红石和锐钛型TiO2的X射线衍射定量分析

就Ｄ／ｍａｘ－ＲＣ转靶Ｘ射线衍射仪对金红石和锐钛型ＴｉＯ_２定量分析精度和主要误差因素进行了探讨。指出金红石和锐钛型ＴｉＯ_２定量分析用纯标样法和Ｋ值法配合使用为宜；在Ｃｕ－Ｋα辐射条件下（衍射峰背底扣除△２θ在０．７～１．２°之间），扫描速度≤５°／ｍｉｎ，试样中金红石或锐钛型ＴｉＯ_２含量在１５％以上，定量误差＜５％。     

电渣重熔1Cr18Ni9Ti专用TiO2渣系的试制

本文论述了电渣重熔冶炼１Ｃｒ１８Ｎｉ９Ｔｉ专用ＴｉＯ２渣系的试制过程。国内外虽有含ＴｉＯ２定型电渣牌号，适用于电渣重熔含有钛的合金使用，但对于钢丝厂生产１Ｃｒ１８Ｎｉ９Ｔｉ标准中含钛的范围不适用，并且加入２５％ＴｉＯ２使渣系成本大为提高。
